I have had about 5 devices over the span of 3 years fixed here and every single time I have gone they’ve given me amazing service. They never disappoint, I went to fix my iPhone on a Friday and it was was repaired in about 20 minutes. when they say it’s a 15 to 20 minute repair they ain’t lying, my wife’s iPad (that she uses for work) was also finished the same day.I honestly don’t know what I would do if these guys weren’t here in Brighton.

I am really impressed with the work they have provided I’ve never gotten a phone repair until now I also thought I had lost my phone as I went hiking the other day but when I came back to my vehicle who knows how many times it could have been ran over or maybe it’s just my bad luck, all I can say is that I am super excited and happy because all my photos of my newborn are still Intact. It’s been 8 days now and everything is still working the way it should new screen and new battery I didn’t even know the batteries could be replaced on these things and now the battery lasts all day. I told them that if my phone is still working the way it should a week later I would hook them up with a positive review take them an iPad and also tell all my family and buddy’s

I had gone to another location in Thornton off 120th don’t get me wrong they did a great job the only thing that was lacking was there iPhone XS max screen I paid a premium at the other location but still ended up having problems with the touch. Although this location in Brighton is privately owned and has nothing to do with the other location they were willing to swap out the screen at no cost I needed this phone up and running as soon as possible and these guys came to the rescue. I wish I would’ve known before hand they were here but luckily one of my buddies told me about them.

If I could give them no stars I would! I had just Flew in from out of the country and needed to get my phone repaired it took several days and once I receive my phone I noticed (that day) that the bottom corners were not functioning properly but I figured that you were Not properly adhered so figured I would give it a few days. Then my phone started flashing randomly, within the same day I noticed in the bottom corner had a small black spot the next day it was larger so I took it back to get fixed. After a week of not having a phone found out they would not repair my phone and they said it was physical damage. I DID NOT DROP OR DAMAGE my phone as they claimed, they just refused to take responsibility. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY take it to someone who knows what they are doing. I waisted just over $300 getting my phone usable but they wanted another $200 to fix it again.

Great price and service! I called the office and in less than an hour a tech named Bryan came out and fixed my cracked iPhone screen. Took him 20 minutes and it looks like new. Highly recommend.

I am very glad I found these people and I am very happy also that they are located locally here in Brighton I couldn’t ask for any better service I run my business off of My cell phone and I’m sure everyone that owns a business knows how frustrating it can be when you get disconnected, I went into panic mode thinking I had lost all my phone numbers text messages with my upcoming job sites as I do landscaping I couldn’t imagine how frustrating I would’ve been if I lost my upcoming jobs thanks for these guys they were able to fix my phone in a timely matter and made sure that none of my information was lost. I had my screen cracked for a couple of months but I didn’t think you could get any worse than this the inside of the screen is what went out they explained to me That the LCD on the phone cracked and that’s why I wasn’t able to use or see any of the information, I had no choice but to fix it and let me tell you I do not regret it. They recommended me also buying a second device in cases were to ever happen to me again I can just pop out the Sim card and put it into the new phone I will keep a back up phone at all times Thank you so much I will keep doing business with you guys

They did me right. From the moment installed in very professional and punctuality handled the way a business should be taken care of and I say this from experience. I own a business as well. I had calles the night before around 9pm it said it was closed but i gave them a try anyways lucky me they answered I needed my note 5 repaired, it was time for a new screen and new battery I needed this immediately and couldnt wait for opening time so they scheduled me for an 8am repair appointment they were there at 7:30am the next day ready for me this is what I call dedication not only did they care for me but they got me up and running I can not stress anymore or enough in how professional they took care of me and under pressure I appreciate them a lot thank u so much

