Just had Mister Softee for my wifes birthday party and it was a hit! Easy to book and adds a lot of fun to the party and something to remember. The driver/server we had, Carl, was great too with the kids. Would definitely recommend.

Owner told me it was my fault his driver hit my fence and refuses to pay the $700 it costs to fix the fence. He is rude, inconsiderate, and worst of a a complete fraud. DO NOT USE THEM!

Easy to deal with. Great staff. Ice cream is reasonable and everyone loved the idea. It was a hit at our party. Will do again for my daughters graduation!

I dont know why there are such bad reviews on here! My family had Mister Softee for my high school graduation a few years ago, and we have been using them ever since! Every chance we get we call them up and they schedule a truck for our events..even if they are last minute! Theyre so friendly and accommodating. They have the best ice cream around. The really do live up to their slogan, the very best.

I have to retract my review given I found something that was racially motivated was not an employee of MR Softee. I can happily continue to enjoy an old fashioned cone! yay!

I called for a quote from Mr. Softee to come to a private party. After receiving the quote I decided to go with a different company. Mr Softee new the date and time of my party and showed up and my guests ended up purchasing ice cream. It was extremely sneaky i would be careful when calling for a quote.

Extremely Rude, Disregarding & Unprofessional owner without question!Certain its a trickle down effect w the staff.Beware like the plague, owner clearly has a Dont Give a Sh_t Attitude due to being very busy. Theres Never an Excuse to be a nasty, disregarding person when approaching them to work smarter not harder. Never, buy some etiquette & manners WG!Edited tried to take the1 star rating away as others on here. My personal experience owner, didnt even get ON the scale! Horrible customer service. I just called to get a quote for our engagement party and was told maam please call us back Im on the phone with 3 other calls. I will be looking for someone else to help us celebrate.

I only called for a price. Everything about them being rude is soooo true. Its a shame with such a good name, they suck at customer service. I cant get that star off, It wont let me put none.

Rude service employees and terrible service they need to be shut down and they stole money from a friend of mines they serviced a party in his area when they dont even have the routes to service that area I would not recommend them I would rather go to edgewood party rental in Cromwell ct they have a Mister softee truck and they are much more polite and better serviced
