I booked an appointment with Armstrong and was even sent an email with Your Job ID is #109554. I was given a window of time that the technician would arrive and was told that he would call me 1/2 hour before arriving. Because this was a rental apartment, I also gave them the name and number of my tenant. No one called me and no one called my tenant. Even worse, no one showed up at all. Even worse than that, I called back three times that afternoon as well as three times the following day. Each time I was told that, ...a message would be sent to the supervisor, who would be giving me a call.... No one ever called. The last two times I called I asked to speak to a manager and was told the same exact thing; that a supervisor would be calling me. VERY unimpressed and seeing as I own multiple residential and commercial properties, Armstrong has lost out on a lot of business. FYI, this was not a Holiday or a weekend, just a normal business day.
