Terrible customer service. Used car salesman tactics (major charges hidden until the very end of the transaction). I wouldnt do business with this company ever again. Contractor overcharged us on the dig. It took (not exaggerating) 10 phone calls to get ANY money back. When a refund was issued, it was less than half the amount of what we feel we were owed. When we contested this once more, got a call from a mega-rude employee basically telling us to stuff it. I have posted perhaps a total of 4 negative reviews in my entire life ... but this one was necessary. I cant be totally certain, but it also looks like quite a few fake-positive reviews on google. Yelp is currently sitting at 2.5 stars at the time of this review. I would pay close attention to the negative reviews, based on my own experience with them. In any event, this is a company to avoid.

Yes it will take a while in this environment we live in, but hang in there people, they will get you taken care of. I received regular calls updating me on the my pool order progress and very much appreciated that. Again sorry for the mistaken two stars previously, you guys definitely didnt deserve that.

Corey was our salesperson at the Brentwood location, and we had a GREAT experience with him. It’s a high value for him to not surprise customers with additional costs after they’ve gone through 90% of the process. This is RARE in the sales profession. I love my pool and it is beautiful. However they installed a heater that never worked and I can’t get any updates other than the parts are on order. It’s been four months since my pool was installed and two months since the bad heater was installed.I don’t want a heater that was dead on arrival. I can’t imagine anyone would find that acceptable in any appliance they buy.

Corey was so helpful with ordering us our stealth in ground pool. We came in not knowing what to expect but we were so pleased with the service we got here. Corey helped us understand each system, pros and cons, and found us something within our price range without any pressure.

What a joke!! DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM THEM. Salesman Liam is useless doesnt return calls or texts. They only give you half information for pool install. It has been one nightmare after another. We got the Diamond package and they didnt bring the extra filter on day of install, then when they did bring it the box was open and parts were missing. The plumbing leaked from day one and you cant use plumber tape to fix because they have glued the fittings together. Their customer service SUCKS. My husband has been patient however my patience is gone. Pool and Spa Depot sucks. Dont waste your money or time.This was actually the Clarksville store not the Brentwood store. I have a video that I am happy to share with you that will show what we are dealing with now. The filter is leaking everywhere the pipes have been glued together and water is pouring out of filter. If you are so sure I am overreacting, please call me and we can discuss this.

Thanks to Corey Babenzien product advisor for helping us get a pool out in the rural areas of Springfield. None of the stores were within our area to install a pool and he worked with us in order to get that accomplished for us to actually get a pool this summer. Me and my wife walking into the One in Clarksville, TN to buy a pool. We walked around and was just looking. Went into the place and talk to John. We told John what we was wanting and he took great care of us. Walk us around and showed us what would be best for us and what to get. Got us taking care of in mins. Our pool will be installed on Monday 7/19/21. We couldn’t ask for a better person to help us. Thank you so much John.

The sales team and store manager are great. But that’s where it stops. I had an inground pool installed. The project manager disappeared for months after payments had been made. I always paid on time and was very patient. John Mantay is the head of construction. He will promise you the moon and never deliver. My pool had engineered plans that I paid for. The pool ended up in the wrong spot unfinished and they wanted to collect the final payment before passing codes. I refused and as it turned out several items needed to be addressed before the City would pass the inspection. I would recommend looking elsewhere. This company only cares about the number of pools they install not the quality. They also undersized my pool equipment. Looks like I need a new pool pump and I haven’t had it up and running a year. RUN.

I bought a hot tub in March tried to contact my sales person to find out the status. He never returned my calls. Corey stepped in and did an excellent job in getting me in a hot tub in stock. He was very responsive and saved this sale. I give Corey high marks for communication and solving a problem crated by another sales person without getting any commission. Thank you Corey!

