Its great! The premium membership is just the right price. Place is never overcrowded, equipment is clean and in working order. Staff is nice and helpful.

This would be an awesome gym...if all the equipment was up and running. We have been going to a different planet fitness because this one is not in good working order. Please fix equipment so we can come back closer to home please.

I used to love coming to this gym because of space and location. I have asked several team members if this location is going back to 24/7 hours and they said that it isn’t even spoken about in location meetings. I don’t know how long I can keep trying to rush my day to be there an hour before they close (10pm) to get a good workout in, I may just have to look for another gym that offer the hours that I’m looking for.

I recommend searching for a new gym. Unprofessional employees. I thought letting my guest use a massage bed would allow her to see if she would like to purchase a membership. After 3 years of a membership I have never had an issue with an employee allowing my guest to use the massage bed. Before leaving the manager Chinno threatened to take away my membership. He had no tag on him to identify himself. When asking for the regional manager information he provided me a business card for Planet Fitness Brighton but refused to provide information for Krista the regional manager. Further more this location is not 24/7 as told when I first signed up!

I see, hear, and have experienced the scam of them charging after trying to cancel in person. Call your bank and block all charges from them for the future. Its far easier than fighting employees who dont care and managers who dont exist! No stupid stamped letter or signing papers they throw away. Theyll tire of being blocked repeatedly.

Was in with guest... Im not interested in the app and Im not gonna make a friend get the app to use a gym I pay to use. Frankly, that sounds like work, at the very least an inconvenience to both the patron and the guest!The girl up front was sweet about it, but she said was quiting so.... shows that above her was a whole lotta fucery!

I signed up because of the 24/7 times. I know times have changed but I cannot even get over there to use by membership before closing. ( I work very long hours) Please bring back the longer hours!

When is Brighton location going back to regular hours?? Several and I mean every other location is 24/7. So wats the deal with that?? Even anytime fitness across the road is 24/7. Back to planet fitness we go I suppose. Same exact price. I just dont get it

Great gym but i dont understand why it was a 24/7 gym before covid and now it closes at 10pm. There are a lot of people upset about this including me. Ive read that its to maintain cleanliness but if other PF locations can do it why cant they??

I love Planet Fitness! The staff is friendly, there is plenty of equipment, it is very clean, and it is way cheaper than other gyms. I love the extras that come with the black card membership, especially the vibration plate, and the ability to bring a friend anytime. The best feature this gym has to offer is the excellent personal trainer. She has helped me improve my fitness so much. The sessions are free with your membership and they keep you motivated and prevent you from getting stuck in a boring rut.

Staring with the owners to the manager both are a group of scamms, they stole money from my card for over 8 months with my authorization. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMS

Nice facility, however the perpetual repulsive odor in locker room is simply inexcusable. Please consult with your counterparts in Thornton, their locker rooms are completely odor free. I concur with others, remain open 24/7

Planet Fitness has been excellent - even through Covid stuff!You cant find a better price (the only downside is that theres also an annual fee, but its not that bad).The place is so big that its almost never packed or uncomfortable.The equipment is high quality and taken care of well.The staff and members do a good job of keeping everything clean (even before Covid).If you need a place to workout, this is a great option.

I cancel my membership about 15 months ago on 02/2020, ( somedody name Joe or Joey ) help with the cancelation) but they keep charging me for over a year without my authorization, the record of the membership card shows that we never use it again since 02/2020 whent we cancel it but they keep charging me until 04/2021 and we never notice it until my accounting mention that we were getting charge by this scams for over a year, very dishonest company because manager never call, never email me, no refund or anythung, very dishonest people, full of bunch of Thieves, becareful with this crooks

BATHROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY AND SMELL TERRIBLEVERY basic gym here but useful not bad for $10 a monthBEWARE!! OF THE $45 fee after 2 months they charge this one a year after the 2 months membership and I was NOT told of this,If you want to cancel youll have to do it a month earlier because they still charge you 1 extra moth from when you go in to the location and cancel in person

Not requiring masks is disgusting considering the amount of cases we have that are increasing everyday. Being required to only wear them in certain places while breathing heavy and working out in other places is USELESS. Disappointed in planet fitness, will definitely be switching gyms all together once it’s safer to return. So thank you for contributing to the spread. 🦠 ( Loved this gym before the pandemic tho, and staff was always nice but how they respond to a global pandemic says a lot. )

I have covid19. For a month now and I called to cancel my membership and the employee said that i either have to write a letter saying i wanted to cancel or send in someone to do it. Or go in myself. Called there financing and they told me the same thing. I cant believe they dont have a policy in effect for a situation like this!!

