I am so grateful that Nancy was able to help me with the application process of my first apartment. I felt very welcomed since the first time I went in. She never made me feel dumb for asking a million questions and always kept a good attitude no matter how busy she got with calls and tenants. If our schedules didn’t allow it, she happily went out of her way by staying hours late many times to make sure we got the paperwork done correctly. The apartments are very nice overall, super clean and so comfortable to live in. The A/C is amazing! Nancy definitely changed my family’s life and I will forever be thankful for making our new home possible.

My five star rating is solely because of the property manager Nancy Hernandez. There are many amazing things about Nancy I could describe here but I haven’t the time to write it and you probably don’t have the time to read. Let me just name a few. Nancy is the most patient person we’ve ever worked with, being anxious about our first apartment Nancy did not everything she could to put me and my roommate at ease, she actually encouraged us to call every day if we had questions or concerns… which helped us to feel more at ease. In addition… there was some paperwork along the process for us to take home and we were confused about a few parts of it, so we went in…. And the phone kept ringing and she looked very flustered and busy, but still invited us into her office and gave us her undivided attention, answering questions, helping us fill out the paperwork and making is feel like we were welcomed and not being a burden. With any snags in the process she did her best to get ahold of us and help out get it rectified… one evening the only time I was able to make it in was right after work which was around 4:45pm about 15 minutes before the leasing office closed for the weekend, and the paperwork took about half an hour to do, (our fault obviously bc we made a mistake) and she was on her way out, her husband arrive because I guess they were going to go to dinner together, and even though she could have gone home at 5 she made us her priority. She stayed later to make sure the issues were fixed and we were able to move foreword. This showed us she was intent on giving us a community to live in and not just an apartment. She would get 10 stars if I could give them to her because her service to my roommate and I was incredible. And above and beyond. Thank you Nancy if you can see this. You are rhe MVP

The office manager Nancy is amazing , she helps us throughout the process and made sure we stayed positive . She got us through our process and never once made us feel like a burden or like we’re bugging . Would def recommend going through Nancy

I have been living here for three years now. It has been an excellent experience. There have been ups and downs but when I need something , Nancy the property manager, is always there to help in anyway she can. She has helped me through a tough time, which Im truly grateful for. She is always there to help with a smile and positive attitude. If I need something fixed mantinance does an excellent job of promptly getting it done. They also do an wonderful job keeping the grounds safe and clean.

We’ve been here for 5 months now and are really happy here. Nancy, the property manager has been nothing but great to us. She is prompt in getting done whatever issue we may have, she’s resourceful, and great. The apartments are kept cleaned and quiet. There’s a pool and gym. It’s a great place to live!

Me and my sister have lived here for almost 5yrs. We enjoy living here. We have never had any problems. Since they started the resident portal making payments and requesting maintenance is so fast and easy. Maintenance will usually resolve issues very quickly. Patty in the office is always friendly and is great at getting our paperwork ready for us for renewal. Great place to live.

The property manager Nancy Hernadez is so amazing ,she has been so amazing for me and my family members and has improved so much for a better environment . Patti in the office is awesome! I have been working with her over a month now. The first time I walked in, she was very friendly and welcoming. Answered all my questions and encouraged me to call the office everyday if I wanted updates. I thought she wasnt serious, but she insisted that she meant it and she wont be bothered.Ive been calling almost everyday to ask about availability, Patti never got tired and was always understanding with pleasant attitude.With her help, I was able to get what I wanted within a month. When it came to the lengthy paperwork, Patti knew what she was doing and made the process smooth and easy. I cant thank her enough for her valued customer service.

My family and I have been searching for a new place to welcome our baby coming. The manager Nancy was amazing and literally worked wonders to help us out, she was patient and kind. I pulled into Sterling Apartments and really needed a place to live with my family. Mrs. Nancy went above and beyond to help me get into an apartment. The staff here is great and the place is quit. A very nice place for a FAMILY.

