Terrible experience. Overpromise under deliver. Have been out of AC for 5 days. Scheduled an appointment they confirmed it and now pushed it back 5 days. Owners say yes to everything and do not deliver. Gave them an opportunity to make it up and they didn’t care. Bonnie and Mitch, this is a bad experience you put us through.

This place is a nightmare! Wont even book an appointment 5 days in advance. The woman on the phone is completely insane. If you like your HVAC appointment to be rescheduled multiple times/days at the last minute...then this place is for you. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!

I had a garage heater installed by 24 Heating & Cooling. Shortly after it was installed it developed a water leak from the exhaust vent going out the roof. I tried several times to get someone from the company to call me back or email me back to resolve the issue and have never gotten a response.I would not hire this company. If they don’t stand behind their work, they are not worth doing business with. I will be posting pictures of the damage and workmanship for any future customers to be the judge themselves.UPDATE...Bonnie with 24 Heating and Cooling called me and did send me a check to cover the amount charged by a local roofer to fix the roof leak. Jared showed up promptly, was extremely efficient and professional. He replaced my Heating A/C system which a previous company had not done properly and replaced all my A/C Ducts. The pricing was relatively great and much less than I had projected. I will never work with anyone else in the future. I Jared and 24 Heating & Cooling for all HVAC Needs! Five star!

My husband and I had a great experience with 24 Heating & Cooling to replace our 30 year old + HVAC system. The owner came out, really listened to our needs, and came up with a solution that best serves our house. We never felt like they were trying to up-sell us. Admittedly, our installation was a complex situation with the AC condenser on the roof but they made it work without too much of a fuss. Some other companies, even larger ones such as Four Seasons, made it obvious that they didn’t even want to bother to try. We had consultations and quotes with multiple HVAC companies and we thought 24 was the most honest, most reasonably priced, and most REAL company we encountered.

These guys are the best! I used them for my AC replacement about 5 years ago. Hard working staff. I called this past Friday to ask if they install water heaters and they do . They set me up with a Monday appointment right away between 8 and 9. The guys showed up on time and were very professional. I shop around, you can call me cheap, and these guys provide the best work at the lowest price . They beat the price on all 6 other companies I called . I will use this company and recommend it always.

This company needs some training on how to deal with proper customer service. The initial install was great. However, dont you dare bother them with a system service because you are better off dealing with the crabby people at the DMV. I contacted the manager because we had scheduling conflicts with the service kid, we have a baby and specifically asked for a certain time. Not only did they chose to show up whenever (and hour late the first time, and an hour earlier the second without a phone call), but when I contacted the lady managing the company she left me in complete shock. With absolutely no respect, she gave me a lecture basically stating that we should accommodate to them, accept the hours they can work, and if we are not OK with that, we should by our filters from Amazon and do the work ourselves - Yes those were her words to me. If you need a company that will be able to come when you need them to (not when your baby is sleeping) this company is not for you. They will say they only have a window of time, take or leave it, and they will not care whose home or whether you are available or not. Also, the technicians do not do their job right. He was here only 15 minutes, he did not do a full service on the furnace, leaving water valve off, leaving ductwork closed, and saying that they check everything but they lie and charge for a full hour of service.

The gentleman that came out to install were great. They were quick and efficient and very friendly. My only issue was with attempting to apply for credit. The only way they said I could do that was to give all of my information to an anonymous person that works in the office including social security number and birthdate. Of course any smart person would know you dont just blindly give over your social security number to somebody that works at a service center. I was very disappointed they dont offer an online portal like all of their competition where you apply for credit through the computer with no one seeing your information. But otherwise everyone was great I still went with them because they were $400 cheaper than the next closest competition.

This is the most unprofessional company around dont waste your time, money, or energy trying to utilize their services. I had a circuit board replaced on my furnace a month ago and its already malfunctioned. When calling the company to have them come out and examine the issue and the work that they completed a month ago, I was told that they only guarantee their work for 30 days so not only would I have to pay another service fee for them to come out again but id also have to pay for them to do the work again. When i explained that this was not fair, the lady I spoke with hung up on me. BAD BUSINESS!!! She also complained that I called at 9pm on Monday but they advertise 24hr service!!!Added addendumAfter posting this review my husband just received a call from the lady we spoke with and she called me a liar! Superior customer service. You dislike a poor review and call the customer back to argue and call them a liar. My next step is the better business bureau.

Called at 5 in the morning and it was -21 degrees outside. Showed up in 30 minutes fixed furnace in 10 minutes we have heat. Very professional & knowledgeable. DEFINITELY THE GO TO GUYS

I am a little late in getting this review posted. A couple months ago I came home at 6:45pm to a cold house and furnace blowing cold air. I called and someone arrived within about 45 minutes. He was very informative and price was very reasonable considering after hours service. I would highly recommend 24 Heating & Cooling and will absolutely use again in the future.

I called on Sunday evening because my very old furnace stopped working. They came right away and had a new furnace installed within the next day. I contacted 24 Heating & Cooling yesterday after hours and they explained that theyd be open again in the morning. I told the tech (on-call) that I was letting the unit defrost for the next ~18h so the unit would be thawed when they came today...The technician arrived in the window I was given. I was pleasantly surprised that it was the same technician (His name is Tim) that came to our house two years ago since I already knew he was very good at his job and took the time to explain things. He diagnosed the issue quickly and said I was a little low so he recharged the unit. He reminded me that Freon (as weve come to know it at least) will be phased out completely soon which was why the coolant was more than it was last time and that prices would likely climb over the next year and to plan ahead to replace my unit.I had spoke to him two years ago about the timing of replacing it closer to when the coolant was going to be phased out and gave me a brief refresher on what wed discussed previously and a tentative timeline (I had asked about the best time of the year to do both units at the same time).I originally found them through one of my clients who used them so I gave them a try and I refer them to my clients/friends/neighbors any time the opportunity arises. As someone in the professional services industry, I really appreciate the attention to detail, knowledge and customer service level every time I contact them. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable as they dont advertise (that Im aware of).

I was told to replace the AC unit by some local service after the AC stopped working after a big thunderstorm. They gave me a quote for a new unit. In the meantime, I heard on a radio ad for 24h H&C and called them to compare prices. I was pleasantly surprised when David showed up on time and, after patiently listening to my story, he was able quickly and accurately fix the issue (condenser that I suspected anyway) for a fraction if the cost. David also gave me a very comparable estimate if I have to replace my HVAC system. I keep fingers crossed that my furnace/AC will run for as long as possible but once I have to replace them, 24h H&C is on top of my list!

I came out late night and found that my furnace was not working. My house was literally at 55 degrees. I called this number and they were at my home within 45 minutes. They were quick, prices were reasonable and the service man was very nice. I recommend this company to everyone.

24 Heating and cooling installed two 92% efficiency furnaces, two ac, two humidifiers and two thermostates. They also removed the old equipment. One day and the furnaces were working. Important in the winter. This was done in September of 2018. The retrofit to the old duct work was done on site. Fit perfectly. The funaces are for 80,000 BTU down stairs and 60,000 BTU upstairs. This last cold snap where here in Plainfield the temperature was as low as -27 degrees farenheit the house was warm. Could not ask for more from this company.

I have applied every weird advice given to me to fix my water heater. But when it finally gave out, I gave a call to this place. They were sooo great. All of a sudden, after their expert hands got a hold over it, that thing did a complete 180°. Its been working like a charm ever since.