Ordered a stealth pool 15 x 30 oval with package supplies $18,000 paid upfront. Original installers screwed things up and charged me $2000. $1000 for digging for the plumbing. Electrician came out but could not hook up electricity due to pump being next to the AC unit. 2nd installer came out to fix pool issues and move the pump back to the pool. Electrician came back to hook up electricity to pool $2800. Cant find pump cord to plug in to outlet. Called PS they said electricity should be hard wired to the pump and he should install the inside light in the pool. Since I was not communicated this initially I did not know to tell the electrician. Finally, to get electricity 2 months later with $600 extra for him to come back. Had landscaper come out to fix drainage to house since it was dug up by pool people and to backfill. He said it looks like a mess that he will not touch this job. 2 months later I have a crater around my $24000 pool and a mess with an unusable pool. I just wanted to give my kids a nice pool for the summer. I dont know what to do now. :(

The person I spoke with was incredibly rude to me and made me not ever want to recommend them or do business with them. If you are looking for a friendly service company, I would recommend calling them. She was very rude.

We purchased a 27 above ground pool from Pool and Spa Depot in Brentwood. The installers were amazing! The team, lead by Q, were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up the empty boxes and other trash and left it neatly for disposal. They were a polite and friendly group of young men and did a great job. Thank you to Q and his team!

Great customer service by Cory, he answered every question for several days before the purchase. We only had one day to come look and buy, he came in on his day off to make sure it went smooth and it did! Great place, great prices and stellar service!!!

So we tried to buy a pool in July from Pool and Spa. We had some confusion about the install date so we cancelled the contract. One of the Pool and Spa supervisors called me to inquire about what went wrong. When he heard my story, I had a pool 5 days later. Pool and Spa went above and beyond to get my pool right. My new pool owner calls were answered quickly and someone was here the next day to make sure I had it right. Thanks Pool and Spa! One happy customer here waiting for summer! And our pool is much easier to care for than we thought and it brought the adult children over every weekend. :) We look forward to our first full summer season! UPDATE July 26, 2018 Uh we love our pool , we have had some really good days here with family. The pool is less trouble than we thought. We put in a deck this year, finally found the right contractor Joey Benefield who built us the perfect deck for our area. Thank you Pool and Spa for helping us keep the pool crystal clear! Thank you Sam at Pool & Spa for calling me back to check on us, it is the reason we ended up with this fantastic pool Best thing I have done for the family in years. :)

My salesman Jermey was outstanding. Jermey was very knowledgeable, and very clear as to what to expect. I really had no questions to ask when he finished. What I liked best was that I never felt rushed or pressured.I only wish they came to Alabama. But my installer is going to pick the pool up on Friday. Hopefully that goes as well .Thanks Jermey

We began our pool building process in October of 2019, working with the sales person Jake, at Pool and Spa in Cool Springs. We finished in April of 2020. Jake was extremely helpful and patient with us, as we designed and changed our pool plans numerous times. Through all of the construction, he was there to help and support us. The actual pool build is a hard process to get through! Fast forward to February of 2021 and Jake continues to help us. As a winter storm with extreme amounts of snow and ice hit middle TN, Jake took our calls in the late evenings, talking us through what to do for freezing temps and helped us to keep our pool equipment running smoothly. Jake is a knowledgable sales person, knows what details to look for at all stages of the process and is a very personable guy. We would highly recommend asking to work with Jake, if you are considering building a pool in this area.

Miko, Assistant Manager, came by our house and did a minor service to our hot tub even though it was not really his job. He was polite, personable and very service minded.

Had a pool liner put in I was told call pay for some calk I did later he called said it was done put water in a hour day. I get home go look half of the screws is not in called him he said I could put some in or it would be a couple days. Then I send a email to the person I got it from no response I called the owner son left a message and txt still no return call. Called the store and was told I need something else it was rust but I was not told that from the man that installed it he said he had a new helper was his first day. Still no one came a fixed

My mother bough a pool from them 3 months ago. Her window for installation was 8-10 weeks. After her window passed I called about 30 times and finally got to talk with the installation department. Her names was kellie. She was the rudest person I’ve ever had a conversation with. I was transferred 4 times and ended back up with her again. She told me because my mother lives outside of the installation zone she wouldn’t be able to get an installation until after July. Or if they found a private contractor they could do it but she would have to pay even more. Why wasn’t this information disclosed to her when she purchased the pool? That was my question to Kellie. She didn’t like that question and got even more angry. I’m not understanding why she was angry in the first place. She didn’t buy a 7k dollar pool that hasn’t been installed for 3 months and won’t be installed for the foreseeable future.

