I called around for quotes on auto/home insurance. Ruth got back to me first and got me WAY more reasonable rates than the places that got back to me days later (they wouldnt stop calling after to try and convince me to switch to their higher rates which was annoying)... Ruth Testa made everything easy, she was so responsive and when they moved the closing date of my home up unexpectedly, she was ready with the paperwork within a 45 minute notice. Recently I bought a new ‘17 Buick Encore and wanted to see the cheapest quote I can possibly get. When I say I must’ve gave 20 different insurance companies a call, I’m not even exaggerating. I’m 18 and some of the quotes were outrageous from companies like Allstate, Geico, progressive, etc. More than I possibly make in a month as a part time employee and college student. CV mason truly blew me away when they gave me a quote of $177 a month for full coverage with incredibly high liability. My agent Ruth was truly great and incredibly professional. Being 18 and starting to become an adult and getting my own policy, she helped me every step of the way. After signing with them I was also impressed to see a hand written letter in the mail a couple days later from Ruth and also a box of merchandise. It really impressed me. Compared to other companies that don’t even say anything. I would definitely recommend CV Mason to anyone.

After over 3 decades of loyalty I will be changing my insurance agency . I must say Ruth Testa is the BEST. However after dealing with a new person, emailing info not getting info needed in timely transfer of vehicle I picked up phone and called -also texted cell included in email I received- was told this is my private phone asking only for office contact (this was included on dual business card for a realty company in the CVMason email) when after phone contact not conducive to basic needed information in timely manner- called supervisor who instead of listening to my customer concerns told me the agent was right and I was wrong. I’m sorry Basic respect is necessary when a loyal customer chooses your local business. This is NOT the same company not only I but my parents did business with when they first started out many years ago. Look elsewhere or only deal with Ruth.
