We rented a bounce house and giant party game pack and could not have been more thrilled with how our party went. Our guests loved that there were activities for everyone. Michelle and Robert really took care of us and went above and beyond from initially placing the order, to setup, and tear down. We have already booked their services again for our 4th of July party. Friendly, caring, and outstanding company!

We had a house warming party with well over 100 people and used three of their units as well as their game package. They were AMAZING! Literally from start to finish. They arrived on time, did the set up from start to finish and the tear down as well. The units were clean and looked brand new. We received compliment after compliment about how nice they were and how much fun everyone was having! Michelle and Robert were professional, friendly and GREAT with all of the kids! I cannot recommend them more. We will be using them for all of our parties in the future!

We rented a bouncy house with water slide for my sons birthday party. They arrived on time and set up the inflatable themselves. The use very large stakes to keep the bounce house stable. They made sure we understood all the rules for safe play before they left. The inflatable was very clean and looked brand new. When it was time for them to pick it up they did all the work. If I ever need an inflatable again, I will definitely use them.

We rented the Giant Game Package for my daughters graduation party and everyone loved it! Especially the Bucket Pong! Very professional, affordable, and friendly! Would recommend and will rent again!

We booked Launch Pad Inflatables for our annual block party. They were on time, professional and friendly. They had a variety of yard games in addition to the bouncy house that brought enjoyment to all party guest! They were reasonably priced and we will be using them again for all future events!

For the past 5 years I have been renting water slides for my kids b-day. I rented from a few different companies in the metro area (the bigger ones). Ive found that the other companies are more expensive and their equipment is trashed. This is a small family run operation with big company products who care about providing their customers a great value. Im very critical of every service I use and I dont recommend anyone lightly. After you see whats available in the metro area, just use these guys. Ive done the trial and error with the other companies already for you. I rented the Neptunes Oasis 18 slide on 7/16. Totally awesome.

Absolutely love this small, family owned business. They really go above and beyond for their customers from the first phone call to the tear down and take away, nothing is overlooked. I have every inch of faith in them and recommend them to everyone looking for party rentals (outdoor yard games and inflatables).

I absolutely love this company! We had a birthday party for my niece and her and her friends absolutely enjoyed the bounce house! We also rented some of the giant yard games for the adults and everyone had a blast! It is so hard to find games that everyone enjoys and with these games being ones we enjoyed when we were kids made our party extra fun. The little ones even enjoyed watching the adults having a good time. Not only was everything dropped off in a timely manner before the party, everything was also picked up very quickly and was such a smooth process. We didnt have to do anything! I will always be a returning customer and I highly recommend Launch Pad Inflatables!

We rented the combo bounce house with the slide. Michelle called to confirm all the details and was extremely helpful over the phone as this was our first time renting an inflatable. After explaining the party was for a family member, she also let us know about their giant yard game package. We decided to add that to the order and we were so glad we did so the adults could have fun too. I loved the fact that this is a smaller family run business, they even had their 13 year old son, Xavier helping with the setup and take down. I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent some bounce house fun for the family!
