Needed a quick cut for a zoom interview on Monday and the Illini were playing overtime vs Ohio State til 5:30 pm Sunday.Open til 7pm on a Sunday? Yep!Fast courteous service? Yep!Razor cut on burns and back? Yep!Great haircut? Yep?

Clean hair cut. Really quick. Use straight razer for good edges. Would recommend.

Decent cut not perfect but not bad. Didn’t talk to barber once after trying to engage in conversation. Also told barber i wanted taper fade and he didn’t not so there was some communication error for sure. if you speak arabic this shouldn’t be an issue for you. Also heard reviews of how hard they grip your head and i can confirm. Felt like he was really using his strength to keep my head straight. good prices but owner insists you use cash and even has a atm for that use. most likely for tax purposes 😳

Ive been getting my hair cut here for the past 3 years or so and they always have great quality service. Short wait time(even when busy) and reasonable prices

It started out pretty good. Despite some miscommunication on the size I wanted in the sides he made it work. The haircut itself was good.What wasnt good was doing things I didnt ask for. Initially he asked if I wanted to trim the beard also, but I declined, good job.However, halfway through, out of nowhere he stuck a couple of wax sticks in my nose. I did NOT ask for that, Im not sure if wouldve wanted it if offered.I was willing to let that slide since the haircut came out alright. But then, again, out of nowhere he starts working with some string on my forehead. When he got out of the way of the mirror I saw that he had trimmed my eyebrows to look smaller. I did not ask him to do this and I definitely didnt want it. I asked for a haircut, not nose wax or eyebrow trim.2/5. The haircut i did ask for was fine, but the customer service was, as explained, really terrible. Wouldnt recommend. If you do go there, be prepared to fend off randomn bullsh*t.

Have been coming to this barbershop for over 5 years and have had my hair cut by every staff member. All these guys are professional and great at what they do. Place is always clean, you will never wait more than 10-15 minutes to get a haircut and their prices for service rendered are very reasonable.

Got a haircut here, barber was distracted, talking on the phone, and just seemed unprofessional. The haircut turned out nice though.

Best place on the Southside to get a haircut of all types the owner cuts amazing as well as his staff its just like a male salon without the outrageous price. Highly recommend it!!!

This place is nothing short of awesome. These guys can do a fade like no ones business. They are incredibly fast. They are friendly and quite and conversation is good. In addition to the hair cut they will wax your nose, thread your eyebrows and finish it off with a mask. All for around $20, you cant beat that!

Went for a mid fade. It was going great but then started to get rough by gripping my head harder and harder. After the haircut I left and realized I was cut in the back of my neck. Please don’t come here, never again will I come back!

If your worried about COVID-19 protocols, this is not the place. They don’t care about any type of protocols. They got mad when I asked them to wear a mask. They were so disrespectful, that I literally got up from the chair and just left. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, no one has time to catch COVID-19 in a barbershop.

Never been disappointed, every time I come in I get a consistent haircut, beard trim, and quality service. Not sure what the other folks expectations were when they gave less then five stars. I’ve been coming here since they opened eleven years ago, they are open and ready during poker vortexes, heat waves, and now they are open during a pandemic with proper precautions, not only for a good haircut but to keep their customers safe. Five stars!

5 stars as always these dudes are always on point. 20 bucks for a head shave beard trim, line up and they wax nose and ears... also face cream is optional.... you cant beat that literally anywhere!!! Well worth any commute to come here. Highly recommend!!!

Ive been coming here for 2 years with my 2 young boys ages 3 and 12. Although they give great haircuts I cant in good conscious not inform consumers what I witnessed yesterday. They are taking zero precautions during this pandemic. Not a single person working there or coming there was wearing a mask. To make matters worse the place was filthy. And the straw that broke the camels back was when the barber used the brush they use to brush the hair from your face and neck and brushed it all over my 12 year olds face. Absolutely disgusted !!!

