Had a spot that i was concerned about. I saw Dr Nelson and her Assistant. They were both very friendly and professional. She explained what the spot was and treated it right away by freezing it. I was in and out. I would recommend this office for your Dermatology concerns! It was referred to me by a friend.

Do not go here. They will scare you into getting ridiculously over priced tissue exam by stating you’re sample looks cancerous, offer no explanation on billing but tell you not to worry it will be covered, not share your insurance information with the lab they’re using to test, and instead, tell you to ignore any statements you get until you go into collections. Horrible.Young patients or patients who do not have extensive knowledge on medical billing and insurance beware. I feel scammed.

I was just onhold for 24 minutes here to make a first appointment. The person answered the phone and refused to tell me her name 12:55 pm.I indicated I needed to see someone asap as I had a skin growth that looked ominous. She proceeded to tell me to go back to my PCP who religiously sends me elsewhere. She refused to make appointment.When I raised my voice without offensive language, telling her I needed her to make the appointment she hung up on me. inexcusable.

I love this office! Wendy and her staff are all professional and give excellent care. Its nice to have someone who not only cares FOR you but also cares ABOUT you. All calls go to the main office and they schedule for all locations so realize that youre not talking to this office when you call.

Very impressed with the service and the care we received. We were treated very well, and even had an issue that other dermatologists have not been able to diagnose in the past that they very simply diagnosed, confirmed, explained to us, and gave us treatment for. We will definitely be coming back.

Wendy is the best and out of this world bedside manners. I have never met anyone like her in the medical field. Wendys staff is great as well, very caring and compassionate.

A very unprofessional place. I would not recommend this office to any young adult looking for a nice and professional practice. They seem to have a communication problem and tell their clients one thing, when they actually mean another. Front desk staff was rude, and in less words, basically told me Oh well, to bad when communication was crossed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Hello. Wendy is very professional. I really liked how she took care of me and left my lips on me. And now she put something similar to Botox on me. And it was very good. Im fascinated.
