Between the tight spaces and the other utilities in that space, I knew it was going to be a major headache. I called Bluestone and had no problem setting up an appointment for a free estimate. Ron, the estimator, showed up right on time. He spent the time needed inspecting the attic, answered all my questions, and was able to quickly get a quote to me.On the day of the work, Jimmy and Rogelio were right on time. Jimmy walked me through the process they were going to employ, again answered my questions fully, and told me what to expect during and after the work. Everything went smoothly, and in this case, quite quickly. When the work was finished, Jimmy and Rogelio stuck around while a 3rd party service tested the air quality in the attic to make certain the results showed it was compliant. It was. After that, Jimmy walked me through a final inspection and answered more of my questions. Finally, he and Rogelio cleaned up all signs that they had been there.Hopefully, you never need to deal with asbestos. If you do need to, Id recommend Bluestone. They turned a very stressful situation into a very positive experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They turned a stressful situation into an easy-to-fix solution. We found out we had asbestos tiles only weeks after we closed on our house. Camil was extremely helpful in describing the process of removal and gave us options without pushing services on us. He continued to answer questions and always made himself available. The office staff (Tonia and Jenny) were willing to work with us on payment and timing since we were not expecting to have such a large expense right after closing. And Eric and his team (abatement team) showed up early, explained everything to us and went above and beyond to take pictures of everything throughout the process as we requested. We suspect there is more asbestos in other areas of the home and we will definitely be using this company for those services as well.

These guys are a total disaster. They left pieces of asbestos tiles unbagged and trapped under base framing. They contaminated flooring outside the isolated areas and I had to point out all this multiple times while they seemed in a hurry to get payed and leave. Think twice before hiring these guys.

Was getting new carpet installed when the installers alerted me to the fact that my subflooring had asbestos in them.
