Jerry installed a new tub, tile, and showerhead in our bathroom. The job was completed in a timely manner with excellent workmanship and high quality materials. From day one we felt extremely fortunate that we crossed paths with Jerry. He helped us take some ideas for a floor plan into a design that we loved on paper. This was the best remodel project we have ever had. Jerry is very precise and quite the craftsman. Every part of the project was given great care. As with any project, it had its hiccups, but Jerry took it all in stride and came up with alternative solutions. We love the final product. Our bathrooms are so beautiful.

Advantage did a complete bathroom remodel for me summer/fall 2019. Included a see through fireplace between Master Bath/Bedroom. The owner is very responsive and coordinated everything with minimal disruptions. He was open to our ideas, but also offered helpful suggestions that improved on what we wanted. I just had one small repair issue and he responded immediately and took care of the repair quickly. Very high quality work and extremely professional. Highly recommend them.

Jerry has a knack for coming up with affordable solutions and amazing results. He actually was able to not only meet but beat the expected timeline which is unheard of in today’s times. Jerry was wonderful to work with on our bathroom remodel. He replaced all of our cabinetry, took out a pony wall, put up a wall, and put in a shower. He communicated very well and always answered any question we had. Once all supplies came in, he got the job done ahead of schedule and did a great job! We are happy with how our project turned out.

This was quite a task for a home we built 57 years ago. It involved removing all the plumbing fixtures, room adaptation for a walk-in tub, removing wall paper, preparing new wall surfaces, enlarging the door opening which involved new door frame, new door and trim, electrical work inclusive of new light fixture and heat light, reinstall mirror and bar light, painting, removal/replacement of flooring, custom quartz counter top with under-mount lavatory and rebuilding of knee wall with new quartz wall cap.Mr. Chadwick was very responsive to a time sensitive situation and very helpful in the selection/procurement of materials and fixtures. Advantage Services remodeled my walk-in closet. The hanging rods had fallen down. Mr Chadwick listened to what I wanted and he made some suggestions that would be beneficial. I am extremely happy with it. He does high quality work. I was so impressed, I had him come back and install a sink, facet and garbage disposal in my kitchen, a cabinet and a doggie door. Five stars are not enough for the work Jerry provided. We had our kitchen, powder room and main bathroom refreshed with new lights, quartz countertops, toilets and mirrors. The master bedroom bath was totally redone with free standing tub, new shower, quartz countertops, new medicine cabinets and tile flooring. Jerry also provided extensive mud work throughout the house correcting 30 years of settling cracks. Along the way he showed attention to detail making suggestions to enhance the overall job. He even went with us to pick out the bathroom tile flooring and recommended using Onyx for the shower instead of tile (a great choice we love). Additionally, he cleaned up after each days work not leaving any trip hazards or dust. His suggestions and friendly personality made the whole experience exceptional and by the end of the job he was part of the family. He finished on time and on budget. We will certainly call Jerry on our next job.