Nice place with lots of space and machines. Some machines are closed to encourage social fitnessing. Wish I would see the staff wiping off the machines more often. The mask situation: you are required to wear a mask while coming in and walking around but can take it off once using a machine but not all patrons even wear masks at all, so wouldnt go if youre squeamish about that. I would say about 1/6 of the patrons wear masks at all.

No one wears masks no one social distances no cleaning happens place is filthy with little cleaning products in here. Wanna get sick? Come work out here. I’m a trainer myself appalled at the state of this facility

I have always went to my companys gym, so today was my first day here. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely glad I joined this location.

Free weights are minimal and no traditional barbells.

Not a fan of this gym. Customer service is terrible. I would skip this one and try the one in Northglenn or pick another gym all together.

Been going here for a little over a year. Friendly customer service . Go at your own pace.

Service was outstanding. The gym was relatively slow due to the long weekend, but since I started working out there Ive been able to use each piece of equipment when I needed it.

The planet fitness team at this location is the best Ive seen! They always have a smile and care about you personally. Every employee acts like an owner and are leaders the industry. The customer service they provide is outstanding. If you stop and visit ask for Haley, she is AWESOME!

My husband and I have been members since they opened the Brighton Club and we could not be happier. The facilities are the cleanest weve seen and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Its nice to have a gym in Brighton that caters to its members. If youre looking for a full service gym youll be getting the best with Planet Fitness of Brighton. Keep up the great work!

This gym is affordable, with plenty of signage regarding social distancing, and there are plenty of cleaning stations. However, some of the staff does wear a mask😷, while the rest of them wear them under their noses (which of course defeats the purpose of them). 1/4 if the gym members wear mask while others do not, and they tend to not space out around the most popular equipment (like the free weights). I hope this helps in your decision to attend 😀.

When I walked into the Brighton Planet Fitness to gather information, I was met with smiles and positive energy! Eric was so helpful with all my concerns and made sure to take me on a tour of the facility and explain all my options!Since joining, I still feel the positive vibe from the staff and look forward to my workout and the hydro massage chairs to relax me after a hard day!

People in the fitness industry rag on this chain, but this one is a really nice gym for the price. If youre looking to lift heavy, this is not the right gym for you. But, for those who just need something to stay active, this is perfect. The equipment here is very new, very clean and well maintained. Staff is awesome.

Love the size but they are not committed to fixing the opening on time problem. Its ridiculous how bad this is getting. Luckily there is more gyms in town if this continues to be a problem

I have been a member for two years now and it is a great place to work out. Unless you like group fitness classes like aerobics because they have never offered them even before the pandemic.

Really wish they would go back to 24/7!! It gets so crowded in the evening, I’m stuck fighting for equipment. Also why are weekends closing at 7? Considering a different gym because it’s too crowded and short hours.

I cancel my membership back in March because of covid, I didnt get charged. I thought my account was taken care off. To my surprised on September I found out the they been charging me for a couple of months. Employees there are horrible when it comes to canceling the memberships. To top it off they try to blame it on the customer. I was told they never had a record of me canceling my membership.

Great New Gym in Brighton! Love that it is 24 hours and such a large facility. The crew in the evening is amazing. Linda and Ashley are such a great managers and do an amazing job! I have background in customer service from company well known for its customer service and, in my opinion, Linda and Ashley are keepers! Keep up the great work!! :)

Love the gym, but they are not enforcing the mandatory mask. Most of the people arent wearing them.

Visiting area used facility, very up to date compared to others i have visited. Computers where down staff was a bit frazzled, maybe need a fall back system for this to keep track and flow.

Super clean gym and locker rooms. Theres two of most machines so theres no waiting around to use one. If you have the black card, you have access to use tanning, hydro beds, and the total body enhancement. Not expensive either.

