Two separate times they have come and produced a floor which scratches with ease. They are unresponsive and ended up using two finishes of floor in one area. They used to be a very good company, unfortunately they no longer care about quality or customer service.

Well, they came when they said and refinished the floors. I only dealt with the teenage son and never met the subcontractor. They were the best price and could do it the next week. I didnt get anything in writing and I wasnt in the house. He charged extra for moving the furniture and said he couldnt get stains out of the wood, so of course more money. It was really dark, but ok. The floors look shiny and new. I live out of state and need the real estate agent to check on everything before I send him the rest of the money. Oh, boy he called and texted for his money. Jeez, he certainly didnt live up to the business name of being professional. They just dumped everything downstairs or in the kitchen and bathroom so that you couldnt even use it. He wouldnt come back to move the furniture without, you can guess, more money. They ripped out the closet organizer, leaving holes and broken brackets. I just had to throw the whole thing away and broke the closet door. They splashed stain on the newly painted walls and left all their garage around. So if you use them, get things in writing and be around to check but you are going to have to sleep elsewhere for at least a week. They used oil stain and two weeks later it still smells.

The owner is very responsive and his price is reasonable. I would definitely reccomend this company. They will be coming back to do my floors upstairs. My floors look amazing!

I have called on PDW Floors multiple times over the years for projects that are challenging and often require creative solutions. So far they have refinished floors in several rooms and installed beautiful flooring in our family room. A couple years ago, they removed slate tiles which were cemented in our hallway and somehow found a way to replace them with high quality oak floors. Recently, Juraci came to solve a tough problem for us, weaving in hardwood flooring after 2 walls were removed during a kitchen remodel. Our kitchen contractor saw the quality of his work and commented, I cant tell the old from the new. They perfectly matched the wood and the finish. I wouldnt even attempt that. When the contractor heard the price, he said he would call Juraci at PDW for his next job. Very thankful for Professional Design Wood Floors.

The rep I spoke with could only come after 1pm, thereby taking 4 days longer to get a quote than other companies. On the day of our appointment, the rep called to push back our appointment by an hour. I sat at home and waited and he never came and never called. I called him 2 hours after our delayed appointment and he seemed surprised to hear my voice. The lack of professionalism in simply getting a quote here is unbelievable.

Very professional, turned our wood floors in a foreclosure we bought from painted and water damaged into the most beautiful floors. Great work. I Would recommend this company.
