This location feels half empty as half of the aisles are empty. And also looks like they are under staffed. I only see two employees for that big store. The staff are friendly but you need lot of patience as the staff is old. Ordered products only got half of them as they dont have products available there. The complex where the store is located has many other stores.

Indeed one of the greatest birthday places that I went to yet awesome balloons great service I recommend anybody that have the birthday or get the birthday present for someone go there great birthday cards specially the ones with the names on them and the sing happy birthday with the name included and the song Awesome

Place needs to have some adults run it. kids in there didnt know. Dont think I will visit this party city anymore.

Just your average run of the mill party supply store. Nothing special about it. Their products are low quality outside of the balloons and decorations.

This is one of my favorite stores because its so fun and full of great ideas. They have EVERYTHING you need to throw a great party for any occasion. And lots of things you didnt think of. Plus seasonal decorations and so much more! Last night I went in for a $4 pack of streamers and left with $72 worth of Christmas items. The store is clean, organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is my one stop shop for all things party!

The staff here is normally pretty friendly and knowledgeable. As long as you dont go near graduation you can usually have your baloons blown up right away. They usually have a large selection and is well stocked compared to most party cities.

I find everything that I when there forAnd I was in and out in ten minutes . Love it

Good selection of party supplies and costumes but I attempted to purchase a balloon bouquet and the cashier told me he could not blow up balloons past 8pm and his manager confirmed this. I really couldn’t believe they would not blow up balloons for us. If your open and you sell party supplies you should be able to blow up balloons.

Party City has always been a place to go for party supplies, balloons, and costume ideas. Great variety of themes and colors for all the peripherals. It may not have the amount of Halloween or holidays stock the seasonal stores bring, but they are great for needs throughout the year.Now if only they could get better trained and more professional employees to mind the store. I would probably spend more there if someone cared enough to show me the options.

Rude employees

Overwhelming. So much to choose from. I was looking for 18oz plastic bowls. They had lots of bowls but not 18oz. I did buy some plastic cups. Cashier was great, friendly and efficient.

Online it says that they have huge amounts of items... But when you go in the store they tell you that online is wrong, and the store is sparse. They need to get there inventory issues together... Its just plain stupid to have online orders without accurate inventory.

I hadnt been a Party City in a long, long time. This store is well run. Good customer service and the store is well maintained and stocked so there are few out of stocks. I was sorry to see the one in Pittsburg, Ca closed.

The manager is horrible. She needs to be fired. If I could give the store a zero I would. I am never buying anything from here again. I tried to return something that they said “wasn’t their product”. Which I feel is not my problem, when I buy something at a store I expect it to be their product and to be able to return it in two days if I need to. Then when the district manager told her I could return it, she asked for my name, number and drivers license number. I refused to give out my license number. They don’t need that information for a simple return. (It was $10). This place is a joke.

Horrible return policy! I bought two tee shirts and did not end up needing them. I wanted to return them for store credit because I wanted to buy some plates and napkins. They only accept returns within 30 days. I was two weeks past the 30 days I can see not refunding but I was going to buy something else in their store. I will go elsewhere for my plates and avoid buying anything from them in the future

Great for a party store. Lots of variety to pick from and everything that you might need to service with plastic ware,tableclothes matching decorations hats, games , party favors. All Holidays. Cards, wrapping paper, bags, balloons ,rolls of paper to cover tables. Sign boards, candy to fill you bags. Garland etc

Couldnt find what I was looking for and the prices are a bit high. I rather order on Amazon. The staff were mostly for kids birthdays or wedding and baby showers. Couldnt find anything for an adult man birthday wish was quite disappointing.

Got there and found that my balloon order was not only short 5 balloons, but half of the ones it food have were the wrong kind. Then, the girl in charge told the young woman helping me to go work on another order before correcting mine, even though mine was supposed to be done well before I arrived as I had ordered it days earlier. I had to insist on them giving me priority. Even then, they kept trying to take her off my job time after time. I had to stay right there to make sure they didnt. They were VERY rude!

I bought balloons weeks ago, they said I could return to have them filled with helium whenever I prefer. I come back the day of my party and they told me theyre too busy to fill them. Never buying balloons from here again.

Was with a friend...seemed very organized, variety of colors and party themes.

They put umbrellas in the wrong spot &Stephen was rud about it. So i asked them i wanted to buy two he told me that he couldent do that because the management told him that he couldent do that and when i showed him were is was located he rip off the 99 cent prices off say they were put in the wrong spot i knew that but still said No i couldent buy them. As i told him who ever put them up didnt matter that was not my fault that happened. He still said that he wasent going to so i asked him for the number to talk with someone higher to him he gave me the 1 800 party city. I couldent get thru to anyone so i will not be going back to that store and i will let my freinds know about what they do their. Saddy Saddy

Went to look for baby shower decorations, they had removed all to make room for Halloween. So, figured would grab some wrapping paper, only had 6 rolls out to choose from. Found more at Homegoods nextdoor!

