Our company had our trailer repaired at this shop and the professionalism at this shop was phenomenal. I was greeted by Misty at the front desk as soon as I walked in the door. Excellent shop and great people to work with. They completed the repairs on one of our trailer back in March 2021. We are just now able to send a driver after the trailer. I called them to check if we owed them for any storage, their reply was come and get it. No storage fees. We will definitely use them again.

This is my first time leaving a review, but I felt it was necessary. Clutch went out on my truck and initially me and my driver called for roadside before determining that they wouldnt be able to fix it. We only had 1 hour before the place closed where we broke down. So we looked regrettably for the first tow service that was available, and he took the truck to this location. Once the truck was delivered, my driver met with a technician, and he did a walk around of the truck and determined that the motor needed to be rebuilt, needed a new air compressor tank, and a long list of other things before even putting the truck on a computer. Afterwards they went in and he told someone to write up a invoice with everything he stated. My driver had me on speaker the whole time and the technician stated he had 11 years experience and his experience was with Cummings and I Cats, but my truck is a Detroit. The next morning they sent me a invoice of over $14,000. That wasnt even including the motor needing to be rebuilt that the technician claimed needed to be done. My truck is a freightliner Cascadia dd15 and I dont cut corners when it comes to maintenance upkeep. So my first thought was theyre trying to take advantage of a situation rather than doing honest business. I told them I wasnt interested in anything other than repairing the clutch and master cylinder. When they completed the work, my driver picked the truck up and noticed they left the truck with oil soaked napkins, oil on the floor and seat and all over the center console. He voiced his displeasure and they told him to come back so they can take care of it. We had a load that was already delayed for a week so it wasnt possible for us to do so. My truck may not be the newest but if I just spent $8600, you would think they would treat it like it just came off the show room floor. My advice to anyone who read this, do your research before sending your truck here.

My husband need a tire changed on his flatbed trailer, after calling several places and told a wait time of 5 hrs or more we found Rocky Mountain. When we arrived Joel went above and beyond to take care of us quickly and efficiently to get us back on the road.I definitely recommend this place for services!!Thank you!!

I never imagined leaving a review for a business but this location checked everything on the lists. Customer service is bad enough and will charge you for a services that they did not perform. So could technicians are only good for running their mouths in the office instead on working on your truck. Stay away from this location if you can and find a business that actually do what they supposed to do. All my life of driving behind the wheels I never encountered a business like this one.

I lost power to the truck, check engine light came on. The mechanic came at the average time he suppose to be there. — Dominick —diagnosed it. Got me fixed up. And very professional and kool to answer any questions I had for him. He recommended me to come get a new clutch . I’m making an appointment now to get a new clutch. Payment was easy the and staff made it easy for me to deal with them. I recommend this company.

The guys here helped me out of a jam by replacing a busted radiator hose. They had my bus up and running within a few hours. Andrew and John kept me in the loop with all updates concerning parts and progress. Big thanks to these guys and I would definitely recommend.

On 9 August 2021, while driving home from work, I blew a radiator hose in my car. It was after 10pm and I stopped at the Loves store in Fountain Colorado. Your Tech Thomas was there helping a tractor trailer with some issues he was having. Thomas and the truck driver came to my aid replacing the busted hose and filling me ba k up with water. I dont know what I would have done had it not been for them. You guys have a great emloyee in Thomas. He is a man of honor. Neither he nor the truck driver had to help me but they did and I thank them greatly for it

They didn’t fix my truck but charge about 2000$ for doing nothing! Their software don’t have availability to clear code and basically they charge 8 hour labor fee and 82 miles distance fee for nothing! Do not call them if you want to fix your truck, maximum they can is regular maintenance not professional

Misty and Brandon were amazing. Misty explained their service procedures, cost , and rough estimate that they should know problem by late Monday. we arrived Saturday afternoon. Misty and Brandon discussed our problem, and Brandon proceeded to run a test to see if he could find problem and discovered it was a fuse, and proceeded to fix problem. The problem was corrected in 1 1/2 hours from the time the tow truck dropped us, amazing!!! Thank You Misty and Brandon.

Have used this company in the past to service other customers and they have always done a great job. Low star reviews are most likely from people that do not understand the cost of roadside repairs

Terri was very helpful with taking care of any questions and dealing with my company on the charges for my repair. They got me in faster than I could have expected anywhere else and when they started the repairs the mechanic stayed on task and didnt wander off to milk the clock. I am very happy with their professionalism and with the repairs made to my truck.

