Mark did a great job cleaning my carpet and upholstery. Kids and pets are a potent mix for creating chaos on furniture and carpets. Im glad Mark was able to undo the effects of that chaos.

Update to respond: Im sorry I don’t have stains in the furniture it is only 7months old I stated the couch was a whiteish gray and you stated “Those don’t really come clean” which is why we called back to clarify what you meant by that. I was only cleaning the furniture due to normal wear and we are moving.Called and scheduled an appointment advised of the location he was fine to schedule knowing we are 30mins apart. When calling back for some clarity on his cleaning service as he was evasive when I originally talked to him he then stated he would not come to the area now and was not sure why it comes up on google, and didn’t like us asking the questions to cleaning the furniture. Three days before our move and we have to find a cleaning service. I would NOT recommend him.

Mark was wonderful from the first call. Hes upfront, no hidden costs, and did a wonderful job on my ivory carpets. No more stains or dark spots. Great service all around and I will be calling him back for other carpet areas for sure! Would recommend to anyone looking for a similar experience.
