The whole team was very responsive and respectful to all who entered the building while I was there. I had a number of issues and they helped me with each one. Each person who asked me what I needed hell with did so with professional respect and promptness. There was a great energy about the team, each played their own role well but, as a team it was so smooth. Greatly appreciated and enjoyed the short time I was in their care.

I have used Jiffy Lube for 35 years because I feel safe with them checking fluids and their training. I live discounts so it is hard to see the price going up so much, but I love the service so no choice. Employees are great too.

I use this team to evacuate the refrigerant from the a/c systems on the cars I do repairs on. Then I do the repairs, bring the car back and they re-charge the system. They are very fast and convenient.

Periodically I get an oil change done at a shop - usually I take care of it on my own. I drive in to Jiffy Lube expecting $20 or $30 for a standard oil change. The tech at Jiffy has me pull in, asks me a few questions, then after a few minutes hands me a quote for about $300 of work that I need on my car. No, I just want the standard oil change. He tells me they no longer have the standard oil change, now its just the signature, and it will be $70-80. He tells me I definitely need a new air filter, at least by the time my next oil change is due. New air filter is around $25.No thanks, I tell him, I was expecting somewhere around $20-30 for the oil change. Then he kindly knocked down my prices, putting the oil change somewhere around $35, and the oil filter around $12. I end up paying a little over $50 for the oil change and filter.While I appreciated the discount, I can still take care of an oil change for far less at other shops, or just on my own. Example - Walmart standard oil change is $19.88.

They did a good job as far as being quick and efficient. My check engine light came on and they said it was the battery....however they missed that my serpentine belt had completely fallen off. When I left after replacing my battery the light was still on. So I went to a different mechanic who informed me my serpentine belt was missing and the couldnt believe that the mechanics at jiffy lube had missed it. Its amazing I made it to the next mechanic without my vehicle overheating or dying. So basically they were quick service but also fixed the wrong thing and missed something obvious.

Outstanding customer service, Stephanie the owner is on top of it, but be understanding as she is super duper busy all the time but she does her best. I really appreciate the staff here and they even took a customer at 5:59 (they close at 6) they even let my dog and I sit in the waiting room.

I was told my battery was ready to die and could strand me at any time. I went to an auto part store to have it checked and the battery was still good. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

The technician was prompt and courteous and answered my questions. She then explained the applicable fees.

Took my truck in for a simple oil change, they broke the housing that the oil filter screws on to, while they fixed it at no charge to me my truck has never leaked oil and now it does.

Went in for a signature service fluid change package and my car was marked as “OK LEVELS” for my coolant, which was a red flag to me because I knew it was running low. Took it into Auto Zone and was told I was running extremely low on my coolant levels and needed it filled immediately. For spending $50, I really expected at least a little more effort in checking my fluid levels. It was disappointing to say the least.

Completed the oil change really quickly... had to specify that the VIN number check for the oil type was not correct due to the engine being replaced in this car last year. The voucher I had specified that it was free up to 8 quarts of oil plus all the other fluid checks and the car would be vacuumed. Once I left I found the maintenance light had not been reset they had not vacuumed...

I personally know this buisness has an employee who is also their MANAGER who FAKED their required Covid19 test and came to work putting not only employees but customers at risk. I also know they have not fired him and have only put him on suspend. Will never go to this establishment again for how utterly careless and neglectful they are.

My last jiffy lube experience was not good. Cost me $100 and the guy argued with me, forced me to get the most expensive oil, wouldn’t take any coupons (different location) and I told them about it and they gave me $20 off (it wasn’t even them that was the last place) I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and less then $40.00 oil change! They were great! Would highly recommend!

Way over priced for a basic service such as oil change. $98 is a joke for the same service others offer for half the price. Will never return there.Edited to add that this price was AFTER the coupon.