I want to give Pool and Spa Depot a BIG thumbs up for the pool they installed for my family. We bought a fiberglass pool from these guys and they did and awesome job. From Joel digging to Jesse in the final briefing. They put up with me from start ti finish, and I was hard on these guys and gals. A VERY BIG SHOUT out to Jennifer. She was our project manager and this girl works her tail off. This young lady does not know know how to say no. Everything I out her through and she came back and back and back to make everything perfect. Pool and Spa has a gem with her. If you get lucky and get her as your project manager, work with her and she will build you a fantastic looking pool.P.s another thing this company did for me. Our fence contractor severed a line to our pool. The light cord was cut and there was a leak. Was not Pool and Spa Depots problem. But this company stepped up to the plate and fixed it.Id let them build me another pool as long as JS is the super.....

We worked with Jake on picking out our pool and the design of the concrete around it. He did a great job making sure we got what we wanted while staying in our budget. We hasn’t been installed yet so hopefully the installation process will be as smooth.

At the last minute after pressing for a delivery date they lie and said a major manufacturer was not producing. They didn’t expect I would call and ask, and visit other spa dealers who are getting deliveries ongoing from the same people - even manufacturers are running from this company. Save your time and money.GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE! Bought my pool on March 18 from the Clarksville. I am still waiting for install, even though I was told 4-5 weeks from the purchase date. Communication is TERRIBLE. It has been one excuse after another. Im one more delay away from canceling my order and disappointing my daughter. I have permits and 7 tons of sand sitting in my yard and I am furious at this point.

We purchased a pool from here 5 years ago and have had to call a couple of times for service. We usually have no complaints with our service but this recent issue has me so upset that we will be looking for somewhere else to do business with. On May 22, I called in to get service for a leak in my filters multiport. I spoke with Joshua and he asked me to send photos of the area where the leak was. I emailed him 3 photos of the top of filter and he responded thank you. He scheduled me for service on June 9th and had me pay 132.00.June 9th. The technician arrives and tells me that he was given order saying I needed a gasket for my pump. I explain to him that nothing is wrong with my pump and show him the leak in my filter. He calls in to the store and lets them know and told me I would be refunded. Well, the next morning Joshua calls and leaves a voice-mail for me to call to clear some things up. When I called him, he told me that he knew what I said when I called and that I told him my gasket on my pump was leaking..okay seriously?? I told you my gasket was leaking on pump but sent photos of my filter? Are you serious!? He told me that I would not get a refund. Let me just say, that is very poor customer service. To basically call a customer a liar when I have email proof and charge me anyway! We will be looking for a place with employees that have some integrity

We started our pool project Sept 2020 with the intent of having our pool completed by May 2121 and after 9 months we’re still waiting to be scheduled to actually begin constructing a liner pool and our permit has already been issued. Yes, being in the COF we were asked for added conditions, which really wasn’t that big of a deal. Still couldn’t figure out why taking so long to get permitted until we met with COF zoning. It was here where we learned the communication timelines which was eye opening. Feel free to reach out for greater details.

We are new to owning a pool and chose Pool and Spa Depot for the name. We were incredibly mislead. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!! I wish I couldve been warned on this process, but heres my attempt to save someone else. We purchased an 18 above ground pool and were told we had to purchase as a DIY kit and hire their contractor, Hernandez. Nothing has went right. We were responsible for picking the pool up, despite the contractor saying he would. Our pool was sent to the wrong warehouse in KY, not La Vergne as promised. Contractor was a day late and parts were missing from the pool. We had to go back to the warehouse to find missing parts. Contractor said he would return when we got the remaining parts the next day. Of course, he didnt and was another day late. Now with a half assembled pool with 2 ft of water. Move to installation, Hernandez hooked the pump, hoses and skimmer up. Every hose leaked at both ends once we began to fill the pool. The skimmer leaked and Im concerned it leaked between the wall and liner. Not much I can do there I suppose. The contractor will not respond to calls or texts. He did not hook the pump up electrically either. We had to go purchase a heavy duty extension cord that continues to blow the breaker. We did run the extension cord into the house and it worked in other outlets. We are now left to Google how tos on setting up a pool ourselves after paying for installation. As for Pool and Spa Depot themselves, they have not offered much help. My husband went to pick up the chemicals we were told came with our pool kit (it didnt) and our sales guy, Matt, said they were waiting on us at the desk. They were not, at this point nothing is shocking. No pun inteded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My best advice is use anyone else. Or just do it yourself, you will end up doing so anyway. Happy to share pics of the disaster if anyone is interested.

