What a great resource and service! I called trying to locate a replacement for older model RV Leece Neville alternator. Tom knew immediately the model and had one in stock. It was new and competitively priced. I asked if he could hold it for me for pickup in the morning? He said if I was there by 9 am, he would just hold it. 15 minutes later, he called me back after looking at this call log, to ask if I had the old alernator? I told him yes and he said to bring it with me as to was 18 years old, and a press might be needed to pull the pulley. I feel this was service above and beyond as I never gave him my number or name. While there I purchased a seperate pully so the old alternator could be kept as a spare for my motor home. They also shared some maintenance advice on my starter. It is a pleasure to work with true professionals. I will continue to use them for all my RV chassis electrical needs! Rebuilding services are available as well.