For you truck drivers that are Independents and have to save a dollar and work with what you have those of you that know Greg deffenbaugh who has been a fleet mechanic and worked for the railroad for years is the supervisor shop manager at this facility so you know he knows his stuff and hell take care of you I recommend you try them out

As a new fleet owner. When my trucks go down I need prompt service. I was going to have them do an emergency road side repair, but instead I took it to the shop to knock out a few additional things. They were very quick to get me a quote and to get the repairs done. There was a discrepancy with the original quote, not to my knowledge and my bill randomly increased by over $800. I definitely wasnt happy about that and I expressed my frustration. Without asking for any compensation they diligently took my bill down about $600. That was a very professional and kind thing of them to do. They made my experience as easy as possible. They were very reasonable and I will be using them again.

They have poor Customer Service. Rip offs!!!!! Paid over 5K and no one seemed to care to fix my truck. After I left the shop the next day I had trouble on the road 2-3 weeks back to back. I had to call Roadside assistant, I even took it to another repair shop in Texas mechanic after mechanic. Finally got the truck back to ROCKY MOUNTAIN IN BRIGHTON COLORADO. Driver was waiting in the area recording to show proof of repair they do not care, they are not honest people. Never-ending, for over two hours they did not work on the truck had to call several times I was hung up on by the ladies at the front desk in the middle of a conversation. The Operations Manager Gideon is always hiding in meetings. ROCKY MOUNTAIN did not acknowledge nor did they meet my customer service concerns. Think about it twice before coming to Brighton, CO shop. I do not recommend this shop. All team members are rude !!!!!!! VERY POOR

They had my Peterbilt, replaced the batteries and a cable to the starter. Three weeks! I went to get it, and the batteries were dead. They told ME I would have to call a service truck for a jump start. Do not use this place even if desperate. Oh,and my mud flaps came up missing.

Worked for the company for over 2 years never once got anything I was promised. Was constantly treated bad by people I work with and if anything was said it just got worse. Still havent seen my final paycheck and its been over a week since I left. Left multiple voicemails with the company and no one will call me back. I was the lead mechanic for this company, but due to health problems I had to move on. This is a Excellent Company, who deserves more respect than what I’m reading. The Mechanics working their, are Skilled Tech’s with Very Good knowledge of most all of the major trucks running up and down the road. You’ll not find a better shop to do business with in the Denver Area. Their pricing is within the normal. Downtime is decent, attitude is great. If you have problems you will find management more than willing to solve the problem. The Service Manager Tony is a good guy, with years of experience. A lot of times, drivers get the wrong impression of what they think the time and repair cost should be, in which case causes them to leave unhappy. These guy’s are decent People to do business with, and I can honestly say that if I owned a Semi Truck, I wouldn’t hesitate one bit having my Truck serviced at any of they’re locations. The Brighton location I feel is the best Service Shop in Denver County. Tony, Joe & Ron Stand Behind they’re work. Good Job to all of you guy’s. Keep up the good work!!!*****

Being over 500 miles away and hving a impatient driver broke down AND very poor reception/ no coverage area north of Amarillo tx , my emails were going thru and the shop needed authorization forms first before mobile svc could come out....long story short MIKE AND BILLY IN svc dept made it HAPPEN!!! Did great work and at a fair pricer

Do not use this company. These guys are scam artists. They will leave you stranded on the side of the road. They cannot properly estimate time of arrival. They didnt fix anything. They gave me a wrong diagnoses that computer needed replaced. Then they charged me $750. Towed truck to real mechanic, replaced a couple wires and fixed the truck.

I called them to come replace a stratoflex fuel line. The tech showed up had a very bad attitude and was very rude.. I sat until the next day and he fixed me up. The tech had to come about an hour to get to me . When all was said and done it was over $1700 for a fuel line. I understand they are in business to make money but there is a fine line between making a profit and preying on peoples misfortune.. I could’ve got my truck towed home and fixed for this price! Definitely wouldn’t recommend. We talked to someone there to discuss the bill and he only proceeded to tell us how they were the cheapest in Denver. Charged me full shop rates while he stopped to get the line and showed up three hours later than what he told me. In my opinion wayyyy to expensive!

