My nails look worse in person. I went to this place after seeing that they had decent reviews on Google; unfortunately that was a mistake. The nail tech treated me like she was doing me a favor. She refused to properly correct my nails after repeatedly asking her to do so. As you can see from the pics, she didnt bother to smooth out the acrylic, remove excess acrylic from under my nails, and she didnt even clean the excess polish around my cuticles. My nails are crooked, misshapen, and bumpy. Please be aware before you go to this nail salon. Also, they dont have nail dryers so youre on your own as far as drying your nails.

They do a great job as far as quality and outcome. I got a Gel manicure, eyebrow wax and tinting. I also had my lashes done and the outcome was great! I will say that some of the workers aren’t friendly and they did refuse to do a pedicure on my aunts feet. When I asked them for a reason why they wouldn’t do it the response was “it is too much work” last time I checked, your supposed to do “work “ in order to get paid so I couldn’t comprehend the “too much work” part and I was told that the workers have a right to refuse work just like my aunt had a right to go up the street and pay someone else for the “work” outside of them being unorganized as to who’s next for what service and the non-friendly manner they provide. The outcome of the service is very good which is why they get 5 stars.

Really great experience! The guy who did my nails was super friendly & held a conversation the whole time. My nails, toes & eyebrows came out great all for a decent price! Highly recommend 😊

Ok so yesterday I came here for a refill and to get my toe nails painted not a pedicure, and Ana took care of me and she did a great job , normally their other girls like Queen take care of me but she was at school . My complaint is that I brought my own gel color and it was the worst thing I could have done. So I call the place to let them know the color came off , they tell me Ana went home to come tomorrow. When I get there from work at 4:00 pm they said again Ana went home, so the owner Nancy who’s very unprofessional and don’t care about her costumers, tells me she going to paint my nails for 10 dollars ,even tho Ana fail to tell her that she never gave me a full pedicure she only paint my nails with my own nail polisher and she Nancy charged me $70.00 Dollars just for a refill and paint of my toe nails. I called the store to let Nancy the owner and unprofessional lady that she made a mistake. Than today they tell me to come and get my nails redone and instead of the ten dollar charge she try to charge me 25.00 dollars more, this people think money grows in tree and when I told her I wasn’t going to pay that she told me to leave her store very pisst, I left very happy because I knew she was trying to take me for a sucker that I’m not . I didn’t pay her a dime more . My mom and sisters and I will never go back and we are recommending everyone we know in Bridgeport not to go here . Than it’s even more difficult when their kids aren’t there because they are the only ones that speak English. Avoid this place at all times . Do not go here !

Love this place I always come here with my daughter but today especially I went to get a pedicure and got it done by a young man, when I told him that he didn’t clean my feet well he got up mad and didn’t come back to finish the job until I called a very nice lady which I think is the owner, she was very nice and finished the job but the young man was extremely rude and doesn’t deserve to working there if he can’t take criticism.

I like it they are really nice. The place is nice and clean. I didn’t like a lot how they did the almond shape but is okay.

Honestly, i’m very mmh about nail salons during this pandemic, but honestly.. this nail salon is AMAZING, CLEAN, you can SMELL the cleaning products, and the nail techs are so nice and professional. Also, the prices are very good especially the powder price.

Went there about a week ago and got the worst service ever. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the women who did it didn’t even know how to apply the polish. She kept messing up and went on to cut my toe, making me bleed. I was charged the same amount they supposedly charge which isn’t even the same as listed on their menu/brochure. I got charged $24 more.

Before my friend and I came to this stablishment we had manicures. I was happy with my nails done by Quinn, but wasnt happy about Quinns friend or co-worker sitting next to her who was making jokes in their language meanwhile they know English, even if the jokes or fun might have not being about us it seems more so, it makes us the customers uncomfortable. At that time my friend was not so happy about hers she asked for a metallic color which she was told it wasnt available and while my nails were being done we saw those metallic colors. Today came in again asked for metallic color which as mentioned before THEY HAVE, they say they dont have it. Then we found it. So, they assume the costumers cant paid for something and they give prizes without being asked. They talk in their language and laugh like the customer is being a comedian. They are very disrespectful!!! The lady at the front desk was nice, but must have a talk with her employees that it is very unprofessional and disrespectful. In the business you are in you have to be more willing to help and accommodate those that are giving you a job. Otherwise why do customer service if you are to be not pleasant. We tried a second round and were unhappy again. I am someone who has worked for customers for many years, what a customer Loves most is to be taken care with respect and love. If you DONT care then dont work for the public. Definitely NOT recommending the stablishment. At the end of the day we ended up going somewhere else and from the beginning were treated with respect and felt the love people had for their job.P.S. Dont assume a customer cant afford any of your services!

My cousin and I had the worst experience here. Nail shape and paint job came out extremely horrible. Waste of money.

This was the BEST nail experience I’ve had after 5 years living in CT from Long Island. One week later with UV gel tips and my nails look exactly how they did when I left. I am soo impressed and so happy! I had Cindy and she was a pleasure. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her!

1st time here 2nd nail place I have tried out since I moved here and I must say I would return... she really cleaned out my cuticles...see pic below, I just did a regular manicure and pedicure... 4 stars cuz I wish she would have scrubbed the bottom of my feet more and I got no massage on my hands nor my feet...