I feel like this place is very shady! We took our phone in to be repaired after it hit a rock. There were a couple of hairline fractures and one main dent.We asked the tech to give us back the screen protector because we have a warranty on it. When he gave us the screen protector - we noticed that the cracks didnt seem to go through the screen protector - Sweet - maybe the screen was fine.This is where things went downhill. We asked the tech if we could see the screen and he told us he couldnt show it to us. He went ahead and repaired the screen - and pulled off the factory screen protector before we could even look at the screen - making us think that the screen was JUST FINE and he maybe cleaned it us and then handed us back the same screen but charged us over $100 to not repair it.The only evidence that he may have actually replaced the screen is that the bottom of the phone is TORN UP! There are a ton of scratches all over the bottom of a phone that was always in perfect condition before.We took the chance on a local business. Unfortunately, they were just disappointing and we will not be back and can not recommend them in the future.We are giving them 3 stars - because honestly they did get the job done and the phone is now working with no cracks . We even left the kid a tip - because he did do his job - but while we were on our way home and the more we thought about it - the more we felt like there was the possibility that we had been lied to. We have no proof - but the feeling is still there and we feel like we need to share that.Also - please note that they have a review system that if I give them a frowning face - the bad review goes straight to their e-mail and not to google - so it is possible that many people have complaints but the reviews are not ending up here.Picture is of the receipt that was e-mailed to me to show that I am not a competitor with a bad review as they state below but an actual customer.

Call about a severely cracked iPhone that I stopped using bc the screen was so bad.. Even the white paint on the screen was broken to where you could see the inner components. Well, he came to the rescue and fixed it! All of it! Amazing work. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices too!

I came in to have my shattered iPhone 7 screen repaired. The employee was courteous and finished within 30 minutes, although the prices seemed kinda iffy ($159.99 with a new screen protector). After all was said and done I noticed the right hand bottom of my phone screen seemed off; I had to tap on it harder to open apps etc. Within a week and a half the entire bottom half of my phone stopped responding. I brought the phone back in and the same employee pointed out a tiny hairline crack in the corner (possibly from something as simple as sitting on it). He told me I could pay another 70 dollars to have the screen replaced again, as the warranty didn’t cover it.I was a tad frustrated with the service, and decided to go elsewhere. I found a little cart in the middle of Flatirons Mall that repaired my phone with same exact quality of screen for $50. I was also able to get the same quality screen protector and phone case for a total of $70 (the same price he was charging me just for the second repair).If you have a shattered screen, I suggest taking your business somewhere else. There are better deals out there.

Pretty funny how I came across these guys the train was stopped on North Main and longspeak here in brighton I was sitting in my vehicle for maybe five minutes and the train would not move kind of what always happens in Brighton right who could agree?Anyways I got off the car really fast to go see how much they would charge me to fix my iPhone 8+ screen And get my battery replaced very reasonable pricing so I decided to pull into the parking lot and get it repaired I couldn’t really believe them when they told me they could get it all done within 15 minutes I allowed them to go ahead and fix the phone since it was on it’s last legs this phone had been through some things but it’s been a really good phone They fix the phone in literally 15 minutes and the train was still stopped outside of the business I cannot stress how fast they are with repairing these things I didn’t even know batteries can be replaced it has now been three weeks since I got the phone fixed and have not had any problems with the phone Thank you I will be recommending friends and family

I thought It was my charging port going out but it was just a battery issue on my Samsung Note 8, just a reminder to everyone don’t charge your phone while your talking on it. That was the first time I visited these guys but I’ve been coming for the past 3 years I have fixed my two sons iPads my husband’s iPhone and they have impressed me every single time I no longer buy insurance for these phones I’d rather just come in here and walk right out and by me saying that they have my phones done within the same day, they definitely have my trust more than the insurance Verizon provides for these devices Verizon wants me to call them and let them know my phone is broke file the insurance claim always more than $200 wait till the following business day if I break my phone on a Friday I won’t get it till the following Tuesday because I still need time to ship it out on Monday trust me these guys know what they’re doing they are very Knowledgeable they have not let me down I will tell all my family and friends to come to these guys very small shop in Brighton Colorado the only shop in Brighton thanks so much guys!

Brought my iPhone in to see if they could fix the water damage. Paid my 300$ and they took an hour to do so then came out and said they had to order some parts and they’d be in a couple days and they would call me. I called them every 2 days for 3 weeks and they always had an excuse. Took my phone to Best Buy instead and they fixed it in 40 minutes and told me that who ever I took it to before stole a bunch of parts out of it.

Great service. Fast repair. Nice people.... update....First visit was great. Second visit. Not so much. Im out of $120 and my daughter is out of a phone. iPhone 8 screen was fixed but the home screen button was damaged during repair. They tried several times to fix the issue but to no avail. Now apple wont touch it due to having the screen replaced by third party.

