Bought some new trailer tires. They jumped right on it. When it was complete they also made sure the spare was to pressure and everything was ready to go. Their prices beat the competition by a good 20%.

Always great service, not only do they know how to fix your car, theyre great people, they work in the heat, and still manage to keep me and themselves calm, keep up the great work you guys!

I went in to big O for the no air bike tires for my daughters small bike. They kindly showed me where they where and asked if I knew the size. When I said I had the bike with me and I went to get it they came out with me and carried it in, removed the old tires for me, not only installed my new No-air tires but then fixed some of the other issues that I didn’t know about and raised handle bars etc. Along with friendly conversation they went above and beyond with their service even carrying my daughters small bike back to my truck for me. I was very impressed and want the staff to know how awesome they are and how much my daughter loves her “new” bike . You definitely earned another customer who will be driving from Nevada to use your services.

Stopped into Big O Tires lLate in the day on Friday because my moms prius had a piece of metal dtagging under wher I couldnt reach on the off chance they could see it with a lift. The guys were super friendly and were kind enough to take a look. They lifted the car and fastened the piece back into place free of charge. This was a great surprise and will definitely be earning my future business.

Went for an oil change and instead of warning me that it would take more than an hour they just said okay. I had my baby there with me and we waited for more than an hour and left without any help. I can’t believe they just wouldn’t communicate with me. Won’t go back for help

Love this place. BUT there are zero COVID precautions at all taken. None of the employees had a mask on. The pens did not get cleaned. Nobody cleaned the vehicle off, absolutely nothing. Also only two of the ten customers I saw were wearing masks. Not ok! Go look at discount tire and follow their example.

They were quick to get my vehicle in and repaired considering it was a weekend and they were busy. The labor rate is definitely reasonable but the 55 percent markup on the part seemed high, especially since it was an already expensive part. They charged me $540 for an aftermarket fuel pump that retails for $300 using the part number they provided. The dealer charges $512 for a new oem pump.

I have always bought my tires from Big O and they have always shot me straight. They fix my flats for free and are super helpful. They got a loyal customer out of me.

Had a big list of items that needed to be done on my Sequoia. New rotors all the way around, steering checked, tires and alignment. They changed the rotors, replaced a tie rod end and had the tires and alignment done the same day. Great communication about what they found and did to the vehicle. They didnt try to talk us into outrageously expensive tires. Thanks again Big O Brigham City.

I bought 4 new tires at a Big O store in St. George with a warranty. Unfortunately I ran over a screw on the freeway on my way to Logan. I was stranded! They didnt have my tire in stock until the next day, but I needed my car immediately. So they put one of their tires on my car at no charge and let me use that until the tire I needed came in. Especially since Big Os are individually owned, I felt very taken care of. If I get in that situation again, I hope its near Brigham.

I needed an inspection of my car chassis after I found a sheared-off bolt on the driveway under the car. Big O was quick to put it up on the hoist for the inspection. Ultimately it was determined the bolt did not come from the car and was quite probably from my truck. I was pleasantly surprised they did not charge me for this effort. Although Ive been a customer for many years, this reinforced the reason why I continue to support Big O in Brigham City.

Stopped in on a Monday morning before driving a new travel trailer to Florida. I didnt have an appointment, but the gentleman were able to squeeze me in, to do a visual inspection of the tires and bearings. The technician went above and beyond, locating a small nail in on of the tires. Tire is now patched and we are on our way within an hour of stopping. Excellent service! Thanks Big O Tires!

This store has gone downhill under the new management. Earlier this year they put new caps on the tires which then destroyed the stems for the tires. We had to replace all the stems on our vehicle at about $70 per tire. Customer service is very poor. We were loyal customers, but seeing how management runs this operation and the awful service we get, well no longer be customers. I strongly encourage people to go elsewhere and not support this business.

Was amazing help with my son & his car

I had bought tires a year ago at Big O in North Ogden. Once of them went flat. I took it to the facility in Brigham where I live and not only did they repair the tire, they remounted it and didnt charge me anything. They work fairly quickly and treat each person as an individual.

I rarely write a review for a business, but I am so impressed with the people at Big O Tire. I was traveling when I discovered I had a nail in my tire. I was able to get right in to have my tire repaired. They were friendly, prompt and professional. They fixed my tire for free and said to be sure to remember them when I need services in the future. If all Big O Tire employees are like the ones in Brigham City, Utah, then I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

The store manager Wayne took care of me personally and ensured I had a great experience. I grew up in Brigham and will always come back for tires when possible because I know I can trust and rely on Wayne. If you are looking for someone honest who will treat you right, Wayne is the guy to see.

