Their customer service sucks. Its great if youre there to buy something but if you go in to get help with warranty or insurance claims be warned, they throw a number at you and tell you to call even if you express that you need help doing so.

I switched from t Mobil to at&t with great expectations, after activating my phones , a day later my main no started giving me messages of sin not installed. I tried switching it on/off but nothing worked. So I called the helpline from other line. They told me to go to the at&t store in your area. I came to this store in Brentwood. Met a creepy guy named fredy. I explained him the situation but he wasn’t seems to be in mood of helping. He straight away refused me of any help. And told me to go look for any other store in Long Island and try my luck. I humbly asked him to give me location of any closer store but he said we are not provided with the list of our stores. I said can you please google it as my phones isn’t working he said I can’t do that. He told me go to Huntington from Brentwood for help. Where’s as there are stores in bat shore area , which I found out later. I guess he wanted me to FO as soon as possible so he can go back in the back office to play games.Unbelievable experience,What an first experience of AT&TI guess I will regret my decision to switchUn helped , UN satisfied customer

These people are very polite and knowledgeable even that guy BRYAN was the GOAT (Greatest of ALL TIME). Saved me MONEY and also hooked me up with AT&T TV. Not sure what these other reviewers are on about they crazy

Such a great store they have every phone and accessories in stock! and the Sales reps are super cool, Friendly, and Very Helpful It was definitely the best experience Ive had buying a phone by far. I would definitely recommend going here to all my friends and family.
