The gentleman who did all the cleaning was on his own. I was concerned that he would take too long and would need help. I was completely wrong. He did an excellent job on carpets and upholstery. He went out of his way to be pleasant, cooperative and did everything thing I asked for and more. Thank you for sending him to me. I really like your services and your employees.

Really enjoy working with these guys - theyre professional and do a really nice job, plus theyre just nice. Plus they show a sense of urgency - they show up on time and hop out of the van ready to get right to work. The employee who cleaned my rugs was very thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The stains that were in my bedroom rug are gone which Im very happy to see!! I like the fact that Stanley Steemer will come back at no additional charge for an area like the stains in my rug that needs additional cleaning. These folks are excited about what they are doing and want to produce results that makes the homeowner excited too. I had the Brewer team do my fathers 2500sqft worth of tile and was so happy with the results I had them do all the tile in my new home along with a carpet. Fantastic results in my home too. I also had them seal my grout which was very reasonable considering how manual the process is.

Much faster than other “conventional” carpet cleaners and happy that they could clean a very valuable oriental rug on site.

The cleaning takes way less time than using those rentals and the smelly carpets are fresh and clean afterwards. There is No harsh chemical smell and the dampness is gone by bedtime. This is my second year using the services. If you have allergies I highly recommend you get your carpets cleaned with Stanley Steemer.

My carpet was disgusting! Puppy training two puppies at the same time, uh, made its mark. Lol. I wish I had gotten before pictures for comparison. But trust me when I say this was a last ditch effort type thing. If it didn’t come clean we were going to tear it out. As you can see, Stanley Steemer is magic. They were super nice. They loved my very happy, excited labs. They smiled ALOT. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes. Very quick. And affordable. Highly recommend.

Stanley Steemer went above and beyond expectations. We had water damage to three floors of our home. They were there within hours to evaluate the situation, on a Sunday evening. Kevin did an amazing job of explaining the process, and helping to ensure me that everything would be ok. Erica was spot on, in explaining not only how the Stanley Steemer process would work, but how the entire insurance process should also work. She maintained contact with us throughout the entire process. Jeremy and Justin did all the dirty work of ensuring our house was dried out properly. They were very attentive to detail, and maintained the demolition debris to only the areas that were impacted by water. The ceiling was taken down in our kitchen, and our cabinets dont have any dust on them!! Jeremy did an excellent job of keeping us posted on where they were at, and what the next steps were. I dont envy pulling up all that tile, cement and grout, and somehow getting it all out of our house withing leaving any trail behind. Thank you to everyone at Stanley Steemer!

We started using Stanley last year. I have to say they provide great service and even more importantly great communication. We are often pressed for time and they have been accommodating both in getting right back to phone messages and in fitting in the cleanings. They also will followup when job is done and let us know if there were issues. Very unusual to have this followup communication but its been extremely helpful.

It was very easy to schedule carpet cleaning on their website. Part of scheduling is picking a 4 hour window. SS called a few days in advance because they had to reschedule to later in the day. It was great they called instead of just having me wait around. Kevin called when he was about 20 minutes away. He did such a great job on the carpets and was so careful not to scratch woodwork with hoses. I’ll be calling again!!

Great job, arrived on time, carpets look great. I highly recommend getting their carpet and upholstery cleaner. Used it on my Toyota Camry seats, it took most of the stains out. Car seats look almost new. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

Recently, we had a pipe burst in our tenants apartment. I probably wouldnt have chosen Stanley Steemer on my own to do the remediation work just because I didnt know them. Our insurance company contracted with them to do the work because that is who they use. So they did the remediation work.I am so impressed with this company!! My insurance company said they would be in touch with me in 4 to 36 hours. They called me within 1 hour!! They were kind and compassionate. They came out within 48 hours to do an assessment. They began work the very next day. They kept me in the loop at all times. I never felt like they left me hanging. The manager, Erica, called often just to check in. I showed up onsite one day. The on-site tech stopped what he was doing and took time to explain what they were doing, and why. He also was kind and respectful.I recommend Stanley Steemer in Bangor Maine very highly to all my friends and family.

I suffered a small flood in my home a little over a week ago and it did extensive damage. I called my insurance company and Stanley Steemer arrived in less than seven hours. All the damaged material was removed that afternoon and the whole while, the crew paid close attention to every detail of cleanliness and respect to my home. They informed me of every step they took and the reasons for such as they went along.But it wasnt their friendliness, their professionalism, their courtesy or the fact that they even hauled away every ounce of demolition that earned them the five stars here; it was the fact that when it was all said and done, not only was my house rid of ever drop of unwanted water, they also took the time out of their very busy day to sweep and mop my floors and dust everything that got dirty in the process. Kevin, Corey, Jimmy and Johnny are AWESOME!! They came and cleaned a carpet for me this past week and it looks (and smells!) amazing! They came back on a different day to tackle a couple of hard wood floors that had some glue like residue. They called me 25 minutes into the job to let me know that the residue was not coming off and that the cleaning would not be worth it for me. Instead of just cleaning the floors and charging me, they were honest and straight forward about the outcome....and this was after they had unloaded all their equipment and dragged it upstairs! They wouldnt take any money....even though they spent about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes attempting to clean the floors. Thanks again!!

My carpets look like new again . This is a business with a lot of traffic . I was afraid I Was going to have to replace the carpet . We had a lot of stains from calcium chloride being tracked in on people’s boots during the winter which are now completely gone ! They do more than clean!! My water heater ruptured and I had extensive water damage. They came in, explained what they were doing every step of the way, removed damaged sheet rock, and set up dryers and dehumidifiers. Then they cleaned up after themselves. They took numerous photos for my insurance company. I am so impressed. I plan to use them again...but hopefully just for cleaning next time. :)
