Darryl and team did a great job cleaning out my garages and utility rooms. +1 for a thorough clean. +1 for the new shine on my oil tanks. +1 for being on time and finishing up quicker than expected. +1 for availability, as I was able to schedule a cleaning just a few days after calling. And +1 for Stephanie being so nice and thoughtful in explaining the process up front.

Stephanie, Sherman, John, and Carlos did an absolute incredible job with our basement! The team was professional, extremely punctual and very neat. They kept us updated the whole way through. They mopped and power-washed the floors, removed the cobwebs and rodent droppings, and wiped down the utilities. They also cleaned our two crawl spaces that no one touched in ages. The team also organized all boxes/items and even hauled away all the trash and other leftover construction materials. Now our basement looks clean and smells fresh. They knocked it out in about 4 hours. The team of four did a perfect job and we couldn’t be happier. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

9/18/2021Fran EC Bridgeport, CT.My home was built in the early 1900s. I have lived in the home for past 60 years. It has stone walls & a poorly concreted floor that initially was dirt. In the past, it had been cleaned by myself or another family member. I have aged an unable to do that kind of work anymore & the younger generation has no interest in keeping the junk, spiders, webs, & dust at bay. It was passed time for a cleaning. I looked at several cleaning services and found Darryls. l was impressed with their advertisement & gave them a call. I was called backed within a short period of time & sooner met at my home with Stephanie. She explained the process & we were able to come to an agreeable cost of the services for a 850 square foot basement with one truckload of dump material & a start date. On the cleaning day, the crew arrived on time & got started immediately without delay. They did not track in & out of the upper living quarters of my home, they used the outside entrance to the basement which left the upper living quarters unaffected by the work being down below. They were equipped with the supply needed to do the job. The crew was respectful and focused on the task at hand. As you will see from the pictures posted, they did a wonderful job getting the basement organized and clean of the junk, spiders, webs, and dust. Thank you Stephanie, Sherman and John!

Bethany helped us book our appointment which was fast and easy. Darryl and his crew were so nice. Our basement was SCARY- they didn’t even blink. This crew came in and got to work. Boy these men are hardworking and did a terrific job PLUS! I had them come in to do basement deep cleaning and removal of some junk and they went above and beyond my expectations. I also mistakenly thought this was going to be done in an hour tops. What was I thinking! They knew to do areas I never even noticed. I was so impressed. Not only that the two men were nice to boot. These people are truly specialists.

What a great service! They showed up to give us an estimate on time, scheduled the service to work with my schedule. They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do, deep cleaning in an old basement, removed items we no longer wanted including a refrigerator and did it seamlessly. What a wonderful team, responsive, great communication and follow up and stellar work. They came highly recommended to me and I will now pass on the word!!!

There were 4 people that came to clean my basement. They called 15 minutes before the appointment and let me know they would be an hour late. I felt they were very inefficient in their service and not prepared arriving with only brooms, rags and cleaning solution. What should have taken about 3 hours at most took 5. I told them I had a large basement, sent them picts and the square footage of the house. They gave me an estimate of $1600 including taking away the garbage (1 truck load) in the basement but they charge me $1750 when they left. They were not very professional, one worker urinated down my driveway, on the blacktop when he came and he did not seem like he should be doing this work. They used my shopvac without permission and left 3 inches of sludge in it. They swept the floor but left the most of the sludge on the basement floor said it would be another $600 to mop it. They took 2/3 of the debris and left the rest. They also left broken glass on my driveway. The smell from the cleaning solution is very strong and it permeated the house and took 2 days to clear out the smell. As nice as Stephanie (manager?) was I wont use this company again. For the service they provided I thought they were too expensive and unprofessional.

I highly recommend this company. This was the best company to work with from our first conversation, to the estimate, to their prompt arrival, their hard work ethic and wanting to make everything easier for us, and for an excellent cleaning job of not just the cellar, but all our shelves and items, too. Cannot thank them enough!

Cleaned out my basement - did a deep scrub, removing mold, scrap metal, and generations of insects & mice - before we bought home hadn’t been cleaned in likely 30 years. Also cut on site a large cast iron sewage pipe that was left over from renovations and hauled. I highly recommend for a professional and thorough cleaning!

Top notch cleaning service. Darryl and the entire team are knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, great communicators, punctual, and flexible with accommodating changes to schedule. We recently closed on a house with a large but very short crawl space that hadnt been touched in decades. Darryl accommodated our request for service on short notice (we needed it cleaned before our move-in day). His team arrived on schedule, descended into the crawl space with their equipment and re-emerged a few hours later with bags upon bags of trash. The crawl space looked brand new when they were done, and they hauled the trash away themselves. I can’t say enough good things about Darryl and his crew.

Darryl and John worked for 2 and 1/2 hours cleaning the basement in my house. It has stone walls, crawl spaces and many pipes, being 100 yrs old. They completely dusted and vacuumed the entire space. They verified earlier in the day they were coming on that appt day, arrived 10 minutes early and charged me the estimated amount I was quoted before the job began. Customer service and customer satisfaction are their priority. I am very glad I chose them to take care of my basement.
