I been going to this place for a while now and I like it. I have only had an issue once and they fixed it right away at no cost or explanation. They didnt try to blame me like I did something wrong they simply fixed it. So yes I would recommend.

HORRIBLE PLACE. They were such in a rush, they messed up my eyebrows and their super red all around my eyebrows . Super RUDE . i was trying to pay and legs remember i was being respectful and didn’t complain either. She yelled at me to come over “get over here” to pay very RUDELY while i was trying to pay through apple pay. How did i know i was suppose to STEP OVER THE COUNTER TO PAY? It’s not like that anywhere else? Like?

I came in to do a face wax and the worker who worked with me was extremely rude. As much as waxing hurts she made the experience even worse she seemed untrained. As well as ripping off my side burn when I asked her not to. Instead of apologizing she said “we do it for everyone”... I asked to keep it. I wouldn’t go back here again. Very unprofessional people. No one had any name tags either and didn’t give any help or solutions.

Went for a face wax, i get these often for other places. this place was EXTA painful. she ripped off side burns when i SPECIFICALLY told her not to. they have no name tags. RUDE. terrible costumer service. not one apology and instead acting like she did no wrong!

Love getting my eyebrows waxed here. The employees go the extra step to make sure you have no extra hair when they shape/clean up which makes it last longer by a week max

The entire staff are really rude. Ushu has no respect for anyone. She’s training the staff to be as rude as her. I will never go there again.

The young girl who worked here before had moved on so the last few times I’ve been here they did my eyebrows completely horrible. No shape to them just horrible .

If I can rate them a 0 I would. One of the ladies that work there is very rude. I kindly asked for her to do my eyebrows and she refused by saying she is going home early but then another customer came and she did take her

Every single staff member is great at shaping or simply cleaning. They do not over work your brows and help advise you if you need growth or have shaping issues. Great prices for the service and always a quick trip! I get my eyebrows threaded here and am always pleased with the results. Their prices are very reasonable too.My favorite place been going here since they opened for business. I love them all.

This Salon is awesome. Everyone is kind and welcoming.You can tell how much they loves her job and cares about clients! I definitely recommend coming here!

The women were nice 😩❤️ I did my first Brazilian & eyebrows & Lip !! EVERYTHING DONE NICE AND CLEAN . Especially since I was scared but it wasn’t that bad they made me feel safe n comfortable thank you !! I will come back again !

Ok so the ladies were very nice, however they need to go back into training the lady that did my brows did an ok job but babyyy when she did my lashes I think she used the whole bottle of glue. They look horrible I waited two days and finally just took them off and you guessed it, my real lashes are 90% gone. I allowed my daughter to get her eyebrows done for the 1st time and the older lady did them they look nice but they look like completely different brows it look horrible I felt bad for my daughter because it was 1st experience. I fixed them once we made it home the best I could. Even though the ladies are really nice sadly I’ll never go here again.

They do a great a great job with the facials and eyebrows. Their waxing lasts a long and time eyelashes stay long...The staff is amazing! I highly recommend this place!

This lady was rude. Gave me wrong faces. I have never seen her at this location. I wa s there waiting and even other lady’s in line did not want to be taken care of by her. I wasn’t sure how her work was, so when it was my turn I say down. She was rushing. She chopped half my eyebrows off !! When I had my upper lip waxed, she put a full glob of wax all over my lip. I even had some on my lips. I wish I would have gotten her name. But terrible ! Do not come here

Love this location! Great employers and service! I get eyebrows threaded, tinted and lashes done every time great prices and great job done every time! I recommend Vanita and Usha they do an amazing job and they take their time!!

Everyone is very kind at this location, especially ushy. I went in for a full body wax which required a lot of time and I needed to get to work but she was able to complete everything I wanted not only fast but very well too with such a short amount of time. There was nothing left behind. She was very nice and I will definitely always go in when she is there. Thank you again Ushy. ❤️

I got my eye brow done and they were great! The place was clean and the service was awesome. I highly reccomend this place for anyone.

Got my brows done here and the lady took off more than I wanted! I told her I just want a clean up and she said ok. As she was doing my left brow, she told me your have a lot of gaps in the front. I told her that is ok just leave the hair there I want it to grow. Instead, she goes and takes off the hair making it way thinner in the front and higher than my other brow!!! Now they are totally uneven and do not look the same. She was also chewing on something and smacking her lips away the whole time. My sister also got her brows done, and rather than asking her to move her head, she would push her head to the side/angle she wanted. Very unprofessional.

Really liked this place! I had done my eyelashes and eyebrows. I was very happy with the outcome.

Very disappointed I went today and the girl did my eyebrows very thin after I said not to. I literally cried in my car lol never going back

Rupi is great, she always takes her time to make sure she does a good job on my eyebrows. Ive never felt rushed in her chair no matter how busy it is. Shes professional and personable. Shes my second favorite person there, next to Mena!!! I would recommend this salon and especially Mena or Rupi!

I walked by this place and people were eating & chatting. The damn wax machine was all yellow & dirty I dont think they clean this place properly how could they such a small place inside high traffic area with so many people inside all the time where is the health department they should check this facility once in a while.

Meena makes nice eyebrows and the price is good.

They do not clean hands or tools between clients!! Got my brows and lashes done got an eye infection! Also the lady who did my brows hands stunk badly!

Walked in and walked out smelled horrible, and you know if it smell bad its got be bad I aint taking the risk of catching some bug, they already inside Walmart like that wasnt enough.
