I love this new management and they are super nice and professional. They helped me understand the whole process and did a great job on my car. Their prices are reasonable too. I even think its cheaper than many others.

I’ve had only good experiences with Jet Black Tint. The manager Jimmy was very responsive and friendly. He showed great hospitality and kept my wait time down to a minimum. There was a clean and neat waiting room with drinks too! I was in and out very quickly. I’ve been to lots of places to get tint for all my cars before in the east bay and this place is by far the best! I will keep being my cars back here. The value and quality of the work is perfect!

Awesome price, definitely going to go back for more. Kept in contact with me because they needed a little more time so they didnt just leave me hanging with question. Definitely recommend.

Awesome folks doing awesome job. Expectations set well ahead of the job and timely completion. Had a Tesla m3 done neat and clean. Highly recommend this place. Do your research, but these guys can answer you with any questions you have before they take your car in.

If you want a good tinting place go to this place.I went to JET BLACK TINT BRENTWOOD, the guy who assisted me was very helpful and nice. He made sure that I know what im getting and the good thing is the tint has a lifetime warranty. Like seriously my windows is looking so sharp and its so perfectly done. And i am ready for summer 😎 Try their online offer. Then comment down below what you think of their service.I will update this fter 1 month, lets see if it wont came off quick. Hopefully not, i have high hopes 😎Update: March 2021 After more than a month, my tint is still looking good, the tiny bubbles are now gone, as the manager explained to me that it is completely normal to have a very tiny bubbles on some areas and it will go away after 1 month or so and he is right.

Great customer service. Offered snacks and drinks while I waited. It took about 1hr 45min to do 5 windows on my Toyota Avalon. Will have to wait and see how it lasts.2 months later and still looks great. I got the limo tint all the way around. Will have all my cars done by Jet Black. Need to get a shop in the valley.

If you dont have a new car they will not treat it with respect or do it in a timely manner. My older model Nissan Altima sat in their shop for 5 hours before they could get to it. But the Teslas and such were finished within their 2 hour window promise.

I had 4 of my cars previously done by Jet black tint but at the Walnut Creek location. This location is nothing different. I am never disappointed. The moment you walk into to the moment you walk out, its a pleasant experience. You can really appreciate a business when they actually treat you like someone they know instead of someone theyre trying to sell to. I will always use Jetblack tint. O0o0o plus free cup and mask. Free is always good 🔥

I’m giving the Brentwood location 2 stars because the finished product looked great (I’ll update with photos when it’s dry) and I know the guys worked very hard to pump all the cars out and even so did a great job..... BUT waiting 7 hours for a basic sedan tint job when I had a scheduled appointment is just unreal. Not sure if it’s management, or scheduling to blame, or a combination of both not talking to one another but I dropped my car off early for my scheduled appointment and came back after the 3-4 hours they quoted me. I drove all the way back because I couldn’t get ahold of them by phone, only to find out my car still hadn’t even been started. I understand this is a business that serves many customers I just would have liked the quote to be realistic so I could have planned to do something other than “killing time” for 7 hours. If they had told me they were busy before my appointment it would have been too easy to reschedule for another day where they didn’t have several cars waiting for hours before I even arrived. Generally appointment time slots are given for the work that is to be performed but apparently not in this case. I’d probably go to another location if you’re considering this one, but if you decide to try it, I do NOT recommend having plans for the full day while you wait or being cemented on the amount of people ahead of you in line. Considering I just wasted a whole day and still paid a considerable amount for the work, I’m being very generous when I say they need to get their stuff together. All the customers waiting today were MAD including me but I feel it’s fair to say the work still seems to be good quality.

Make sure you keep your warranty safe. God forbid someone breaks into your car and steals everything including those papers. They will not honor it and will treat you like you just want something for free.

Worst place ever to get your windows tinted not worth going they wanted me to pay $50 more to fix the bubbles they left

I have a small Honda fed that my mother used to drive and for some reason she managed to get a very bad tint installed on her rear window. Jet black tent removed it and now it’s crystal clear. The rest of the tent was fine it was just that one window.

Awesome place to have your vehicles tinted. Great customer service friendly staff. Had my truck tinted all around within less than two hrs!! Definitely recommend!!

Took 8 hours to do two windows,then I had to bring back my car a week later to do my back window because aperantly the heat gun broke down and that took 6 hours to do!..the one in Brentwood SUCKS!