Sent my girlfriend in their to have some tires on put on Rimes and instead of doing that they tried to talk her into a new set of tires do not recommend this location.

The service you get here is amazing. They are fast and have a good estimate on when your car will be ready. You really really REALLY have to watch the price of the service though. Sometimes it has been decent, other times we have been quoted $800 for something we did ourselves for $100 and an hour of work.

I began bringing my vehicles to Big O and these guys know what they are doing and are honest and fast. Terrible customer service. We had an emergency flat. The crew said they were too busy to serve us, while they sat and ate donuts with three open bays. We went to Georges a mile north. They cheerfully got us on our way.

Had a long drive ahead of me but needed a new tire first. Tried every where I could think of, trying to find a tire and wheel for my journey had absolutely no luck until I called Big-O. They had me I and out within a half hour. Was very pleased with them. Prices was dressed very reasonable, would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!

I have been going to Big O for several years and never been disappointed. The employees are always friendly and helpful. This past visit I really appreciated the concern and help of everyone involved. That really means a lot when you get old and decrepit.

Big O does a great job! They make sure they do it right! When I have my oil changed at Big O I know it was done thoroughly!

They are OK... But $20 to patch a tire when I could have gotten it done at discount tire for free.... I would likely choose to go to discount tire next time.

Customer service was one again great! I had my differential and axle replaced.the vacuum plate was left loose so I had to take it back in. Running great now

They took 2 days to run the diagnostic code test. I realize they were busy, but it didnt take them more than 20 minutes to run it. After they finally got back to me with a statement of they werent sure if that was the issue, they wanted to charge $80 for an hour worth of diagnostics. After saying that was excessive, they did drop the cost significantly. Wish it was faster and more definitive.Previous experiences have been much better than this one. They are friendly and helpful.

We stopped in to get a nail removed and plug/patch and the lads were able to do this straight away which was very helpful for us as we still had 5 hours of driving left for the day. Also there is a popcorn machine in the customer waiting area with fresh popped popcorn, the Australian tyre shops could seriously learn some customer service skills from this Big O shop! I went there to get my tires rotated, get a realignment, and have a file filter replaced. My car ended up needing more work, which I knew and which is why I asked them to realign it so I could know what was wrong. They fixed and replaced and called to explain everything to me and what it would cost. They were fast and honest. Everythings been good and its been a few weeks now. These guys are pros. The front desk was also super helpful and friendly

I have been going to Big-O for 20 years now, it just gets better with age. They always strive for customer satisfaction. The waiting room has been upgraded with a bar configuration where I can use my laptop while I wait. They also have a TV hooked to cable television as well as refreshments and free popcorn. However, I always find myself wandering over to Old South BBQ (Dixie Grill) across the street.To those who have posted negative reviews, I wonder if you actually took the time to set an expectation and follow through. If Ive ever had a problem, Ive brought it up, and its always been addressed. I wish all Big-O stores were like this one.

I did not visit there! I may have been next door at Taco Time. I would not step foot in that store. Crooks! All they are interested in is selling tires at an inflated price. They do not fix what they break. They bent a stabilizer bar lifting my car that next day broke and they would not fix it. Probably did not know how to. I had to get a real mechanic to fix it, then they would not pay him.

I have been going the Big O in Brigham UT for the past 10 years & have always been more than pleased with the service I have received. There was even a time that I had to have one of my kids stop in to have a tire repaired & even though the tires were not purchased there, Matts staff took care of them & had them back on their way without charging them to fix the tire. Great customer service that went above and beyond for my business. I was passing by town on my way back to Montana and needed tires before I left, tires are far more expensive in Montana. I called and explained my situation, asked about tires they had on special. They said they didnt have them in stock, put me on hold and said they would have them in 1 hr. 2 hrs later I was on the road with my new tires.Also while there, there was several customers coming and going, I listened as the guys at the counter knew their customers by name and obviously had made many long term customers through the years overhearing their comments. Also heard them inspect customers vehicle and not try to sell them on service they didnt need.Very surprised to see a single bad review, but you cant please everyone. Some people just like to complain I guess.

Last time I went down there I got my tires rotated. I was very mad when the employee got in my vehicle with gloves covered in oil to drive it up front. The second he got out of my vehicle he threw his gloves out. I always find we have to clean our cars after they come home from big os. I also think the employees are very unsanitary. I understand its a tire company and they always deal with tires, but I have been to several other places where the employees are clean and more importantly dont throw their oily gloves away after they drive my car.
