We were moving across town. They got to the house and said the driveway was too steep. I told them to park on the street and carry the boxes. They refused and left. So unprofessional. So rude. DO NOT USE ASTRO.

They broke the screen of a TV set - never responded to repeated requests regarding the broken TV. The worse moving company I have ever used - stay away!

Used Astro in 2011 and again in 2019. Guys were fast, and careful, really fantastic to work with, price was competitive, would use them again but I am never, ever, ever, moving again.

I didnt use this company personally and I never will. The language and carrrying on that was happening while new people moved in next door to me was totally uncalled for. There are so many kids in this neighborhood and every other word out of these guys mouth was the F word. Totally unprofessional.
