This company still understands what great service, in the quality product they provide!! They were prompt and easy to work with on scheduling. They were on time and courteous when they arrived. And they did a SUPERIOR job on the carpets!!! Our family and living rooms has 35 year old carpet, and Russell cleaned it to look almost new! The place smells and looks great! Better than we ever could have imagined. Other carpet cleaning services Ive used pale in comparison, by a long shot! If you need your carpets cleaned, dont hesitate to call this company. Not only were they wonderful to deal with, and took the time necessary to make it great, but their prices were awesome as well, especially for the extra good service they rendered. This company has always done an amazing job cleaning the carpeting in my home. The carpeting not only feels and smells clean, it also stays clean longer than some other companies that we have used. Exceptional customer care and exceptional work.Earlier today my wifes nail polish carrier came unhinged and all of her bottles fell to the ground, a couple of them breaking atop each other on impact.As luck would have it, the black polish exploded across the carpet. When she called for me to come help, I thought there was no way we could get it out.In desperation I called Qwik Dry. They came over after their scheduled appointments and squeezed me into their day. Then, they got all the nail polish out of my carpet.I was both shocked and impressed!I strongly recommend this service and have already scheduled to have Russell with Qwik Dry return next week to do the rest of our carpets.Again, exceptional customer care and exceptional work!