Kind Of Frustrated... Told Mrs.Nancy Martinez(Property Manager) That I Had Subpar Credit(I Already Know This) she continued to advise me to apply for the apartment and her exact words “of you have less than desirable credit we’ll give you a higher deposit” .... again I asked her Will I be approved again to be reassured and she said yes if my background clears. Ultimately I was denied then she advise me to add my wife for an additional denial, I feel as if I was scheme to get a application fee. There was no help or empathy, I’m from out of state with 4 children. I will have to go to corporate about this matter

We had our business located here for 5+ years in one of the street level suites. It worked out just fine. Staff was generally very good to work with, assisted us when needed. I think we were a pretty good tenant, and not overly demanding or anything. Overall a positive experience. Nice to be in a neighborhood setting rather than an office park.

The property manager Nancy, has been nothing but kind and generous since she has started at Sterling Park. Everytime I have spoke to her she has been very understanding, respectful, resourceful, helpful if I have a service request the office always seems to be on top of it. She has been very positive to me and always has wise words and wisdom to share with me. I really appreciate her as our property manager. My neighbors & friends, that live here aswell have spoke very highly of her on how nice she really is. Ive had nothing but great experience with everyone who has been apart of Sterling Park since Ive moved here, but Nancy is one of my favorites.

Just signed my third year lease!!! Sterling Park has been a blessing. To have a safe, clean environment to live in. For me there was only one place that is affordable, well maintained, and staff that enjoys there work. Sterling Park Brighton CO is the only place. Patty leasing consultant was there to help me thru all the steps needed to move in. She was able to get me in within 2 months which we believed it would be longer in the waiting list. Patty kept me informed and never once was unprofessional. Since I was calling almost every day checking in. Coming from California to Colorado was smooth and less stressful, with Patty keeping me informed at all times. Signing my third year lease, Patty once again here to explain and help with filling the lease correctly with me. Maintenance crew here have been professional, and such a pleasure to talk to. They are always on top of any issues I or others may have. . Thank you Patty, for helping Sterling Park, BE THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN!!!!

Patty in the office is amazing! Patty knows her stuff, is straight forward, honest and friendly. The grounds are well kept and maintained and any maintenance issues that come about are quickly resolved. Residents at the complex are typically pretty quiet.

Everyone I have spoke with or encountered has been very nice and helpful; once I moved in I thought I had a problem with my garbage disposal and they were quick to respond although nothing was wrong with it the maintenance man was very pleasant great customer service and explaining to me that a switch had to be reset without making me feel like I was an inconvenience.. I would highly recommend Sterling Park Apartments. P.S. my apartment is lovely perfect for my little family

On July 7th I had applied for an apartment and was initially declined too to bad credit and a mistake in my renters history. The leasing manager Nancy Hernandez worked with me by explaining all the paperwork I needed to get the denial overturned and before I knew it I was approved for a apartment. She spent alot of time working with me too make sure all of my paperwork was correct for an appeal and my application was eventually switched too an approval. I give this property 5 stars because not only was I helped when initially declined but the leasing manager did everything in her power too make sure that my denial status got overturned.I am truly grateful for her help and if recommend this complex for anyone looking for a new home or a fresh start.

Had a really bad experience with the property manager, Nancy Hernandez, we did the process of a move in and she did not showed me the apartment, she only showed me pictures of the unit. When I moved in, I was not satisfied with the apt... the carpet had damages, it had dirty spots and so on... I spoke to her I did not spend any night there when I told her I was not satisfied and that I would look for something else. She stated that I would get the whole money rent and deposit I made, everytime I would email her she would never answer I would have to email her more than once for her to respond. I received the monthly payment rent, but I never received the deposit... I emailed her again and she said there was not going to be any deposit back, making up stories of reason why I couldnt get my deposit back, I did not spend any night there, There was 0 damages in the unit by my side, like for her to keep my deposit, she’s not professional at all. The day I went to drop off the keys since I was not satisfied with the apartment she was very mad and she took the keys from me in a very rude way, also when I would ask questions about the apt she seemed to be bothered and she gets bothered when Hispanic people go and ask questions, since she “doesnt speak spanish” there was this time I had to translate for her, since the resident only speak spanish, and she was answering Questions bothered because she wanted to leave the office already, it is not fair for the property to keep my deposit since I did not cause any damage in the unit.