I will never go back here. Three different kids working on my car. Two girls and a boy. When I got my check list of what they did I was shocked.It was crazy.It said I declined window wash, vacuum, tires are good! NO, THEY ARE COMPLETELY BALD!Brakes were good, but they didnt even check them. On and on.Because they were so dishonest I cant believe anything on that list.What a disappointing experience..Over 90 minutes once they started, $95.00 for 5 quarts of oil, and HORRIBLE service! You should go check this store out.I was hoping to switch to Jiffy Lube from Wal-Mart.I will do it myself before going to Jiffy Lube again.(80 yr old disabled widow)

The service was of great quality. I was treated with respect and the service was fast. All that was done on my car was itemized and gone over with me. Before anything new was discovered about my car I was informed and given an option. I use this business all the time and will continue.

Not jiffy at all—Oh my what a wait! It took an hour and 20 minutes. No one ever even welcomed me there. There was one car in the bay ahead of me so I decided to wait. I wish someone would of talked with me about being short staffed and that it would take awhile. Then when I do get In They didn’t even have the filter for my car. Luckily they got one from the auto part store but good grief um is that not something you should keep in stock? Let the customer know that it will take an OVER an hour not a “jiffy”!

I went to Jiffy live to get an oil change and filters done all the way around. Tech one broke my inlet line t ok my heater core and tech two didnt even know the difference between an oil filter, transmission filter or coolant filter. After leaving my truck overheated and thats when I noticed that my inlet line was broken. I took it back and they took responsibility, nonetheless they still took two more hours to get it fixed. Im a Diesel mechanic and I know it only takes 10 min max to fix.Staff was extremely professional, but were not experienced enough with Diesel trucks.Thanks

The quality of service is what I give 4 stars forThe staff is very friendly and professional. However, this was the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for. Holy cow I could have bought everything I needed and paid my grandson 20 bucks and it would be 87.00 less than what I paid. Oh well.

They said they cleaned my windows, but they didn’t. They didn’t do their usual showing of the oil was at when they were done. Just told me to get in my car and drive out.

I always hesitate to bring my vehicles to the Brigham City jiffy Lube because I never know what Im going to get. This last time I watched them use a larger socket on my lug nuts and get it stuck. They striped three of them and then told me that they were striped when I brought it in... Im very dissatisfied with the quality of work that was done on my car. I would always recommend Leos or fixed auto instead of jiffy.

The service members here went so far above and beyond what I had been anticipating from past jiffy lube experiences (at other service stops). We were headed out of town, and with our work hours it was a tight crunch to get in for an oil change, but the team members here were so helpful and considerate. They did all they could to ensure our car was prepped for a long drive and were positive through the entire experience. We are so thankful for their service, and the job they did was phenomenal.

I paid for the signature service where they vacuum and wash your windows and fill your fluids. The windows looked ok, but they definitely did not vacuum. Also they left black greasy fingerprints on my white car door. None of that is a big deal. I just wont ever pay for that again when it doesnt even get done I guess. Maybe I better check the fluids they said got filled. Definitely my oil did;) The guy showed me the level on the dipstick. I didnt feel like driving back after work to tell them the other stuff because the guy at the desk gave me a nice discount on the service. The guys there were super nice and attentive to me as a customer. The job was done timely. Happy with their work changing my oil for me. I just wont have them attempt to clean my car again.

They were busy so they said they’d call me about what time it’d be done. They were on time and helpful.

I was impressed by the knowledge of how to get the right information. I had them replace the fluid in my transfer case and front and rear differential. When I went to pick up my truck, he told me that they were not sure what went in the transfer case. However instead of googling it, he called Ford and made sure he put the right fluid in.

The heart of this store is Stephanie. She is happy and outgoing and greets you as soon as you come into the store. She keeps you updated and makes sure you are treated fairly. The other 2 ladies that were waiting also talked about how much they like and trust her and that she is the reason they keep coming back. I agree. I hope you realize what a gem of an employee you have in this beautiful lady.

They have an awesome team at this location, took my car in around lunch and they had three cars a head of me and my oil change only took 45 min. They went over everything they topped off with me and showed me that the transmission and oil fluid was full before sending me on my way.The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because they didnt vacuum my car and put smears on the rear window instead of cleaning it.

