Organization is not on the priority list. Dispatchers are rude, safety doesn’t answer the phone, and the retention guy is a joke. This might be a family owned company but if you’re not “family” you can forget about it. Going to work, doing your job and staying out the office is not what this company wants. They’d rather you be a butt buddy. OO are stuck sitting hours and or days at a time waiting on freight. If you have other options, stay away from this company.

MONTHLY TRUCK INSPECTIONS REQUIRED TO WORK HERE....I have worked here for six years and the staff is friendly. We have Quarterly Safety meetings. Open door policy with the Owner is great to have. Matt In safety is great, Tim is always there to help.