We recently purchased a Jacuzzi J-235 from Matt @ Pool & Spa Depot.Just wanted to say it was a great experience! He put us in a spa that fit within our budget and the overall experience through setup was fabulous!

Buyer beware-Purchased a new spa a few months ago. Some of the lights & jets don’t work, covers ripping in multiple places. Don’t believe the sales guy who says “Bumper to bumper” coverage. I know for a fact Nothing was placed on top of lid to cause ripping. Manufacturers denied claim and repair. I think maybe snow/ice storm caused. Regardless manufacturer is in TN and should make covers more durable that last more then a few months.

Weve had our spa now for only three weeks, but were loving it. As a new owner, Ill call out two things especially. 1) My appreciation to the delivery guys, Josh and James. Not only did they bring it and place it, they took the time to consider the best way to get it located where it needed to be without destroying the landscaping (no easy feat), and Josh also walked through things to expect when it was filled and started - including common problems and how to address them. I encountered pretty everything just as he said, so having the information ahead of the time really helped! 2) Again, Im new at this, so Ive had a lot of questions. Kudos to the Brentwood team for getting me on track through their expertise and patience. My water is clear, warm, and ready!

**UPDATE: The owner emailed me and threatened to sue me if I dont take this review down. I will NOT be removing my review***Working with this company has been the absolute worst business experience Ive ever had. The salesman, John Dyrda , was more interested in getting my boyfriends autograph than actually explaining anything to us. The installers cheated me out of $150 cash, left trash in my yard, did not complete the install, brought their inappropriately dressed girlfriend to my house that sat on my deck all day. They conned us into believing that they would remove the dirt that was dug (it was A LOT) after I asked them to put it in the back corner of the yard so that we could hire someone to remove it. The man said he could take care of that for me for $150.00. They ended up smearing and smashing down mud all across my lawn. My yard is destroyed. There is no grass showing. As they peeled out without letting me know they were done, or that they were leaving, or even showing me where they put my other items that were in my package. They violated several points of their responsibilities on my contract. These incompetent guys got MUD IN THE POOL. They did not even complete the install initially. After complaining to the store and getting the run around, someone from PASD trespassed on my property while we were not home, without our permission or knowledge, and hooked up the pump. They left all of the boxes, plastic and pallet trash from the install in my yard. They were careless and conniving. The owner, Peter, called me after many emails and pictures, and said it all looked normal. Even the subway sandwich that the girlfriend left smashed into my freshly power washed deck. Then he proceeded to mansplain to me that its perfectly normal for his installers to con their customers. He also laughed at me when I brought up getting an attorney. I brought it to the BBB and PASD basically refused to remedy our situation, trying to plot myself (the pool owner) and my boyfriend (the homeowner) against each other. They offered a refund of the $150 cash and of course, Ive yet to see that refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Any good review that you see was the product of the salesmen offering a free underwater camera in exchange for a good review. No wonder the bankruptcies keep on coming. No apologies, no concern, no respect, NO CLASS!

To whom it concerns; pool and spa depotThis has been a 2 year decision amongst my family to get another pool since we put one in our last house. From the moment we walked into pool and spa depot (coolsprings) it was a warm welcome but as soon as we picked what we wanted and signed the dotted line we were just another $$$ symbol to their payday. Kelly Reed, who is in charge of scheduling the installation projects, is the most unprofessional human Ive ever spoken with (it seems like 2020 repossession world went out of business due to the pandemic restrictions not being allowed to repossess and pool and spa depot  was desperate to hire someone) this is the way she talks to you! Like you owe them something!.. when her job is to schedule the installation day/date. Not to mention they keep rescheduling the installation date! We have been rescheduled 3 times without a reason. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy from pool and spa depot! Unprofessional and condescending treatment is what you will receive once youve signed..

