The people at the post office are extremely nice and helpful, but the delivery service people are not trained at all, the people switch out and 1 guy who usually is a regular is very nice and kind and does his job great, but i just had a new guy today and i was waiting for a package, watched him turn the truck around 4 times on my street because he kept forgetting stuff on my entire block, by the 4th time he finally gave me my package but come on, really? That’s ridiculous

I use this location a couple times a month and the staff(2 or 3 REGULAR employees) always greets with a smile. And regardless of customer numbers, they are efficient and extremely helpful.

This is the worst postal service I have ever had! The people at the office are quite nice, but the postal delivery men are the worst and something needs to be done about it! I dont receive my mail when it says delivered, they dont pick up mail in the mailbox either. I have called several times due to this and have a business to run and they make it difficult when Im waiting for items that I need and dont get them when I should. I sure hope they hire some reliable people who know what they are doing.
