If I can rate this place a 0 I honestly would. I am disheartened with the experience I had today. I made an appointment for 12pm today and as one of the girls seated me she mentions she had mistaken me with a cleaning instead of a filling. Not to mention I have also waited 30 minutes before that as well. As she proceeds to talk she mentions theirs two patients ahead of keep in mind this is with an appointment. I kindly explained to her I had an appointment and she didn’t even apologize. She just walked away. This place is very unprofessional and I recommend staying away from them if you want to be seen at the exact time.Will not be returning.

Dr. A is the best dentist ever! He always makes sure I’m completely comfortable at every visit. Just had my wisdom teeth removed and it was completely painless, he is amazing at what he does! The front desk ladies are just amazing and helped answer all my insurance questions. Thank you for everything!

The one star for the service is for the first cleaning appointment. Otherwise it is no stars because of the way they treat anyone who have the freedom to choose if they want an x-ray in a cleaning appointment. The doctor tried to convince me that the x-ray radiation is good for me which is very ridiculous. After I refused the x-ray for that appointment, they sent me mail saying they didnt want me in clinic-- which was my choice not to be there anyway.

Ive been going to see my dentist and hygienist there for over 4 years ,the best dentist office in the whole world. Doctors and staff are so knowledgeable ,and friendly i would recommend this office to everyone. You guys deserve not only five star ,you deserve all the best blessings possible. WORST DENTIST EVER!!! He kept working while I was crying in pain. He has no sympathy or remorse for his actions. He should be put out of business. DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT..... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Worst experience of my life. Not only do they not care about the patients...but they try to screw you out of every penny they can. Instead of trying to fix the problem.

Ive been to many different dentist offices prior to going here and this is definitely my favorite! Very kind and professional staff. Ive been seeing Dr. Noor Nahhas for a few years and I am so happy with the results. She is very thorough and attentive. Definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Akhras really is exceptional. I had a very bad toothache one evening and he helped get me in before closing. He stayed over an hour after closing to help relieve me of my pain. Never have I had a dentist do that for me. I knew the minute I started coming here over 2 years now, I made the right decision to switch from my old dentist. Dr. Akhras is the most caring and helpful dentist in the area. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nahhas is an amazing dentist! She is very professional and kids friendly. My kids love going there. The staff are very nice and the office is very clean. No long waiting times, especially with covid, they take extra precautions. I feel safe going with my family. Dr. Nahhas takes her time explaining everything thoroughly. I cannot recommend anyone better.

I have been a patient at this office for over three years. The kindness and professionalism shown by Dr. Noor Nahhas and her staff is incomparable. Dr. Nahas worked on my root canal and talked me through the whole process. It was pain free and quick. I was so nervous that it would hurt and she put me at ease every step of the way.Its so rare to find a office that sees you within five to ten mins of appointment and giving you the highest quality care all in one location. Im always seen within ten minutes of entering the office. Im so happy my friend referred me here.

I see the office is continually responding there is no record of a patient with this name. However, these reviews are entered with Google accounts which may not list someones legal name or the patients name if a parent is writing the review. Please keep that in mind.This is regarding my childs ortho treatment with Dr. Noor Obaisi. Firstly, Dr. Obaisi had a horribly rude demeanor with us. She was very cold and condescending. She would speak to us with her back turned and on more than one occasion walked away while I was speaking. I was uncomfortable with her treatment plan for my child but, financially, my hands were tied. Parents! Please, seek a 2nd and even 3rd opinion if you arent sure your current Drs treatment is whats best for you or your child. If you can afford to, please seek another doctors opinion. Just because someone is a doctor doesnt mean they are an expert or have all the answers or know whats best. This unkind, unsmiling human made an error which is costing me thousands to repair.The general dentist was kind enough to answer my questions when Dr. Obaisi was unable to do so. She would repeat herself and then get an attitude when we didnt understand something. So, wed say ok thank you and ask the general dentist to explain things we didnt understand.I stopped treatment for my child so we could fix the issue elsewhere. Dealing with Dr. Obaisi was a nightmare. My child hated having appointments with her. The oral surgeon my child saw had to contact Dr. Obaisi twice regarding my childs treatment and both times was not thrilled with her tone. He wished me luck with her. We didnt have any with her. She is an awful orthodontist. Im sorry we continued trearment with her for so long. Huge mistake on my part.In response to the office:*OUR EXPERIENCE WITH DR OBAISI WAS A NEGATIVE ONE. SHE WAS RUDE AND UNINFORMATIVE TO US. SHE WAS DISMISSIVE AND MADE A HUGE MISTAKE WITH MY CHILDS CARE - A MISTAKE I AM PAYING TO CORRECT.**Appointments were cancelled and rescheduled in a timely manner Appointments were also NOT SCHEDULED due to Dr Obaisi stating twice my child required a procedure he did not before continuing care.***Scheduling this treatment took time because, on the list of providers handed to us by your office, ALL BUT ONE DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE REQUIRED. The ONE that did took months to respond. We had to then seek a different provider for this required procedure.****My child and I discussed leaving your practice after Dr Obaisi took over for the last orthodontist, before this necessary procedure, and after. Appointments were also delayed while we consulted other orthodontists...one of which is fixing nature.*****Thats lovely she teaches at UIC. Perhaps she can take a few refreshers regarding bedside manner. There was only one time she was pleasant...when I mentioned the first mistake she made. That stopped her from talking at us with her back turned. Her tone changed...for the better.After the second mistake, we left.Again, not every Dr is a good one. This is the reason patients seek a 2nd+ opinion or change doctors. Glad we did.Of course you cant give out private health information regarding your patients.Bless your heart.

DO NOT bring your family here. You will end up finding & paying another dentist to do corrective work. They do poor work and unnecessary work. If you require several follow up visits for something like a crown or braces, you will be given a different treatment plan each visit. Never in my life did I think I’d encounter a dentist who has absolutely no idea what she is doing.

This place is all about money. You are force to take X-rays. Even if you dont want too. Being exposed to X-rays does carry a risk of causing cancer. It should be my choice or decision to take and X-ray. Been going to this place for a few years. To Get teeth clean every six months. Now that I refused to take and X-ray. The doctor wrote me a letter refusing to clean my teeth. I dont recommend this place. No one should be forced to pay for services you dont want. They dont care about the client, they just want money. Dr. Akhras is amazing at what he does! I had a crown done by him and felt no pain at all, throughout the procedure. I definitely will be coming back here in the future!

I dont have enough good things to say about Dr. Akhras. Amazing dentist whose professionalism is unmatched. I have spent most of my adult life in morbid fear of going to the dentist, Dr. Akhras knowledge and skills have put that fear to rest. I had 5 teeth removed and an immediate denture placed that fits so well that only someone at the top of their field could craft. I am impressed beyond measure with Dr.Akhras and his office. For the first time in my 45 years I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment. Dental anxiety would not exist if more dental offices were like international dental of Bridgeview....5 stars is not enough....thank you Dr. Akhras!

Waited long time even come before appointment. Receptionists not professionally. Orthopedic doctor didnt change his mask and cover after he went bathroom with it.
