Gables Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brigham City does a wonderful job! Very Clean! Great Activities! Beautiful Courtyard to visit family. They also work with the New Choice Waiver Medicaid Program, and their administrator is very kind and compassionate with family members, residents and staff!

I worked there for about a year and after working there I would never send anyone to work there. They were always short staffed and work let people just not show up with no punishment. And would cut your checks if you left more then 10 minutes even if the reason you were leaving was that the people you were waiting to do shift change with was over an hour late. Jannie and the others in charge were Neglectful of the staff and residents. When I was leaving one of the managers was so blind to what’s going on they let a residents become an Alcoholic. Not to mention that they don’t have a nurse there 24/7 since there nurses that they have work for another company and Don’t care about the people they give med tech rights to just asking to loose there nursing license. In short a terrible company and I feel bad for the residents and the staff that live there.

I work here and I love my job! The residents here are completely and fully loved by every staff. I have been a CNA for over a year and worked at many different places. One thing you can tell as a fellow CNA is who is doing their job for money and who actually has their heart invested in the residents and the building itself. I feel and can see that all the Caregivers and Med Techs are in this for the right reasons. We are very close as a team. We go through an extensive training, a few one on one shadowings, and delegated to pass meds. We love these residents! Some of us work double shifts and go long weeks without days off to make sure these residents are being provided adequate care. Jannie, Rochelle and Melinda do an awesome job at hearing our needs out and coming up with new ways to improve the quality of Gables! The food here is awesome! The relationships between the staff and residents are close because of the lower occupancy then a Skilled Nursing Facility. I would definitely recommend working here to anyone who is looking for a great job as a CNA! ❤️❤️ I would also trust these staff to care of my grandma❤️

The Gables of Brigham City are such wonderful facilities. The Administrator and facility staff provide a great quality of care. I would highly recommend these facilities to anyone looking to place their loved one in an assisted living or memory care.

The staff was excellent, and our Mother experienced great care.

The house manager recommended to a CNA that they leave a resident in their own poop for 2 hours because they didn’t want to help change them, and they hadn’t scheduled another CNA to be there- so there was only one CNA for all the residents.I used to work here, I am not just a friend of someone who used to work here. Dont let your family live here, the prices just keep going up and the care going down. They treat the employees with no respect and chose to ignore problems when they are reported so the residents care will never improve, and there will be continued experiences like the one i shared. When I reported the way employees were doing meds wrong (not giving people the right pills and lying about what pills were given) Nothing was done. When I reported the residents were being neglected I was ignored. I hate to see how the residents here are mistreated. The staff talks down to the residents (baby talk) and does not show respect to the wonderful people who they should be caring for and loving. If I saw improvement in this facility I wouldn’t be writing this review- but I am writing it from my heart because I want for everyone to know not to come here with your family members and hope that my experience will help you.