Early comments? My shifter was getting stuck in reverse. I drove in fine but when they told me to back into parking space it got stuck in reverse with powerful grip. They looked into it and found host of problems with the clutch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They told my husband 1hr and showed up 4 hours late. They charged 2 hours labor for only 10 minutes of diagnosing the issue and 20 minutes sitting in his truck, then just left without saying a word. We called to ask why we were being charged this she said we get charged from the time they leave the shop. Well he wasnt at the shop and when he told us he was on his way, he was 15 miles down the highway and it took him 45 minutes to get there. What a rip off. SCAM ARTISTS

Excellent service, they determined the root cause of the problem and promptly corrected the issue and we were rolling.

They just looked at my trailer for 5 seconds and told me that the axle was broken (which was obvious) and charged me $170 just for giving me the estimate estimate. Thieves, dont ever come here if you value your money.

Rocky Mountain is a very honest shop, we work with them weekly with our fleet and have had little to no problems with their service. Their service department helps us manage our fleet and PMs for our trucks and are quick to respond to our needs and return our trucks in a timely manner. They understand that when our trucks are down that it costs us money and help us get back on the road as fast as possible. Their prices are better than reasonable and help keep our costs down. Thank you guys keep up the great work.

Terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I had read the reviews I would have waited until morning to find a different service to get a repair. I spent 900$ for the worst service experience ever. I ended up stuck for 2 days waiting for them to repair an air brake canister. First service tech showed up without tools, 2nd service tech took 5 hours and claimed to have fixed it. Total 9 hours waiting to get on the road. Only to drive 20 miles and have the same exact problem happen! They refused to come service me without setting up a “service call” which is 99$ plus mileage. I had to drive to them. Luckily they had a mechanic there that saw that the canister was installed improperly and they finally fixed it. I feel bad for that mechanic that has to deal with the other guys mistakes. I hope others see my review before they make a bad decision and call these scam artists.

On the phone they said that can provide service at certain time in the morning. I was on time. Waited 8hours to be served by a third party company hired for this job. Later on found from this 3rd company that their appointment was actually scheduled for the end of the day. So they falsified information about availability time. The price for service was double comparing to other cities. As I understand they just hired guy for 150 and added their money of 150 and my final was 300. Thats OK, but when it is according to appointment.

One call did it all to get our equipment fixed and back in working condition. Service call was easy and the action took was fast and reliable.

Dont ever go to this place, all they do is blow smoke up your butt! They cant diagnose a simple exhaust leak my truck was having. What they did was quote me for a turbo and cold air cooler and lied straight to my face and was gonna charge me 3500+ for something that was perfectly fine. I feel I was gonna be taken advantage of because I was an out of town resident that was stranded and wasnt able to do anything as far as where to go and what to do. I wish I couldnt even give them a star because it is just that bad now that I can take a step back and look to see what they were gonna do.

I have been using Rocky Mountain Mobile for just about a year and I am pleased to have them working on our Henderson Co fleet. They are prompt with the repairs and preventive maintenance and they are very good about communicating with me. There cost is affordable. Jamie Whipple is a pleasure to work with and so is the entire staff there at Rocky Mountain Mobile. I appreciate there help.

This company is a JOKE. Not good people. Do not go if you can.

Understaffed and none of them can figure out what an ETA is. It took them 4 hours to get to the site. The man that did the work was still sitting there when I came back, a half hour later. Was he waiting on a call for Monument, or was he milking the corporate clock? I dont know, however, come Monday were going to find out.

They had me explain what happened the tech asked me a couple questions and within 10 minutes they told me what the problem was and had me fixed and back on the road within an hour.

Happy to be able to get my vehicle taken care of 24/7. Was reasonably priced as I always feel you get what you pay for. If you want a cheaper bill your going to get cheaper parts and cheaper techs. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to any one.

$688 to drive 20 miles so 40 miles round trip ( charged me for 76 miles) and replace a fan belt... absolutely ridiculous. $337 for labor. Disgusting.

Very poor experience. They will attempt to charge you for not doing any work. The people who work here are just trying to rip off as many people as they can. They will go out to you, say something is broken then will make an excuse as to why they cannot do the work, but will charge you for having them come out anyway. Trust me when I say you would be better off using any other company in the area.

If you are broke down, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They are overpriced! They charge dealership prices for mediocre wor . I asked multiple times how much it was going to cost and got an idk or Ill let you know before beginning the work. I got NOTHING but a bill over $3k. The guy that came out didnt catch the main issue whiched caused him to come out 2 times. Guess what, I was charged 2 times. For the love of God DO NOT take your vehicle/truck to these people!!! They have no clue what they are doing and will rip you off! They charged us for the 15 hours of labor looking for some kind of damaged wire which they never found.At the end they replaced starter and brand new batteries which were replaced two weeks prior. The bill was over $4,000.00, drivers were stuck in a hotel for 5 days for which I had to pay of course and also pay their lost wages! They are a joke and should be shut down! I hope they use some of that stolen money for medicine!!!

