This review is not based off the business but off who I can only assume is the owner. Or whoever drives the back SUV with the business name on the back. If you’re going to be advertising your business I would recommend not cutting off another vehicle in a school zone to get around the vehicles waiting in line to pick up their children from an Elementary school. When you cut me off you almost made me crash into a center divider divider to avoid being hit!!

I called to find out what information she would need and she said if it was not an original case dont bother to call back. She kept shooting off her mouth and I had a difficult time getting her to understand why I was calling. She sounded very ignorant and was exceedingly rude. I would never use Mary Ellen for anything. Not worth the aggravation.

My wife used Mary Ellens one time to bond someone out. We found out years later that they had put a lean on our house when we tried to sell it. We never agreed to using the house as collateral, not to mention the person that was bailed out complied with all requirements of the court.Look elsewhere in Brighton if you need a bondsmen, plenty of 5 star places on Google that we have used with no issues at all.

May Ellen today revoked the bond on my client because his elderly mother who co-signed on the bond accidentally wrote down a partially incorrect address on one of the forms. Because of this dishonest and underhanded trick, my client will have to go back to jail and find a different surety to get out of jail and his mother is out $5,000 to Mary Ellen. Use Mary Ellens bonding service at your peril - my client and his mother were ripped off by this bonding agent at at time when they could least afford it. Attorney Trevor McFee

I was told they couldnt help me out with my boyfriends bond because it was to small. I proceeded to call them back with a couple of questions I had and all they did was pick the phone up, didnt say anything and then hung up on me numerous times. Very rude, unprofessional and obviously dont care about anything but money money money. Mary Ellen you will not have my vote for the public office you are currently running for. Based off my experiences and the other reviews, you dont care about helping anyone else out but yourself.
