We had them replace all of our existing windows. Their prices are fairly competitive, which is why we went on the recommendation to use them. Overall, the windows are better than what we had, so we’re grateful. But I would assume installing new windows in an already existing home would require a little extra attention to the details - like a huge gap that exists between the window and the frame of the house. A new window won’t do any good if there is still air flowing through there. Being told that foam insulating that gap voids the warranty of the new windows doesn’t seem right or fair.

They have good prices for Windows, but just a warning, they dont schedule. They just call and kind of expect you to be home. But as long as youre comfortable with leaving your door unlocked for them, they are very respectful about your home.

This is my go to place for getting my windshields replaced. They always got me in within 24 hours and Ive never had a windshield theyve replaced leak! Before I moved here windshields done by other chain shops have all leaked during the next rainstorm. Mellons has always quoted better prices than the chain stores as well.

They told me what I needed to know.

Called to have my plate glass picture window replaced on a thursday was told they would be out asap , called back on the following monday and the same person tells me it will be at least a week or more until they can come out, now if they eould of told me that in the first place i could of called around to get another company out, instead now its been 5 days my home is full of bugs the plastic sheets covering my broken windows dont keep them out, id be better off in a barn thanks mellen glass for your speedy non informitive service. Ill let my insurance company know since they suggested you.
