Im not new to physician visits. At 63, Ive had my share of health issues over the years. Some physicians offices are cold and impersonal, some are warm and inviting. I would put Dr. Parolies team at the warm and inviting spectrum for sure. I was never ill at ease, and felt that I was being treated by people that cared about me personally. I was tested appropriately and promptly, and the diagnosis was immediatley followed up with a treatment plan. The plan has been extremely successful and I am feeling so much better. Dr. Parolie is professional and her bedside manner is both caring and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone in need of their services.

Very positive overall experience. The wait to be called back was just a few minutes past my appointment time. They provided an online information form that I completed and sent back electronically prior to the appointment which expedited the process for a new patient. Ashley was my nurse/tech and was very professional and friendly. She conducted a thorough interview to assess my reason for the visit and then took x-rays of my foot. Dr. Parolie was recommended to me and I chose her for the appointment. After presenting her diagnosis, she proposed a few treatment options and allowed me to be involved in the decision which I really liked. She explained the expected results of the treatment plan and said that if it didn’t get the desired relief that we could get more aggressive. 👍🏻👍🏻

Overall the entire staff was nice I was actually called into see the doctor on the time of my appointment (I didn’t have to wait). The doctor was very efficient and took care of me and gave me suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again.

DR. Neuhaus is amazing. He did my Bunion surgery on June 4, 2020! It turned out amazing. Dr. Neuhaus takes his time and talks you Thur the entire process from start to finish. At appointments, he takes his time to answer all your questions without looking at the clock. I highly recommend him for all your foot care needs. You won’t be disappointed, i promise! Thank you doctor Neuhaus and nurse!

It was my first visit and everyone made me feel safe & clean during the pandemic yet also very comfortable and friendly. Dr. Neuhause was very nice and explained everything that I need to have done in simple terms that I understand. Im just not up for another surgery at this time, but maybe in the fall next year. Ill be back doing it there though : ))

First visit for my husbands ingrown toenail issue. The staff was very welcoming and profesional. Dr Paroli was very competent, she diagnosed the issue and we set a date for the procedure.

We had good experience with the doctor and the entire staff was friendly and nice. However, when we came in at the front desk you could see a staff person in the back of the reception area not wearing their mask. And when we were leaving a patient was in the front area of a very small waiting room filling out the intake forms with a receptionist. It was very loud and felt not private at all. We could clearly hear all of the questions and answers about the patient’s lifestyle. I feel like a private space would be more appropriate for asking such information. It felt invasive for us to be there.We ended up not going back because of these two reasons.

Great staff and doctors!! Love the fact that I was in so much pain and when I left I felt amazing! Everything was great from the time I called to make an appointment to the paperwork, the staff, everything was clear on next steps and I felt I made the right decision by visiting Neuhaus! Had increasing foot pain over the last year, especially when first standing up after sleeping or sitting. Finally got sick of “hobbling” around and made an appointment to see Dr Parolie. She was very quick to diagnose plantar fasciitis after some expats and palpating my foot. Offered options available and chose to go with foot injection. Best decision ever!!! That afternoon was the first time in a year I was pain free!!!!!??!!!! Yay! Also following directions to stretch regularly and ice. Two weeks out and I am walking around with only minimal discomfort and even working out again!! So happy!!! She helped me so much! Don’t wait! Take care of that pain! So glad I went but cannot figure out why I waited so long?! Thank you!

The Staff at Neuhaus Foot and Ankle was very professional, the wait time was minimal, and the care was great! The facility was very clean, and they took extra precautions due to Covid-19. I highly recommend their services to anyone with foot/ankle issues.

Professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job explaining what they needed to do for my 8 year old daughter who has plantar warts. She is a swimmer and they think she picked them up at the pool. They did a quick procedure in the office and gave us good post procedural information and instruction. Scheduled to see them in two weeks for a follow up.

Dr. Barista is awesome! Knows her stuff and very friendly. This is my second time here for Planters flare up and heel spur. First time healed years ago and hoping today will works it’s magic as well. Recommend this practice.

Though the doctor was able to assist with my needs by prescribing some medication, he did not have very good bedside manners. He referred to things as poor peoples procedure. He also did not really seem to care about what I had going on with my feet and just went straight to say do this and we will see if it works in 6-12 months. Nothing was really explained in detail. Overall, I will not be visiting this office again after this experience.

Im so glad that I found Dr. Parolies office. I came to her office for a few planter warts that covered a large portion of the bottom of my foot. Once she started treatment she had the wart cleared up within less than 6 months I also brought my 5 year old son into her office for a wart that showed up on his foot. She made him feel so comfortable. I absolutely adore her staff. They are always so kind and always have smiles.

Dr. Parolie is so very kind, sweet and very thorough. Would totally recommend. Now being open till 7 on Monday nights, it’s a win-win!

My whole family has been in to see Dr. Neuhuas or Dr. Knox. Both doctors are fantastic and great with kids. We have had several ingrown toenails taken care in the office and each and every visit was a great experience. I will continue to see the doctors for all my foot and ankle needs and I will also make sure to refer all my friends to this wonderful caring office.

