Prompt, professional, polite, honest. Came to my home on one of the hottest days of the year last year. Worked on my washer in a hot room. Was honest about the cost of replacement parts (i checked) and labor. Offered me a used appliance for far less. That was almost year ago, and I am still happy with the appliance.

Very pleased so far. Nothing like your 18 yr old washer biting the dust 2 days before Christmas. Same day delivery was promised and same day delivery is what I got. Try to get that from the big box boys. New to me washer was installed and old scrap washer was taken away as part of the reasonable delivery fee. Even a small warranty was included just in case. Dont get that on Facebook marketplace.

I went to buy a washer and dryer I was very pleased everything inside was top of the line.. the guy Chris knew exactly what he was talkin about he offered to come out and fixed my broken washer didnt try to convince me to buy anything or pressure me very good salesman when he delivered my new appliances he took the old ones to discard them for me awesome experience

The most UNPROFESSIONAL business that this city has to offer. Tried to purchase something from here and not only did they swipe my card 3 times which put a hold on the money for my account, they promised they would bring the product at night. I waited all night and never received a call or the product. I call again in the morning after they have been opened for an hour just to find out they said the transaction didnt go through. Why didnt they call me last night so I could square it away? And why did they NOT bother telling me this first thing when they opened? I had to call back a second time because they stopped responding over the phone to find out that they were going to call me, but someone just didnt do it. I will NEVER do business at this place again, not to mention the fact that this place is filled with flies and dirt.
