This location was not hard to find. However, when I arrived I noticed a draft in the store. It’s unacceptable to have no heat in early February when its 7 degrees outside. Aside from the store not being able to afford heat or not caring, the customer service provided by Justin was astonishing. Very attentive, patient, and understanding. If I have to return it will only be during the warm months.

Store clerk was somewhat helpful. He seemed in a rush to do his job and didn’t answer any questions. Since the store was filthy and everything looked ransacked, I decided to just finish my business online, as much as he advised me not to. Sadness for a store that looks like this to represent AT&at.

I’ve been going to the store for two days to try to change my plan but every single time I go there they send me somewhere else or they give me a phone number to call and they can’t help me because they’re not allowed to do anything at the store that’s stupid

Worst place ever I have bought two iPhone 11’s and the new iPad I just came out in November that everything is in my name now I broke up with my girlfriend around December early January after we broke up she went to the store and paid the little black kid $200 to switch over the phone from my name to her name this is not good business I am going to sue you guys you do not put someone else’s phone into another persons name without permission I will be seeing you guys today I will be on my way at 10o’clock

Not even open. Placed curbside delivery for this location. There is nothing that indicates the store is closed. Went to this location and it was closed up with no signs indicating why or when they will open. Waste of time. Shouldnt be able to place orders to a location that isnt open.

I went in to the store to add a discount on my plan and the African American woman said they couldnt do things like that there. She sent me to ANOTHER store to do it. At the corporate store the young Hispanic man was very helpful and even got me a free phone. Will NOT be returning to this establishment again. Go to the CORPORATE store on 95th in Oak lawn.

What a great experience and store! Was looking to only purchase my wife a phone for mother’s day. Ended up walking out with 3 phones! The manager Julian was so hopeful during the process. Explains everything thoroughly. The ladies there were also so nice. Great staff! I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I went to this store and the no one was there. The door was closed and I needed to pay my bill and get another phone but will not be returning here. Last month I came in, they were so nice and helpful but they should be open all the time their hours are posted.

This Store was such a great experience! The staff here is very knowledgeable, Julian answered all my questions and was extremely helpful in calculating the best plan options for my account. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready to purchase again!

Poor customer service, attitudes there are no lines and when you walk in they dont even great you. After waiting to be serviced they let you know there is a sign up list. No check out counter other than machine so if you are just looking to get accessories good luck better off buying them from Amazon. So my rating is negative 1 star.

Staff is trying to be nice and everything but it just a big lie. They do not inform their costumers about charges and fees, and then act like they are not responsible for anything. I advise you go to different retailer since this one puts people on hold and then they go home.

Really great service, highly recommend this AT&T location over any other. I have had many problems with my plan and phone and they were able to solve them all. They definitely deserve a 5 out of 5 stars. If you need anything or have any problem they are more than willing to help gladly. Shout out to Fadi and Tariq for helping me out, thank you.

Great customer service! They associates at this location really know what theyre doing. They were able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I highly reccommend this AT&T location above all others. Yall are doing a great job, I will definetly be back when Im ready to upgrade again and I will send all friends and family to you.

Iam a big believer in Customer Service and the service I received here was OUTSTANDING...my issue with the new phone that I purchased on September 6th was resolved by Layth with no problems whatsoever and he was very knowledgeable at knowing what I needed! If I could give this place no stars, I would. They are nice in person but when theres an issue and you call them the manager jack says theres nothing he can do. I traded mine and my husbands phones in March and att has yet to receive it so I can receive my reimbursement. I called Monday asking for the manager to find out whats going on and have yet to receive a response! I will be going in person. Horrible! Go to a legitimate store the one in Oaklawn.

Really nice staff working there.. went there couple weeks ago to setup New account with phone lines they did within 30minutes and explaining almost everything.. I dont know why they didnt know how much is going to be an activation fee.. but overall Im satisfied with the visit
