I’ve been renting from this particular Safe Guard storage facility for over 6 1/2 years and the staff has always been so pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Rick has been an awesome manager at this facility and has always made a point to remember his clients. He’s help me downsize and upsize units throughout the years and the safe has always ensured I had the best deals and customer service. I recently rented a unit at the facility in Bridgeview, IL. The place was very clean and state of the art. Nicely air conditioned too. I was really shocked and impressed for it to be a storage facility. Everything was convenient. There is a nice large elevator to help transport a lot of items at one time. They also have a huge loading area to move your items in or out and they have large dollies there to help you transport your belongings on the elevator. My unit was neat and clean. Also, the customer service was outstanding. My customer service representative was very nice, friendly and professional. He just made the whole process of showing me where my unit was located, how to open, close and lock it, to signing the lease, and informing me of the facility hours and rules and regulations, very easy and pleasant. His name is Lee. Lee you get an AAA rating. Thank you so much.

I had AMAZING experience with Lee today at the Bridgeview location. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He and Rick are a GREAT CREDIT to your team. The facility as always was immaculate. My daughter has rented from Safeguard Storage for 2 years and only has great things to say about their staff. Safeguard Storage makes it difficult to rent with anyone else.

Ive been renting at this storage since 2014. This facility had never wavered in cleanliness or warm greetings from the Manager Rick and the assistant employees.The bathroom is always clean during business hours and doesnt smell when you enter the facility like some places do. I feel secure when Im onsite entering my unit.When ever the door needs repairing from customers accidentally breaking it. Its always repaired very quickly. This is definitely a great place to rent and store your extra items.☺️🙂👍👍👍

There are two gentlemen at this location I always do my transactions for my locker with. Rick and Lee are simply theeeeeeee Best! They don’t watch their cameras. All my stuff was stolen from my trailer and they did nothing. It was up to me to have insurance. They basically told me good luck. There were multiple trailers stolen and broken into over 3 1/2 hours. Nothing was ever recovered.

This facility is extremely clean!! My check in time for a storage space was unbelievable fast. I met with Rick one of the staff members there and he is the best! The manager on duty Juan was very helpful. He took me on a tour of the facility and explained everything in laymans terms. He was very knowledgeable. The facility was clean and secure. I feel confident in storing my valuables here and I would definitely recommend this company.

This place is nice but pricey. I feel like my things are secure here. But was in my storage last week (its an outside one) and everything was covered in spiders. At this point id honestly rather throw it all out than going near there again.

I stopped in for info on how to get a storage and the staff was very helpful to provide all the details I needed to know to get the right storage

Although it was clean and secure, Over two years I saw my rent increase over $75 a month and it was done every other month or so in $5-$8 increments so it was noticeable but not a shock. When I decided to move out I went online and saw the same size unit on the same floor for rent at a rate of $50 less than I was currently paying, after their discounted period. Its funny the longer youre a customer the more they think you should pay.

I have used this company for several years, it is very clean well maintained and has great security. My only issue is their policy of price rate hikes. Every year you are charged about 12% more for the unit you rent. Inflation is not even close to that. They do overcharge for extended storage space.

Never had a better experience. Felt completely safe leaving my belongings there. Ive rented with other storage companies before this is by far the best!

I could not believe how clean the facility was. It was like you could eat off the floors. Besides just the cleanliness the staff was very knowledgeable. Not to mention how helpful the manager was. Great experience overall.

Have been there for less than a year, and prices have went up twice already. Searched around the area for identical size indoor units, climate controlled and all the security features and found one for half the price. They are a good facility, but with constant price hikes it just really isn’t worth it.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The facility was very clean and the temperature controlled environment was quite comfortable on a really hot day.

Worse place to visit! They Quoted me a price for semi trucking parking over the phone and told me I needed to get my paperwork and come in, and I showed up the next day only to find two arrogant guys standing in the front with no customer service whatsoever. They knew who I was because the moment I walked in, he shouted we dont offer semi truck parking with no explanation as to why they dont, even after I told him that I had spoken to a representative over the phone and she quoted me a fair price, he still had no explanation for why the false info. I know they do offer truck parking because Ive had buddy of mine park there before. I wouldnt have minded if they said Im sorry were full right now and it was our error, but the customer service that was rendered at that time was horrible....I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I rent a parking spot for my truck i started paying 114$ a month then they raise it 10$ and 10$ and 10$ and 10$ in the corce of 7 months i end up paying 160$ others end up paying 170$ and 220$ all tho its the sam size parking spot but evey one is paying defrnce and when you ask y no good answer .... cheap management