Worst experience ever.I have spent multiple trips there and every time is an excuse. Supposedly replaced a speaker, still sounds blown, supposedly replaced a camera, still blurry and won’t hold focus, replaced a screen, that actually does work. Now when I turn the phone on, it gets so hot, I can’t hold it to my ear. This has been going on for over a month. Brought an iPad in and was told “we are working on it” and amazingly enough, when I asked for it back, it was in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off. While expressing my concerns, the guy working there started acting like he wanted to fight. Great way to run a business, I guess the customer is not always right and does not have a right to be angry when people get paid up front to not fix things correctly. My advice would be to know what your doing before you get attitude with a paying customer. At first they seemed very nice until the problems were not being fixed than it turned to anger and attitude. Believe me, I’m not a competitor . I am a person who you ripped off. I even paid you for a camera that you supposedly replaced that still won’t stabilize. You guys made money so who cares right?FAIL.......

This place is a class act and highly professional business. My issue was resolved immediately and I believe I got an upgraded screen at no charge. He went far above and beyond to resolve my issue. Pretty damn disappointed with this place. Back in August, my husband came in to replace a speaker for his phone. Of course he had to put A $120 (or something) deposit down before hand. And the dude said he would call him when the parts came in. He NEVER called. After multiple phone calls my husband has made to this place, the guy ignored him. Blah blah blah.Today, he went in to get his phone fixed for the second time, and the guy did NOT fix his damn phone!! It’s STILL the same issue! I do NOT recommend this place at ALL! Ugh...

TERRIBLE SERIVICE!!!!SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!Took forever to get my tablet back which only had a cracked screen with no glass falling, got it back the first time 3 weeks after failing to have it fixed on the dates that they said it would be fixed, I had to take it back because the bottom buttons that work by touch (like to go back and open multiple windows) did not work as well as spots on the tablet I couldnt use some letters or drag apps across the screen, so I took it back and it took him another 2 weeks to start fixing it again since the screens and other parts he ordered were almost always broken that happened 3 times I had to wait on broken parts arriving, he also had to delete all my tablets info to be able to finally fix it after getting it back one last time I took it to Bestbuy the store where the geek squad was surprised that he had to DELETE my info to fix a broken screen they also recomend a broken digitize which after that they were able to fix it 2 months and a few days later! They guy started to become more rude to me each time I would go back even though you have a 1 month warranty , I also have videos of him for proof might give a link for YouTube video

These guys are legit. Unlike Eddie from boost he ripped me of with this think call 6 month warranty. I went back 2 weeks after he repaired my phone and he said, “oh I don’t know you”. Wireless solution treated me very great when I stopped by to see if my phone was fixable or not. I had found about wireless solution through the advertising they do on Facebook. I called before taking my phone in to see if my phone could possibly get fixed in the condition it was in.I currently work in construction and my phone took a beating after a few falls. I still managed to use it for a while before it completely stopped working when I ran it over with the work truck. That same afternoon I decided to to call and see if it was possible to fix my phone. My insurance was charging me 200 to replace but it was after a few business days. Not only was it going to be without my phone for a few days but I was going to lose all of my information.When I spoke with the representative he told me he could fix it even with the frame bent. Which I was honestly surprised! It was a lot cheaper than buying a new phone and losing all of my information. He was generous enough to wait for me after business hours and fix my phone. I had got out of work late and really had to repair my phone.He was had already closed when I walked in, my phone was in horrible condition. He replaced my screen and changed the housing of the phone making it look like new. I was really surprised of the great work he did to my phone. He also recommended an outer box and tempered glass to protect my phone more.I couldnt have asked for a better service by this young gentlemen. Thank you wireless solution. I found this business through Facebook and was able to get a hold of the store and got a reasonable price. I took my nephews tablet to get fixed and these fellas did a wonderful job on the tablet.