Dr. Natalia Parolie was excellent. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional. I highly recommend her. Their front of house with lack of accuracy of billing, not knowing proper copays and poor handling of insurance processes loses 1 star. Feel free to call, you have our number. :)

Dr Parolie is great! Nothing to complain about overall for her. Problem is that when they gave me custom orthotics, they checked only for comfort (primarily her nurse). They never checked for how they made me walk.Unfortunately for me, the orthotics were incorrectly set. I did go back because the arch was too uncomfortable and then they fixed that, yet still failed to check my gait. How am i supposed to know if my gait is incorrect with orthotics in after that??? The assumption on my part was that theyre custom and supposed to help me...of course theyre fine unless they tell me. Did they? NO. NO ONE CHECKED MY GAIT. Not the doctor, not the nurse who was the primary person I dealt with getting these set.After several months, I noticed having a lot more pain and inflammation on the outside ball of my foot. And my Hubby said he noticed I was walking supinated (outward) and my chiropractor also said it seemed like I did. So, I went to fleet feet to check. The fleet feet person I worked with told me my gait is neutral and fine. I was not sure how that could be because so many have told me i was walking supinated. So, after I chose brand new shoes we put my custom orthotics in from Dr Parolies office and I walked for him. He told me that THIS is the problem. The orthotics gave me an unnatural gait. And I went to a different podiatrist who confirmed this. He wouldnt of given me them in the first place for planters fasciitis.So, Im stuck with further injury from walking incorrectly due to my incorrectly set orthotics for several months. This is all their fault for not checking my gait. Im not a professional, how am I supposed to know? Eye doctors check your lenses and make sure theyre perfect for you....but apparently this office does not do this likewise for one of the most important parts of your body.My recommendation is to not waste your time with them when it comes to orthotics. Thats $400 not well spent and they dont refund you for injury because of their fault.

I have been having foot problems for over a year but unfortunately due to my last job I wasnt able to schedule an appointment until now. I picked this office due to its later hours, and good reviews. Let me tell you, I was less than impressed. The nurse or PA (she never introduced herself) took me to the back room, asked me a few questions and took x-rays. I was under the impression she was the Podiatrist I was there to see. However when I started to tell her more about my condition she just said the Dr. would be in to see me in a moment and left the room. I saw Dr. Natalia Parolie and she had the worst bed side manner Ive ever dealt with - I work in the healthcare industry and my parents do as well so Ive seen my fair share of doctors. She was rude, barely listened, clearly hadnt read my paperwork as she said that I hadnt been experiencing the pain very long (its been a year and a half), and all around a waste of my time. The Nurse/PA clearly didnt pay attention either since when we went to review my x-rays my birth year was 8 years earlier than my actual birth year and I was listed as a male instead of a female. Dr. Parolie basically gave me 5 options, told me to go home and research them and then come back when I decide how I want to proceed. Now, Im no Doctor but when 4 out of the 5 options require some sort of surgery I feel like I shouldnt base this decision solely off of what I feel is best. I wasnt told how far along my progression was, I asked if I had the surgery now vs 3 years from now what the difference would be. Dr. Parolies response was probably not much. I am 29 years old and already experiencing arthritis according to my pain/xrays ... I really dont want to be crippled in the next 10 years because I make the wrong decision. I left my appointment more upset and confused about my options than when I walked in. I could have googled the information at home for what I was offered. I was treated as an inconvenience, I almost asked if I was intruding on her dinner hour (my appointment was at 4:45pm). I stated that I didnt believe she was giving me any information that would help me come to a decision, me not being a Dr. and all, and she just kept reiterating to look over my options and choose what was best. She showed me some insoles for my shoes, and instead of staying in the room to make sure all my questions were answered she had gotten up, opened the door, and was half way out of the room before she bothered to ask if I had any further questions. When the receptionist asked Dr. Parolie when my next appointment should be her very rude response was shes going to call and tell us. I am now seeking a new office and a new Dr. to go through this process again (not only adding to the time Im not being treated, but now I have to pay for an additional appointment, and find the time/take off the time from work to go) so I can find someone who actually is knowledgeable in their profession to help me come to a solid conclusion on how I should deal with my foot pain, and potential surgery.*** UPDATE TO MY REVIEW ***I did take up Dr. Neuhaus up on his offer and went to see Dr. Christopher Hood in their Midtown office. I was greeted by Branden in the front office, he was very welcoming and enjoyable as I waited to see the Dr. I received the same welcoming attitude/treatment as I went in for my appointment. Dr. Hood was very polite, professional, and has a very genuine demeanor when caring for his patients. Dr. Hood took a look over the recommendations given by Dr. Parolie, he narrowed them down to options that actually made sense to my age (29), activity level (very active), and current level of pain/discomfort. Given all these factors, and taking the time to weigh the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with one of the lesser surgerys. Dr. Hood explained the recovery process, the next step of setting up an MRI, and when to schedule a follow up appointment with their office. Needless to say I still would not recommend Dr. Parolie, but I would highly recommend Dr. Hood and his team.