Ive never filed a lawsuit in my life but thats exactly where Im headed with this terrible company. Should it take 6 months to change a vinyl liner? I hired them to do a simple vinyl liner change nearly a year ago. They started the process (what should take 2 weeks or less) 6 months ago and its still not complete. They say theyre coming to finish it nearly every week but never show up. The liner has wrinkles all over the place and is sagging from the top in multiple places. The steps arent even close to correct. The installer broke an underwater light fixture while removing the old liner and said it must have just been ready to burn out, even though it worked great the night before he removed it but never again after he reinstalled it. Coincidence? Of course not...yet they refused to pay for it. Now I have to hire a different company to finish the job Ive already paid them to do. Ill send them the bill but Im sure theyll refuse to pay, at which point Ill have to file a lawsuit. Do NOT make the same mistake I did in hiring this company to work on your pool!UPDATE: After this initial review I spoke with the owner, Peter. A week later the installer finally came back out to finish the job....only he didnt. He did remove the wrinkles all over the bottom of the pool but never fixed the liner at the steps (see attached photo, see if you think this is quality work). Now the liner is sagging loose from the track in several places as well.SECOND UPDATE: The saga continues. The pool had a slow leak all summer that I couldnt find. I knew it was more than evaporation because I had to keep adding salt. The leak got worse and worse so I hired a leak detection company to come find it. Turns out there was a large hole in the liner in the deep end on the wall and another small hole in the liner near my steps. So after spending lots of money on water and salt plus the cost of finding the leak, Pool and Spa Depot has cost me thousands of dollars. Now the light fixture theyve replaced isnt working (stopped within 4-5 weeks of when they replaced it last). A professional electrician tells me its definitely the light fixture. So theyve broken the original fixture when changing the liner, then the initial replacement that I had to pay for, and now a third one that Im sure was due to improper installation. BBB complaint is coming and very likely a lawsuit. Its really unreal how bad this company is managed and if youll check out the BBB website and yelp website youll see what I mean.

If you want horrible customer service I highly recommend!! The way you guys talk to your customers I’m surprised you have any business. Unprofessional and rude beyond belief. Stay as far away as you can because “they can make you wait as long as they please” once you buy their product.

My wife and I have been trying to get a cool put in for the last four months. Four months ago we gave them all the money they needed for the deposit and to get all the permits. They stated they had all the permits we gave them all of the money to start digging we were told they would start in October. October came and went we called they said November middle of November we heard nothing we call back then we were told December still haven’t heard anything call back my wife was told is waiting on parts for other peoples pools and can finish them and then start on yours will start between January and March. Call today 12/22/2020 and spoke to Brad and he said he was waiting on Erica to give him our paperwork still. He stated even if he was to get the paperwork today he would not be able to start until February now. So they’ve had over $11,000 of mine and my wife’s money for four months can we keep getting pushed back. I would not recommend this company for anyone to get a pool. They are not true to their word.

I recently purchased a Bahama Spa from Pool & Spa Depot. Ron the salesman showed me exactly what I was looking for a smaller 2 person spa with the most jets possible. It only took 15 minutes to figure out this was the spa I wanted. They delivered & set up just like they said. We enjoy relaxing in this incredible spa whenever we can. The jets are very powerful and it works great. They also have helped after the sale and have been great to deal in their store or over the phone - definitely recommend.

We initially had some communication issues around timing for our new pool liner installation. Memorial Weekend is like Christmas Eve for the pool industry so it makes sense that things get crazy.After speaking with Peter VonHopffgarten, he demonstrated how important customer service is to their business. Had an amazing experience at Pool & Spa Depot primarily because of the salesman Matt Hastings. He was super professional in all his dealings with me. He also had a good sense of humor which made him feel more like family apposed to just another salesman. Couldnt have asked for a more smooth and positive experience. I would totaly recommend anyone trying to make a purchase from the Depot to ask for Matt Hastings. You wont regret it!