I was recommended to this location by friend of mine that I’ve known for many years someone I can trustWe usually recommend each other two favorite restaurants or places to go shopping but never to go get a phone repaired my son had actually broken his galaxy S7 the insurance wanted to charge over $200 when I’ve been paying them $11 a month they want to deductible I was so upset once I found out that I’ve been paying 11 bucks every month for the past two years and all of a sudden they want to charge me $200 regardless of me being a customer with them for over 20 years I’ve never had such horrible experience with my service provider luckily I was recommended to Wireless Solution where they definitely found a solution to my sons device although I was very upset at my son for breaking his phone he’s usually very good at taking care of his devices but I guess there’s always that one time Word takes a S**T Excuse my language. I also have an iPad that I will be bringing here to be looked at thanks guys. Convenient part about coming here is that I get to eat next-door while they repair my device(s) Now I have an excuse to break my phone again :-)

WATER DAMAGE REPAIR SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!Now I see why theres so many positive comments about this awesome location in the heart of Brighton. Ive lived my entire life here in Brighton and finally we get someone in town with knowledge. I was in panic mode for a couple of days because I had just bought my iPhone 7 last Monday on April 24th and had already dropped phone in my washer while I did my laundry, I was so upset and going a bit crazy... So I went back to Verizon and asked what options I had after me not adding insurance, Verizon recommended me to here. at first I really didnt think it was fixable but I was patient enough to just have hope. and look at me now Im leaving this review off the same phone that fell in my washer, not only did Luis save me money but he was professional. If I could leave more then just 5 stars I would thank you so much it means a lot.

My husband purchased me a $300 iPhone6 for a phone interview I had that day, but it wasn’t ready. I was to go pick it up in a hour after they run diagnostics. When I got there they said the phone wouldn’t connect, but if I pay another 175 they will give me iPhone 7. I refused and asked for my money back. Which he said that he didn’t really even have to run the diagnostics on it! He then said he would lend me a phone while he worked on the i 6. He went to the back acting like he was changing the SIM card, which the phone didn’t even have. Then after sitting there for 30 min he came out with the original iPhone 6 and said he fixed it but the reason it keeps saying searching is because it’s connecting to my SIM card. And it will take a couple hours. 5 days later it’s still searching and gets crazy hot when using and charging and I missed my phone interview that day. So to make a long story short they sold me a 300 dollar phone that they knew was broken and after I refused to pay another 175 for a diff phone, he pretended to magically fix the phone, so that they didn’t have to refund me money! So much for my trying to help small businesses and my own! If I don’t get my money back Tommow I will make sure to contact bbb, Brighton chamber of commerce, standard blade and write reviews every chance I get. This is not how you treat people.

Although they were very nice, it was one thing after another with my iPad 6th gen. The screen repair looked great, but it didnt calibrate correctly, took it back, got it fixed and now the home button is stuck :(

My first time going to Lodos and as I pull out my phone some guy bumps into me and I end up dropping my iPhone. I live all the way in Brighton and dont go to the city much often. I have I phone6 with charging issue and I found this place. he charged me a $40 to diagnose the problem and says it will take 3 hours to find out the problem but ,he didnt call me so I call him next day and he says $120 to fix the phone it will take few more days for parts to come I said ok.but after three weeks of wait he never fix the phone instead he broke the screen now he says the phone is not fixable and he is not returning $40.This place is rip off dont go with this guys.

Where can I start so many great things about this location from the employees to the customer service the neatness the environment they truly do stick to their 20 minute iPhone repair. I went last week and that idiot damage my phone. I I end up preparing the whole screen because he damage it. on the end I went with the guys at bridge and they charge me little more but fix it and give me 6 month warranty. DO NOT GO WITH THIS GUYS FROM WIRELESS SOLUTIONS

Took in my 3 tablets 2 ipads and 1 samsung tab they were able to get them done same day i thought they wouldnt be done for an entire week and this is why they deserve my recognition thanks guys ill be back glad u guys are in town

This place is terrible! Cases and glass screen protectors are so cheap broke on carpet!!! I would definitely not recommend it to anyone!!

Went in to get my s7 battery replaced i onlt came in because of the positive reviews and sure enough he really does take care of his customers luis had me in and out with in 30 minutes other places needed 2 hours amd i cant be without my phone for that long he tolf me 30 minutes but i was out in exactly 22 minutes

I was recommended to wireless solution from verizon at the prarie center here in brighton and wow am i impressed. Im glad to say that i ran into luis again i would always do business with him at his thornton location. I have nothing but positive words to say in how he does business. this guys number 1 priority really is to take care of the customer. Happy i was able to find him again