My first try was today. Very bad first experience.I purchased the upgraded membership, and was told to show up at the desk, a membership card, T-shirt, and a tour would be given on my first visit.No T-shirt, no tour. The girl hardly looked up from the desk. She gave me a key card, and then I had to ask where the bathrooms were.When it came time to try some of the upgraded features with the black membership, after I asked, someone showed me how to schedule a time for the device on the computer, so I did. I got there and watched other people on the machine that I had scheduled for 10 minutes into my time (they only give you 12 minutes) , And then waited another 10 minutes for anybody to get me into the machine, and nobody ever showed up.And the funny part is? They had corporate people crawling all over the place today.Thoroughly, thoroughly disappointed. Even for $29 bucks a month, literally every expectation was not met. The facility is beautiful and clean, for now. That’s about the best I could stay for it.

I really enjoyed this PF location. The staff were all friendly. When I arrived it was quite full but people were rotating on equipment at a good pace. I wish more people would be as considerate at other locations Ive visited.

I came here to cancel my membership that I had for about 5 years. They staff was extremely helpful and kind. I also appreciated that they didnt make me feel bad for cancelling and didnt charge me a fee to do so. Ill be coming back when my newborn babies gets a little older.

Todays date is June 8th, 2020... Ive lost count on how many days its been since I was here... Ive begun to count reps of chips instead of weights and dream of the machines that are here as I cant afford to buy on my own... My spare tire has become big enough to replace the actual spare tire in the trunk of my car and my thighs are about as big as a telephone pole... Ive come to miss leg day and sitting in the massage chair after a work out... And some of you can imagine how much I miss that sweet siren pre-work out, and my God the protien!! Did any remember to take those protien drinks from the fridge when isolation hit?!?! Please tell me they gave them away or someone out there took them home... I MISS THE GAINZ... I MISS THE PROTIEN!!!!

Boring gym

Great looking new fitness facility in Brighton! The spacious accommodations are great for any level fitness. My wife just joined and I went as a guest. The team members at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We were there at 9am and we almost had the gym to ourselves! The locker rooms are large with showers and plenty of sinks. Overall this looks to be a great value for those getting back to the gym, or continuing a fitness lifestyle. Get signed up!

The best part about this gym is that its close to where I live. There arent any bench presses and the curl bars only go up to 60 lbs. They target people who may go to the gym once or twice a year and alienate average gym users(lunks) probably so they can get away with selling more memberships without overloading the place. With that said, the equipment is all new, theres a good amount of cardio equipment, and the price of a membership is reasonable. Ill probably keep coming here until they build a 24 Hour Fitness a little closer to Brighton.Update: Ive been coming to this gym for a few months now and have decided that its better than my previous comments have indicated. While they dont have some of the free weight equipment that one may expect, it forces you to switch up your normal routine, try something new, and maybe use your imagination a little bit. A serious lifter can still get a good workout here, though you may still want to maintain your membership at other gyms for heavier days. Lastly, I have to say that the staff here is awesome. Theyre genuinely warm and friendly which is a rarity in many gyms Ive been to. They keep the place clean and the paper towel dispensers full. If these guys would get a couple of flat benches, I would give them 5 stars.

I work out here every week and its super open and nice. It gets packed from time to time but still a good gym.

Owner of the gym doesnt deal with members tried to cancel my membership and they keep taking more and more money. Talked to the staff that was bound by policy to screw me over, no help whatsoever to address my concerns. These people are thieves.

LOVE the gym. Dont have to wait for a treadmill .There are so many. And machines that have a partner so u can use same one. Its so clean .Bathroom is awesome with showers , and blow drivers , and lockers. Must try it .Employers are Awsome also.

I canceled my membership and am still being charged, I ask for management information and get told it cant be given. The staff is trash and the customer service is non existent.

Worst gym ever. Do not attempt to sign up! The staff has no clue what’s in their contract. I have tried contacting Christie who is the “manager” for over a month. I have sent 2 emails and 5 phone calls and still no contact. The staff just keeps stating she is busy and will get back to me. This place is the worst! I lost so much money because the staff is incompetent and knows nothing. Training is key to a good company.

A great place to get a quick workout and get on with life. Plenty of cardio machines, actually, countless cardio machines! Free weights are somewhat limited: no squat rack & no bench press. But its always very clean and plenty of room to spread out if you are with a group. Just really happy that PF finally took my recommendation of coming to Brighton!

New gym, people seem to be with it there. They really hit them machines hard. Good atmoshere to workout around.

The 30 minute circuit room could use a little more patrolling but otherwise great staff, clean facility and new equipment.

It is a wonderful gym I would give it five stars if it just had reusable towels rather than using paper towels to clean off the gym equipment.