This place is awesome you can find most of everything in here and the kids enjoy checking out the store.

Everything is there that you may need for your party. The staff is pleasant but during off season of a holiday its hard to get assistance.

They had what I needed

The line is set up in reverse, when you go to check out your standing where the line should end after walking through the zig zag set up with all the stands with candy & the last minute extras people grab while waiting in line. so every time you go to leave from checking out you have to turn your cart around and walk past everyone in line, especially when you are pushing the cart the stroller and your kids are with you trying to turn everything around is a big hassle! You wait forever! Too get checked out. theres only one person working most of the time at the registers youre lucky if you can get a second person to blow up balloons. One time they had me waiting well they were supposed to be blowing up balloons but because the line was so long she checked out six people before she started blowing them up and I was again waiting with my kids who were tired and hungry and wanted to go since we had been there a while already it was ridiculous!

Long line on a Saturday and 1 girl behind the counter. Lots of other employees just walking around. I just wanted 2 balloons blown up 45 mins

This location is small. I miss the Pittsburg one. Used to go there all the time. This one not so much. Last year didnt have much for Halloween costumes and accessories for kids.

There was an employee who told my daughter...unicorn invitacions were on the wall. We looked and looked and looked, we went back to ask, the Same employee got confrontational with me saying that my daughter didnt asked her about unicorns!! My daughter is 12 years old! She knows what she wants... fortunately there was another employee that took us to a section were we could choose different ones. Thanks.

Dont use the womens restroom, its unhealthy filthy, you can tell it hasnt had a daily cleaning in months. So gross 😳

Never answer the phone and bad customer service

I’ve been trying to call for like an hour now and no one has picked up the phone once. I must have called about 100 times

This location has the worst customer service ever. Party City I general is expensive but Ive always shopped with them since theyre convenient and have stuff that other places dont. But this location in Brentwood has been horrible. The managers dont get back to you for a while partially due to a staff not giving them the message and some of the workers here are just young and rude. I finally got a call back from the manager after 3 weeks and Ive been trying to get ahold of him again like he said to and I have not been able to, which is about a refund. Worst customer service.

The store stock was good. The ladies working on the floor were very nice and helpful. The really bad thing was the filthy nasty bathroom it had not been cleaned in a long time, the toilet had feces inside and out, the door and floor were black from dirt and who knows what. Paper towels and toilet paper were sitting on the dirty railing.. the baby changing table had a bad smell and something all over the outside.. I did not open it I was afraid...when I was checking out the girl was rude gave bad direction as to where the line started. Left people standing and waiting while she blew up ballons I ask if another could come help at the register, I was informed she was the only one that knew how to run the register. So as she talked and joked we all waited. So dont go to the bathroom, and dont go if you are in a hurry.

My son had to use the bathroom - they are so gross! Filthy walls and floor, no toilet paper, no paper towels, flies buzzing (no joke), and the faucet was running a trickle of scalding water (I assume all day since the bathroom was like a foul sauna). The water fountain right outside the bathrooms was clogged with standing moldy green water!!! Worst of all – when checked out with the manager Ronda I told her how bad it was - unfazed - tried to explain it all away someone steals all the paper, I told her that wouldn’t explain why the bathroom is filthy with dirty walls and why do you let standing water in the fountain? She said no one uses the fountain, I told her that I had a suspicion why that was. Unacceptable - especially because of the kids that need to use it in a place like Party City!

Good selection for covid times

Very terrible service here, all the 1 star reviews are true..I tried to purchase items there but there are no prices on them, so I got to the cashier only to find out that the price is higher than I intended to spend.. so, I had to go get a smaller version of the same item and get back in line and wait another 10 mins..and even the smaller version still had no price.. total waste of time.. I will search for another store that carries the same type of merchandise to shop at because this store is a complete joke

If I was going to rate this store it would be negative not even a 1. Stuped people I called them to put something on hold for me then when I went to pick it up it was not even there. And I drive all the way from Concord just for that thing I put on hold.

Should not have to wait 20 minutes to have 3 balloons inflated when there is a number of employees available but they choose to go stock shelves or set up displays and make one cashier up front handle customers in line and try to inflate balloons. Very poor judgement on managements part.

I would give a minus star if possible called the Brentwood store to ask if they had Angry Birds decorations and was told yes.I drive 30 min, get to the store and cant find them.I ask an employee and she responded oh, I think I told someone they are on Isle 2 but I havent seen them.
