The Brigham City store has always been helpful always been good to me and has always helped me with everything Ive needed if they didnt have it they sent me to where I could get it or order it for me

I have been to this autozone twice and both times I was helped very quickly and enthusiastically by Chayse! He helped me to get what I needed and get out ASAP.

Great customer care when I and my mother went in for a bathroom and some small supplies! Dont like Brigham City but definitely like these guys!

So I got lifters for my Yukon, 3 months later one failed, part was under warranty, mechanic called Autozone to get it covered under the warranty, both parties agreed it was a failed lifter, Autozone said they would cover it under warranty, 3 months later still havent paid the mechanic for it, in the same boat again as Autozone doesnt want to warranty their parts and always trying to put the blame on others

I went to AutoZone for a car battery. Jaycee was so helpful. She explained the different batteries to me and installed it for me. She was great, really nice and Im grateful for her help.

More employees than customers and we had to go to tremonton to get the parts we needed

Called to check for tie rod ends and was told they had them in stock. their computer showed they had 2 which was awesome considering that I needed 2. When I got to the store they only had 1 but the employee said he could have the other one in the store around 1130. 2 hours later I hadnt heard anything from them so I called and they told me that the warehouse just pulled it off the shelf and it wouldnt be available for pickup until after 330. Last time I will be using Autozone. Fantastic communication skills Autozone

Needed a battery change while passing through. Google helped me find out that AutoZone would change it for me and gave me the directions to this store.Was very pleased with the customer service and the quick change.

Great service, plus they price match! I went in for a new car battery. I thought Id just be taking it home to replace later, but they offered to install it for me even though they were busy. The process was very quick. I was on the road within five-ten minutes with a brand new battery.

Great staff that went above and beyond their job description. I had them check my charging system on my Motorhome because it wouldnt hold a charge. Turns out I needed a new alternator which was run by a serpentine belt and I was unsure how to maneuver around the belt. 2 employees offered to help me as much as they could between customers. We got the alternator changed and have had no problems since.

It aint so bad.

This place has bailed me out of numerous fixes on the go while traveling through town. The staff is usually knowledgeable enough to help me figure out the problem, and their lender tools are always enough to get me back on the road.

Late evening, a thousand miles from home, faced with the prospect of a long night and day waiting for a repair, Cody and Brandon went far beyond the call of duty to help us out.. within an hour we were back on the highway, thanking our lucky stars that they were right where we happened to land when our van had an issue on a long road trip.Thanks again, guys, five stars isnt enough.. 👍👍

Battery was dead and I came in to have them look at it. Cameron was super friendly and got me in and out with a new one in less than 15 minutes. He even changed it out for me in 105° weather and took the old one. Great experience.

I had previously bought anti-freeze for my car at a brand store that isnt around utah very much. And I didnt know which type of anti-freeze my car needed, but the guy here immediately was able to find what I needed and was super helpful. The guys here do their job well.

AutoZone still struggles having all the people they need at the registers. While they do a very good job of managing the phone and customers, there always seems to be somebody in the back whos doing something else... So customers have to wait in line a little longer.

On a trip from Tacoma to hurricane Utah to go Jeeping at sand hollow I ran into some fuel tank issues. In dropping the tank the wires to the fuel pump plug broke. After searching for a replacement plug the parts manager went out of his way to help dismantle the plug and walk through having every piece I needed to rebuild it and finish my trip.!!! Excellent customer service. Thank you very much

Needed a battery test (and ultimately a new battery) and a gentleman by the name of Robert helped me out. Hes still learning the ropes as of writing this review, so it wasnt the quickest of visits, but thats okay. The rest of the staff were right behind them and all of them (especially Robert) was amazing. (Cant really blame the guy; those computer systems are digital labyrinths.)

Helpful staff, but manifest intake we bought was defective. Took it back went to oreileys. Way cheaper and it worked.

Autozone is pretry good except north odgen that one the workers arent friendly quite rude the one on 31st street in odgen is cool.
