Almost Home is a very caring. I will say, I was in awe when I discovered the SWAP program. To my understanding, to get off the streets for a night or two whilst the snow blanketed the outdoors was unheard of. Delighted and giving thanks to the Lord and all who provide for the homeless.

Super terrific organization! When COVID-19 hit, this organization was able to assist me with funding. Cant thank them enough. Vanessa C was the lady that helped me I was so appreciative for her and the team.

They havent contacted me for nothing for months and Ive been struggling but I just got more hours on my second full-time job so God willing Ill be alright. But this place hasnt even emailed me, aost home should be renamed to never home

They helped me so much and I appreciate everything... The only thing I would change would be that they should tell you what needs to be presented at the appointment prior to appointment instead of the day of. Because they do require a lot of documentation that was impossible to obtain the same day. But once I acquired everything they were VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT!! THANKS ALMOST HOME!

Amazingly helpful! They are able to help with a lot of money towards rent and utilities compared to other organizations. Very friendly and kind staff.

Under new management! Which is horrible customer service. I came in today and the executive director ignored my presence I sat down for about five to ten minutes she did not acknowledge me, nor greet me as I entered. There was another individual there as well who had not been helped. She did not take her eyes off the screen the entire time I was there! Not even as I walked out did she try to give me service!! Super rude and unfriendly!

They dont help single men or single women and they very unprofessional and dont have professional personel

No body ever seems to be there. Ive tried now for 2 weeks to get assistance and nothing. Have left tons of messages and no one returns my calls. Not sure why this place is even open.

I had the pleasure of working with Almost home during a very difficult time in my life and in the middle of a pandemic. Everyone I encountered was helpful patient kind and professional. The communication was amazing Adam and Vanissa were most helpful doing all they could to help me find a solution to my issue. Almost home does not help there is always a excuse when you ask for there services , they do not acknowledge you when you go in , untill you actually say something then you hear a excuse and get turned away , before theY got new staff it was favoritism and gave the excuse of we can only help 1 time in a life time and now there is always a excuse to turn you away , this is not far for sometimes people really need that help . Almost home really needs to no the meaning of helping the community when they need it and what they really should stand for . A very very poor place to ask for help
