I called T&R after waiting over 2hrs for my insurance company to dispatch a towing company out. I was amazed at how quickly they showed up and transported my car to my desired location. They not only were fast, had great prices, they also had amazing customer service.I highly recommend T&R for all your towing needs.

Best towing service I have ever used by far! I called them with late notice and they came to get my car right away. They gave me updates on when they would arrive and charged less than others. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. No other company I called offered this level of professionalism and care.

Needed a tow at 11:00 PM on a week night. T&R answered the phone, was on site quickly, friendly, professional and fair priced. No reason to call any one else if they are available.

Getting towed is not high on my list of fun activities but Ronnie and his Dad were awesome! They answered the phone, told me what’s what, and then did exactly what they said they’d do. If you’re in need of a tow in this area, do yourself a favor and call these guys first.

Dont know didnt use them. When I did call them first thing in the morning even tho they where a sleep. They where very helpful.

My car was as stolen and T+R recovered it. When I went down there to get it released to my insurance company they were beyond professional- super friendly and helpful. If you would have told me that I would enjoy going to a tow yard and would have spent a chunk of time talking and laughing, I wouldnt of believed you. These guys are fantastic!!!

I had to have my car towed and when I called T&R towing they were very professional and very nice prices were great compared to two other tow companies I called they came out right away Mary was very very nice great customer service I recommend this company and will be calling them if I need to in the future.😌

My car was serviced here, I spoke with someone after I received my car back because it was still having issues. They said they replaced what they needed that if the part wasn’t working properly they could replace it since the part is still under warranty. But that I would have to pay for the labor again! That doesn’t make any since. I can see if I had the issue months down the line and then wanted it fixed. But I called the week after it was serviced on. The mechanic made it sound like Chevy fuel pumps are known to have faults. Told me he got my car working since I’m driving it! Well he’s right he got it working but it’s definitely not fixed and I’m not going back to this company for future needs because they don’t service cars.

They were very professional, on time. Also communicated well. Would definitely recommend and use their service again!

The man that met me to pick up my truck was the coolest guy I could have for the job. Believe his name was Matt. He was fast about getting there and was fast about getting me to where I needed to go all while being careful with my truck. Great conversation so it wasnt awkward in the truck 😂 and so I wasnt as stressed out about my situation. Love this company from now on, theyre great.

Well I had a minivan that got totaled and they came out to the scene of the accident. Didnt know what I was going to do with the vehicle. I had loaned it out and a mishap occurred. No injury to any participant so that makes a good day. The guys were on scene very quickly and gave me options for the vehicle that were appropriate and they took care of us in a timely fashion. I would recommend these folks if you need them. They had a concern for us. We only had one Challenge and that was simply that I did not get a receipt at the time of the incident. It was fairly busy that night for all involved so a small oversight is okay all I had to do was go to the police station and they got me squared away. Outside of that use them. Be blessed

My car decided to die on me at the gas station. I called the receptionist at T&R who answered promptly.The driver called me right away and was there in under twenty minutes! Matt was great! Very kind, compassionate and efficient. I really appreciate their kindness, promptness and professionalism. Thanks Matt!

I had a car breakdown and wanted to get it home so I could troubleshoot as repair. I called a couple of local towing companies, asking for quotes and time estimates. T&R was the only company that called back. And they called back right away. I mean I hung up the phone and five seconds later they were calling me back. They gave me their rates, and then took the information for where my car was. They gave me a time estimate that was within 20 minutes. I was surprised. I thought I was going to have to wait hours, or even until tomorrow. They showed up earlier than quoted. The car that was parked pretty precariously. I thought we would have to push it and maneuver it to get the tow truck into a position to load the car. But they expertly pulled in and loaded it in minutes. When they delivered the car to my house, they were able to drop it off exactly where I wanted it. They were courteous and professional throughout. I will be recommending T&R whenever I have the chance.

Sweetest guy came and picked me up and told me i was in good hands. Really appreciate that!!! Pricing was very reasonable. I had a lug nut I could not remove when I was trying to change a flat tire on side of the road. T & R was the only one who would even answer the phone at 7:30 PM. I cant say enough good things about them. They are all fantastic here. Prices are very fair and Ronny is great at what he does. Maria in the office is phenomenal and super friendly. I will always call them first if I have a car issue and see if they could fix before taking it else where. Broke down on friday as rush hour started. Matt showed up within 20 minutes and had a few tools to help get my lowered car on his truck! He pre-declared any concerns he had with loading car but did a flawless job! He also helped me position the car in my driveway when we arrived at my house. The car was a semi pain to get off the truck but he checked every detail and did a great job. Much appreciated!

These guys only want your money, they are refusing to let me have access to my vehicle saying i need a release while the police department is saying i dont and i should be aloud to have access to my vehicle because there is no hold on the vehicle. The guy actually argued with the police department. Then they turn around and say they will buy my truck for 100 dollars or tow it out of there yard for 100 dollars. Aparently 100 dollars was the magic number they picked for today.
