I used Your Day Event Rentals for my June 23, 2018, wedding at Danada House. Both Andy and Colleen were great to work with and were prompt with their responses to my phone calls and emails. The company charges $4 per chair, as well as a $100 delivery fee. They delivered, as well as picked up, 185 gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions at the exact times I had requested. I was so nervous about going over my rental time at the venue and being charged extra, but I had nothing to worry about. The set-up and take-down of the chairs turned out exactly how I wanted. Great company to work with!

It has been a pleasure planning my event and having Your Day as one of the vendors. They are very responsive and professional in what they do. They have also been very accommodating with the changes occurring due to Covid. We had to downsize our guest count and they were able to change the number while keeping the same rate as initially offered. Other places are giving credits to future events but this place has been so helpful in such a difficult time. Everything looked beautiful and I am glad I went with Your Day!

I had a great experience with YourDay Rentals. The chairs were in excellent condition and looked beautiful! They were affordable, and also had wonderful customer service. I initially put a deposit down for 330 chairs prior to COVID, and when my wedding numbers drastically changed because of this, they allowed me to only rent what I needed without charging me for the additional chairs I no longer needed. They were very understanding and it was great to do business with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for event chairs!

We used them for our wedding of 300+ guests. They were amazing! All I had to do what give the contact information of the reception and they did the rest. Super easy to work with. The chairs ARE NOT flimsy at all. Very sturdy and look brand new. I 100% recommend them. (and no I do not know them personally or anything like that for a biased review)

Your Day Event Rentals was absolutely wonderful! We asked them to deliver chairs on a Thursday for a Saturday wedding and they did with no problem. They were very accommodating and great to work with. The price per chair was excellent unlike other companies who charge way too much. There was a deliver fee which was completely reasonable. We paid a great price for everything all together. I wish other companies were like this for weddings.

Great service! Our wedding was 11/17/18 and we were referred to Your Day Events for our Chiavari chairs. We went to the office, saw all the style of chairs and decor ( a lot to choose from!) and decided with the gold chair and ivory seat. THEY made the room so elegant. The price was the best we found. I am SO incredibly thankful we found this company. Colleen was a delight to work with, super helpful and always very kind. We ordered 123 chairs for our wedding and they arrived in beautiful condition and early which is always extremely appreciated. Colleen worked with us on using ivory seat covers with white cushions underneath to give the seats a lighter ivory color, allowing us a more custom look (which we greatly appreciated). The chairs were beautiful and sturdy and actually 1/3 of the price of any other chair rental in the Chicagoland area! I cannot recommend this company (and Colleen!) enough if you are needing beautiful Chiavari chairs without breaking the bank.

Andy and Colleen were AMAZING! I ordered 440 silver chiavari chairs for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning! He even was okay with me changing my number from the original quote. None of the chairs were scratched or had dirty cushions. The beat part was that I didnt have to coordinate the chair delivery with the banquet hall. Andy took care of all of it! Your Day Event Rentals was great to work with! For my large wedding, they were able to set up 400 chairs. My wedding day was more complex than normal, and I required half the chairs to be set up in the morning and the other half to come later in the afternoon. Your Day Event Rentals made it a breeze and it was one less thing I had to worry about that day. They came both times and set up the chairs in a timely fashion, and all of the chairs were in excellent condition. They are really easy to work with, have the best prices of any chair vendor Ive seen in the Chicagoland area, and are really friendly and nice, which is always a great bonus!