Yesterday I stopped in for what I hoped would be a quick oil change. I have been visiting this location for many, many years and have, for the most part, had relatively quick service.Yesterday was a train wreck! I arrived to find only one Bay full and pulled up to the empty Bay. Within about 30 seconds, another customer hold up and there was nobody outside to figure out what we wanted. When the attendant did finally show up after 4 or 5 minutes, he put the other customer ahead of me. I didnt figure it was any big deal because theyre usually pretty fast..Upon reaching the lobby, I sat down and waited for the customary gathering of information to find out what services I wanted. I waited for 20 minutes before I was ever asked what I wanted.I was on a tight time line, and didnt have time for that kind of wait. Approximately 30 minutes later, the attendant was talking with another customer and I expressed my frustration over why it was taking so long, as I could have just dropped off my car for them to complete and I would return later.I learned that they were out of stock of oil filters for the other customers car and had to wait for Oreillys auto parts to bring more. I just had to shake my head, who does business like that?I left my information and instructions with the employee and had to have my wife pick me up.I returned 90 minutes later to find that my car was now in the servuce bay while they were working on another car, mine was not done yet!?When the attendant saw me in the waiting room, he quickly began vacuuming and working on my car again. I expressed my frustration and dismay to him and was met with the same excuse as he had given the previous customer… they didnt have the right oil filter in stock again!When I went out to check my car with the attendant, I found not they had not replaced the service reminder on the windshield, nor had they filled my windshield wiper fluid, which is part of the service.I asked as nicely as I could muster, if the attendant would fill that for me so that I could finally leave. All total, they had my car for over 2 1/2 hours.I will not ever do business with this location again!

Attendants were respectful and moved with a purpose. That was remarkable considering it was late on Veterans Day, and they had been busy ALL DAY.

We went to the Logan Utah jiffy lube to get a safety inspections test. I am pretty sure Jiffy Lube prides themselves on how many times they can get away with telling you your air filter is bad and that your brake lights are out. Which of course is exactly what they told us when we got our safety inspection done. They ended up telling us my center strip brake light was out which is $230 dollars just for the part. My husband and I finally just ordered it and were waiting for it to arrive. Well as my husband was driving behind me to go and drop my car off somewhere in town he looks at the brake light they said was out just to see that it is working perfectly. Nothing is out. Its just fine. We took a picture and went in to show the manager Justin (who actually did our safety inspection) and he basically told us that we did something to make it work again and that we were lying because it wasnt working when we had it inspected. These mechanics hired at jiffy lube are dishonest and cant even call themselves real mechanics. Dont go here. Take you business and hard earned money somewhere else.

Terrible! I wish there was such a thing as negative stars. My drain plug was not installed all the way and I lost half my oil on my way home. I recieved the wrong receipt. For the completely wrong vehicle and customer. So I had to call to find out what oil I had so that I could fill it back up. And to top it all off, they put the wrong oil in my vehicle. I asked for synthetic and I got conventional and I still paid the price for synthetic. So I will never be going back.

After being blown off by Big O because it was 30 minutes to close on Saturday....stopped at Jiffy. They not only were happy to help, they went above and beyond in their customer service and quality work. Not a drop of oil spilled. Thanks guys.

They have been professional, and though they have to tell you about other services offered, they respect that I am there for an oil change only. I have been a patron for 20 years, and would like to see some sort of tiered pricing for long term customers.

Fast, friendly, and always do a good job.

There was a lady there with curly black hair who was fantastic. Not only with me but also to my kids. She gave the crew working some positive props a couple of times. This is something you rarely see! She did great and my car feels awesome to drive.

I normally go to the dealership for my oil changes but out of convenience chose to go to jiffy lube and because I had a coupon. Im satisfied with the work but I did have quite a wait, and as it turned out it would have been cheaper for me to go to the dealership even with the coupon.

The experience on Veterans Day was great. However, today two days later, Ive discovered some good sized oil stains on my driveway. Im taking my vehicle back in tomorrow.

The Jiffy Lube in Brigham City, UT is the only one I go to. They are always fast and courteous, and even stayed almost a full hour after closing to help me with a brake job. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
