Yet another GLOWING review for Russells Automotive - I had to get my Air Conditioner entire system replaced. Took it to Mr. Tire in Cherry Hill who quoted me almost $700. I called Russells and they made me an appointment within 1 week. Having a Fiat I know this isnt an easy repair. They had to take my entire front bumper off just to do the repair.They received the part later in the day and stayed open until 6 PM just to fix my car and charged me less than $500.I cannot stress how wonderful they are and how great they have been to me!!!

Took my Fiat 500 around lunchtime on a Friday for a check engine light. I never thought they would be able to fix it in 1 day but they did! I paid way less than expected since they found an after-market part for me. So happy with the service!Went back recently to get my AC replaced. They quoted me over $200 cheaper than Mr. Tire in Cherry Hill and were able to schedule me in quickly. They even stayed open late to finish my car as the part they needed was delayed and it is my only mode of transportation. They are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Two times my diesel truck has broken down just 2 days before i was supposed to leave for camping trips and both times they said bring it in and we’ll see what we can do. Well they not only got the problems fixed but they have had it back to me in time for my trips. They are very polite and knowledgeable and very well priced. No one better around IMO

I just wanted to share my experience with Russells automotive.They are very professional people. I sent my diesel truck there to get extensive work done. They had to lift the cab of the truck off the frame to work on it.Not only did they address the problems, but recommended what they felt would be a issue in the future.They ripped down that engine to the bare block, and reassembled it.I used to always smell diesel fuel in the cab.Now, I do not smell anything, the truck runs very smooth, and they even put air in the tires and topped off all fluids.Every penny I spent on that repair was well worth it.I want to especially thank Luke who not only kept me informed, but made sure the job went smooth. Everything he promised me was followed thru. Now mind you, I spent $7000.00 to get the truck fixed, but Im telling you, when you see the class of work these people do, it almost seems like I didnt pay them enough.Thank you Russells automotive for a fantastic job, for your caring in my needs, and just the overall cleanliness and professional way you operate!Your business is trully honest and the total best in this area.K.