My favorite barbers. Everyone is very nice and friendly. $15 for haircuts. They fade well and do good line ups and beard work. They also include extra services such as nose waxing, eyebrow threading, and face wash. Make sure you tip them well :)

My son loves this place. The prices for a haircut are half of what any other place charges. Theres never a long wait. Theres usually 3 to 5 barbers available. The cuts are consistent. All of the barbers do excellent cuts.

#1 place for a haircut period

Love this place for my son! Been going a couple months now. Quick and nice cut. Never have to wait, my only complaint is sometimes its too Fast where theres some flaws in the haircut. I already have my preferred barbers, Other than that. Great.

Cutting hair and giving me the impression that they’re in a rush is not a good feeling. When he was finished there were no customers after me. He was done in 15 minutes and charged me $25 for hair cut and beard. I showed him a photo of how I’d like it to be, he glanced at it for half a second and he immediately cut the hair much shorter than what I showed him.They have good skills and great business but I would expect attention to details, cleaner place and premium service for a a price like that.

Just left from getting a hair cut and that was my second time there and they always do a great job especially for the price and I like the way that facial scrub feels so I bought a container for home. Thank you all very much and i drove from Indiana cause it is well worth the drive.

This place is Great... absolutely Awesome. Friendly service. Perfect hair cut. Perfect face shave with a straight razor (not to many places do that these days). Eyebrows, nose and ear hair trimming/waxing. It is a family owned, friendly Palestinian business. These guys really know their craft. If you live in the Bridgeview area, or just passing by, needing a haircut or a shave, you have to stop by and check out their magic. 5 stars all across.

Great barbers for a clean fade and lineup

Awesome barbers. Been going there for 2 years now and they have always taken a good care of me. Dont let the long lines deceive you, my maximum wait time was never more than 20 minutes and that only happened a couple times. They also do your eyebrows, nose, and offer facial cream. Everything, including the haircut, is only $15! Definitely recommend it to everyone else.

Badly needed a haircut, did a quick google search and found Platinum Cuts was nearby and highly rated. Sat down, took off glasses and hearing aides - now near-sighted and reading lips only.... asked how I wanted my haircut took some explaining.Outcome, best haircut I have had in 25 years. Highly recommend.

They cut hair okay,but lately they go too fast and I feel like service is going down,plus gotten a little expensive. Else where haircuts are $12-15..store a little dirty aswell.

Best place to get a haircut. Talk about pampering for the man. They do the best fades and they shape your eyebrows and wax your ear and nose hairs. They also trim your beard and mustache. I drive 2 hours from Indiana just to get my hair cut and get pampered. They are very friendly and professional. I recommend anyone to go there.

Man....... I’m a brother from NY so I feel I‘ve been blessed to be cut by some of the best barbers. But these brothers at Platinum plus are on a whole new level when it comes to time, precision, and customer service. I asked for a line up and the brother used a straight raiser and never touched his clippers. You have to go and experience it yourself!

I went in to get my beard trimmed, and was very surprised. He trimmed up my beard, did my neck line, threaded my eye brows, did a quick wax of my nose hair, and applied a facial scrub. I will continue to go back.

These guys don’t know anything about hair! Horrible service I walked out looking like I just got butchered. I asked for a simple beard cleanup and trim of the hair and ended up with a goatee with a crooked hairline. My hair on top is uneven and can’t even style it to hide it. Don’t go!!!

Been coming here for few months and these guys are very good at what they do, I usually end up going to Ahmed he always knows exactly how I want it done.

This place is terrible. The barbers refuse to listen to specifics on what you would like done to your hair and rush through your hair without a worry. A typical haircut+lineup takes me about 45 minutes to an hour and the barber at platinum gave me the worst haircut+lineup of my life in 12 total minutes. DO NOT GO HERE

Workers give great cuts and shaves . Very friendly atmosphere.

The place was dirty with hair that wasnt swept up in a while. The barber must of only said six words to me and proceeded to ignore me when I told him not to much off the top. Barbers spoke arabic most of the time, which I consider rude if you dont speak the same language.

The whole package for 15 bucks, you cant beat this place.