So our living experience here has been half-and-half. Especially with recent (6-10 months) staff change overs, the overall care and upkeep has improved significantly. The interaction with members (clients) in the community is sometimes inconsistent, and overall amicable communication with established residents before the staff changeover has been mixed. They have done a good bit of upkeep&tlc, from the pool retiling, to enclosing the trash dumpster at the back of the community, to updating information&some comms about ammenities access, hours, and similar.Whether a language barrier or resident comprehension issue, the trash areas and grass/pet areas are a constant contention; we are told to breakdown and place furniture in dumpsters, yet Ive had fellow residents tell me they either a) dont see how they can dismantle nevermind lift/fit their items into the dumpster, to b) have seen propane tanks being tossed in the dumpster that could cause Severe damage and injury if compressed when the dump-truck comes through, and c) pet defecation cleanup is only enforced if in eyesight of trafficked areas, to d) inconsistant restraint habits despite supposed county ordinance & apartment rules stating animals must be under control &/or restrained at all times And approved by the office to be on the grounds.Porches are a waste of space with the restrictions on allowable items, despite this supposedly being an all-ages family community complex, and the playground often has infestations of red ants or wasps making it unsafe for littles to play regularly.

STAY AWAY!! I have a infestation of carpet beetles fruit flies and office staff seems to not care. Apartments are really old not taken care. Office staff seems to care about issues but they apparently don’t. I have had this carpet beetle infestation for a while now pest control has came a couple of times and seems to not fix the problem and the office staff doesn’t care if problem is fixed or not. Even though they see pest control isn’t fixing the problem they don’t take action about the problem. If i could leave from here i would do it in a heart beat but unfortunately I’m stuck here. STAY AWAY.

Our maitence guy Jamal is awsome! I had a mouse in my house yesterday morning and he came right over to help. The two of us and my golden retriever worked together and were able to catch him alive. Thanks Jamal 😁

Sterling Park apartments was a terrible living experience. the management tries any way to squeeze money out of you but then neglects any request you have. when i fist moved into my apartment the walls had holes and the floors didnt even look like they were shampooed, the cabinets were chipped, broken and stained. The appliances only lasted about two months before they started having issues and when i tried to get them fix they did a generic job and the same thing ended up happening again a few weeks later. i also had numerous people hitting my vehicles in the parking lot and when i confronted management they didnt even care and told me there wasnt anything they could do.

Terrible company! They dont answer the phones, the lose rent checks and it seems they dont care! We had to sign our lease 3 different time because they couldnt get it right, and then they had some new person sign it and figured out that legally she couldnt. So all in all I would not suggest anyone moving here.

I have ever actually rented through them before however just taking a glance on the website and I see they have breed restrictions and of course a pitbull is the 1st one listed. I find it extremely unfair how people can be so judgemental of these dogs. Having one (blue nose pitbull) I can say he is not a threat to anyone. This dog is more of a lover of all people and animals more than any other breed of dog Ive had.

Do not move here! Management is the worst! You will get screwed! Not good/safe place to live if you have young children.

The area is beautiful, the apartments are nice. The leasing consultants are very helpful and friendly. The playground could be updated, with all the people here pay paying $1000 a month to live. Theres a light pole on the playground thats broken with exposed wires. Every stairway has broken poles laid under them I see children playing with. There has been air filters laying on the ground for two weeks behind different apartments. The laundry room is clean but the machines are filthy. And I think preventive maintenance is annoying and I dont look forward to the maintenance men coming and getting their dirty shoes on my carpet when I didnt ask for repairs. I feel annoyed but hey thats what you get signing up to live in apartments.

A terrible living experience at best. Overpriced, crummy little apartments in a poor location with trashy, cheap appliances and illogical amenities.Within the first week, half of the closet doors had broken or fallen off of their hinges. The garbage disposal broke within the first two months. The washer and dryer each broke several times.Then, when we moved out, the complex charged us an additional $466 in damages, despite the fact that we had paid a hefty pet deposit to cover pet-related damages. Not worth the stress of living there.On top of it all, the management never answered their phones and rarely responded to emails, even when large payments were being processed.

The office turn around is ridiculous, apparently they cant keep anyone! Ive been without ac for a week now & know nothing. Applicance suck! & who doesnt notify residents that theyre doing fire drills, whatabout people with seniors or animals that run, ridiculous, sooo want to move.

I was so excited to apply for an apartment, I know that is base on income, but the lady who answer the phone is rude. we make around 32 a year I wish it was a lot but the lady said I make to much money to live there. im very disappointed.
