Classes are structured and clear. The senseis are great with kids of all ages as well as adults.

My son has been going here for about 6 months and really enjoys it. The staff does an excellent job working with and teaching the kids. Excellent place!

The hardest decision I had to make was to stop by and talk to Willy (the owner) of the Colorado Karate Club. I knew once I did there was no turning back. And at fifty years old, I knew I needed to do something other than the same old routine. I feel it was one of the best things Ive done for my health in years.After a couple of kickboxing sessions with Willy, I felt I was in the right place. So much so I decided to step it up and sign up for a fitness challenge. I was part of the Green Team and our trainer for the challenge was Kyra. Fortunately I can say that Kyra was the right person for the job. In her own way Kyra is not just a kickboxing instructor but someone that actually cares. Since my first fitness challenge workout, I could tell that it was not just about the work out. Kyra and Willy genuinely care about there clients, and more importantly, care about our goals. Never once have I not worked out as hard as I could, and that is because of the kind of trainers that they are.The workouts are always hard and exciting, and at fifty, I feel better than I have in years.
