They didn’t level my hair the same length and all the thin hairs they had cut left them sticking up and won’t go down. Just got it done yesterday at the first time. I know now that it will be my first and last time going there. 😡

Great haircut! Exactly what I wanted and it turned out great! I wish I asked her name but I think it was Kristy. It was fast, easy, well priced, she even helped me find products to help me style it. She was very nice and professional.

Such a big help! We were in a rush to get a haircut before going to a friends wedding and they were able to fit us in right away. My husband looked so good after. I was beyond impressed

My son stopped by tonight to get a quick haircut 10 minutes before they closed. He was refused service even though one of the stylists clearly didn’t have anyone sitting in her chair to get a cut. Don’t say you are open till 7:00 if you clearly are not.

Joy Taylor is the best. She does all of my familys hair. She cuts, colors, and perms my hair and waxes brows when needed. I always come out of the shop feeling awesome and looking great. She also does under cuts. My daughter loves the different designs she cuts in her hair. And my other daughter is always getting complements on her hair and style. Have been going to Dollar Cuts for quite a while, since they were out across 1100 south. The new shop is close to my home and I just walked in one dayand lucked into Joy Taylor. She cut and colored my hair and I have been going to her since then. Shes a fun person as well as talented stylist.

I had a cute young girl put some highlights in my hair two weeks ago. My hair is so fried and dry that Im afraid to even curl it. I have had to spend another $100 in hair vitamins and conditioners to try and keep it from falling out. I called last night to let a supervisor know what happened and maybe the girl could use some more training. All the supervisor said was, OK, I know who this is. Ill talk to her and see if she remembers. That was it!!! No apologies, concern, NOTHING! Horrible customer service from the supervisor! Gave the one star because I was forced to add it so I could post the comment.

I can always get my hair cut or colored on the day and time I like. The operators are very well trained., curteous and friendly.

I would highly recommend Cyndi! She does a great job, explains into detail her concerns, options, and wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied.. Plus she makes good conversation so thats always a plus. ☺☺