Anna was the only reason my experience here was worth me coming. But even with her not there to do my hands I still went to get my feet done. I was there 10mins after they opened and the young lady said I had to sit and wait for everyone to come in. I asked how long until they arrive and she said 30mins. I ended up walking out. That’s too long to wait if the business opens at 9:30am and I arrived and checked in at 9:40am smh I won’t be returning unless Anna comes back

I told the lady doing my lashes several times .. “ I want it natural not too long , not too thick “ all she kept doing was saying , “ yes , yes okay” but continued to do whatever she wanted . After telling her I didn’t like it she went back to fix it saying she would cut it .. she cut them uneven then ran out of the room i told her again that there is something wrong with them I asked her if she sees what I’m talking about “ she just keeps saying “ cut more?” She didn’t take the time to comprehend and understand my issue and didn’t listen to my instructions not to mention she almost ripped my skin off with the tape , there’s glue that is visible above and under My lashes ... and the lashes are heavy and uncomfortable I do not like it , I wish I would have just waited til my lash lady was available.. all she did was piled glue on and make me look like I’m going to fly away it’s so dark thick and dramatic .. and let me tell you now THEY WERE NOT BUSY I went after work I was the only customer there when I walked in she was finishing up a lady’s eyebrows . . Also I realized she wasn’t brushing my lashes with a spoolie but with a q tip. Honestly horrible ... horrible horrible horrible Also They are overpriced for lack of quality.. CHARGE QUALITY PRICES WHEN YOU USE QUALITY PRODUCTS !

This place was really nice it was clean I had god a pedi and mani I was observing theStaff they would clean each chair after after client I got up I thought that was awesome !!!! I was a little skeptical because I never went in But I’m not complaining I’m glad I spent my hard-working money because I was happy with my results I will go back again

Now this is a place I would gladly spend my hardworking money! When I walked in I was amazed at how beautiful it’s decorated. Super comfortable inside. Music playing, TV on as well with one of my favorite movies playing. They were so welcoming seeing that I was a new customer. So far’ Ana & T has done my nails and I had absolutely no complaints and made sure I tipped them. My only complaint would be the nail tech that works directly in the front row by the dryers, I’ve witnessed a lot of unsatisfied customers complain about her work so I definitely would never go to her. But other than that I would definitely be back and bring some coworkers along with me.

Been going to her for years. Started with her at her old small location ( M&J nails) and Im still with her in her very new larger location. They never disappointed me.

The eyebrow woman just burned both of my eyelids with the hot wax, she was rushing and did a very bad job with my eyebrows. She didn’t sanitized the tweezer that she was using which was the same one she was using with the customer before me or the chair. She not even change her gloss, gross!! The worse place ever!!!

I have been going to Nancy Nails for 4 years, and I love it. My technician is Quinn and I wouldnt change it for the world. I would show her ideas pictures of designs and she overcome it! And lets not leave behind her mom! She is amazing with eyebrows (also being tainted) and eyelashes! They moved to a new location and is wayyy better! I will continue to show support and bring others back for business!

I was charged $74 including tax for regular pedicure and powder manicure (no nail tips involve- just my nail). When I asked the guy to take the dead skin off my cuticles for my manicure - he said that’s a separate price. Needless to say- I’m all set with you guys...CANCEL. Not only you guys are expensive but are also delusional. He was either lying about it being a separate price or you guys are just GREEDY. Either way- I’m all set.

I think they need to get people there who actually know how to provide the services they advertise. The nails they do there are mediocre they shouldn’t even do feet your feet barley get to soak and they really dont do much to them at all .. they most definitely need to learn how to apply your nails so straight mine are definitely crooked and it seems like they used the widest nails ever.. I tried but this was mysecond attempt and it was a fail wish I could get my money back

I’ve been going here for almost 5 years!!! I commented before and nothing was Ever done. They deleted their comment back to my reply 3 TIMES!!! They first told me to call and that mistakes can be fixed, then that they’ll talk to the workers, then that they’ll talk to that specific worker! Make up your mind. Anytime i called the manager is “never” available but she definitely be sitting on the massage chairs on her phone. This place is ridiculous and HORRIBLE communication.

It was my first time Friday january 10th I had an amazing experience. I have found me a new nail salon 😍😍

I came here to get my nails done and asked for ombre nails. The girl who was doing my nails sits in the front on the right side closest to the dryers. She kept messing up my nails and asked if i liked them and i DIDNT. I then asked her to do something else and she kept messing up so i asked her to take my nails off then because she then messed up my shape & the acrylic was very thin! She refused and made me pay for the service which i can understand but she messed my nails up horribly. My mom called to talk to the owner and the girl who did my nails LIED and said she was the owner speaking to my mom and hung up on her face. I then went in with my sister to talk to the owner myself, i told the owner that the girl who did my nails was acting like her and she had NO CLUE. The girl who did my nails then started yelling at the owner and that was very rude to do when you have a number of customers around. She also started screaming at me. I didnt even entertain the lady when she yelled at me because that’s just not my place to disrespect somebody but she threatened to call the cops on me because i just simply asked for a refund. She also started yelling to the other customers saying i was being complicated but how am i being complicated if you didnt know what you were doing and i didnt want messed up nails? I wanted a refund because my nails were done POORLY. Gwen is the only person in that nail salon with Great customer service and knows what she is doing! I am dissatisfied and i’m never coming back here.
