Inspected our house and reported our range had no working broiler that happens to be gas and is found in a separate door under the oven and works perfect. We had standing water in our Crawlspace which is called condensation from ductwork on a humid day in Mid TN. Only a sample of the ridiculous findings on the report and would never recommend John McDevitt or this company