Do not go to this company for service!!!! I went there for an oil change and asked them to look at my AC as well to see if it was worth fixing. The main reason I went there was because of an overheating issue with my diesel CAT pusher. I told them there was a blown line in the AC. I wanted them to find the bad hose and let them know if it was worth fixing. They charged me $165 to hook a vacuum up to a system with no R134 and they understood there was a leak. They also charged me $120 to notice that there was hose clamps on a low pressure line and claimed it was unlawful. This was their diagnosis and it is quite expensive for a miss diagnosis. I told them the RV was over heating. apparently they did not believe me and decided to try to recreate the situation. They charged several hours to tell me that I might be overloading the RV.? The RV was covered in Dust and diesel throughout the inside after we finally picked it up. The other thing I asked them to check were the hydraulic levelers because they did not return to home. I asked them to look at the return line. They never did this. They charged me 4 hours to replace 6 springs. I know this is over billing because I did the first 2 springs in 15 minutes.The problem was not fixed. I was stuck in a hotel for 7 days for all of this non action and over billed BS. They lied about most of what they were doing and overcharged for many things including the oil. I was charged for 10 gallons of oil for an engine that holds only 21 quarts!!!!! ($200) My intention is to pursue this claim and get a refund for the non service I got. $2200 for an oil change that I am not sure even happened. 7 nights in a hotel and over billing on service and diagnosis.After I finally was able to pick up the RV Friday at 5pm I made it 15 minutes before the dash started lighting up with over heating issues. I limped my way to Illinois and found a great service company that diagnosed the issue in 20 min. The AC compressor was going bad causing the fan to run slow. The oil pressure was low so I had the oil changed again after a few hundred miles and it fixed the problem. This is the first time I have ever written a review so please understand how upset I am with the service.

Two weeks later I have issues with there work , contact the shop and they want pics,no response. After five calls and finding out the manager was always busy and would call me back,never happened, apparently still busy!!! I called the home office in Brighton,and after four calls to them got the same response, a guy by the name of Sean will be contacting you on this issue, never happened, evidently there business plan is to over charge,get you out the door, and no deal after the sale, unless you want to get treated like this again.DO NOT USE!!!!!

Was told there was a 90 min ETA. 5 hours later the tech arrives after multiple calls

This place will rob you they will take large unauthorized amount of money from your account. They will quote you 600.00 for a simple 2 hour repair job and charge you 1400.00 ..yes they did, no the parts were not higher either. They were an inner n outer wheel bearing and seal .And set of brake pads. Parts cost was 136.00 yes I agree there should have been mark up and there was, but way more than ive ever seen. So tech arrived at 7:08 pm 5 hours later after called in and they said they had one available. Only 23 miles from my location ..tech was incompetent as i performed the whole job he just supplied the jack and tools. He left me at 8:06 pm to retrieve parts, arrived back at 9:20 pm. Ok no problem figured 130.00 per hour and he drove to get parts no problem. I Had parts installed and vehicle on ground rolling at 10:15. Pm so figured 3 hours plus parts and fuel ..fair then I see they pulled 1400.00 out of account I in no way authorized to do so. Stay away from this company every one. Im tsking it further to court over this matter ..anyone else feel they were given the shaft dealing with this farse ill gladly give you my number or email to get in touch with my attorney

From California with my motorhome with the cruise control not engaging. We were In and out as quick as they could. They were professionals and I was back on vacation. Nothing is cheap with a freightliner so get the service to make it worth the $ you will spend.

On June 8, 2015 I had my motor home towed to Rocky Mountain. They took me to a motel but were unable to start work on it until June 11, 2015. The MH required brake work and the engine would not run. After the brake repairs were completed they checked the engine and it ran fine. I told them it would only go a few miles then quit. They could not find anything wrong and sent me on my way. I made it 18 miles before it quit. The fuel pump in the gas tank would stop working when it got hot and start working after it cooled down.I talked to Rocky Mountain about the bill I paid for diagnostics on the engine and they agreed to refund the charges.

Worst experience of my life. I would have been better off stranded by the side of the road than dealing with these scammers.

Over 500 dollars for 3 quick connects, which were used, and a 5th wheel air line. 1 hour to diagnose, after I showed them the issue. I will never trust them with my business again.