As a business owner myself, I am EXTREMELY impressed with the customer service extended to both me and my husband at PSD. Specifically by Jake Jacobs. His knowledge base, willingness to answer my questions 24/7, help design our custom home sauna (from my Pinterest pins :)) truly made our experience personal, professional, and incredibly fun. He even personally invited us to try the Finnleo sauna in store - bathrobes and water runs and everything! Talk about service. Highly recommend!

Big John has been absolutely amazing through this whole process. Getting the permit for the pool was a huge obstacle and Big John did all he could to help me get the information I needed so my permit would pass. He spent hours outside of work to help this process. He also was very quick in responding to my texts. He continued to stay positive, focused and driven to get what we needed!! He will always be my go-to if I have any questions. We signed a contract the 2nd week of July and were told our pool would be done by Christmas, NYE at the LATEST. We have paid all deposits on time.Its January 6 and they still have not even started. We have been told we probably will not get the liner or the stairs we want as well. We are on our 2nd project manager now. I would have gone with a different company.

Met with Ron in Brentwood and he answered all our questions. So informative and can’t wait to get our pool!!!!

I want to say how pleased we were with our salesman John Deeds. I have been looking everywhere for a hot tub and getting frustrated so going in today I wasn’t sure what I expected. But I told John what I was looking for and around my price and he showed several options and I found !!!! I am super excited and he took time to explain the difference to me which means a lot . You have a super awesome salesman that went out of his way to help me.

We recently purchased and had a round 28 Stealth Pool installed. Pool & Spa Depot was wonderful about coming out to our home to measure (twice actually!) to make sure the pool would go in the correct place. While we did have to wait for inventory for some time, this was not in anyones control with pandemic supply chain issues. Chad at the Brentwood/Cool Springs location did a great job at keeping us updated. Once the product arrived, installation was scheduled. Jerry and team were excellent. They battled the weather for a few days (again, out of anyones hands) and did an amazing job with the final product. The crew was very kind and patient with our family, especially our excited 10 year old, looking at their progress throughout the installation. It looks wonderful and perfectly level in our sloped ground where desired. They left the area as clean as possible in the rough weather. No trash was left behind. We will have hardscaping/ landscapers come in next. I would highly recommend Pool & Spa Depot and Jerry and team for installation. Now...we wait for spring!

Absolute worst experience from start to finish. We were lied to by the sales team, the scheduling department cant and wont ever give you an actual date, and now we have had to have a service guy come out 3 times in the past week because they cant even fix something right! Weve only had the pool 3 weeks. Extremely disappointed with this company and their lack of actual customer service.Update: Service guy has been extremely friendly; friendliest individual we have dealt with yet which is very refreshing!

Horrible service....no hot tub 16 weeks after I ordered & paid in full.I had to reach out for updates. I kept getting the “COVID” excuse, but yet other people were getting their tubs delivered. Nothing from Sales or Customer Service. Order was cancelled.Now I have thousands $$ spent on deck & electric, but NO HOT TUB!

Big John at Cool Springs location was awesome!! First time shopper for a sauna and he was totally knowledgeable and helpful with all the features. We went other places and felt we had to sacrifice features, but John was as able to get exactly what we wanted and a price we could afford!! WHOOOHOOO thank you!! I will tell my friends!

We purchased an above ground pool the weekend of Memorial Day. Communication following the purchase up to the install wasn’t what I would have hoped. I reached out to Will who did everything he could to get us updates and make sure that we were on track as promised! He went out of his way and I am grateful for his kindness and patience. The pool was installed on time and the crew was great! Our pool is beautiful! Make sure you ask for Will if you visit the Brentwood location!

Always helpful to answer questions about your pool and/or hot tub. Water always checked for free and will discuss chemicals needed to keep water balanced.

Pool and Spa Depot is AWESOME!!!! Michael and Daniel and Ron were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of my epic hot tub! Michael and Ron were amazing salesmen that answered all of my many questions, met with me several times, talked with me on the phone and helped me so much through the buying process. Then, Daniel was so fantastic after I got my spa and even came over to my home to bring me the proper chemicals and make sure my spa was working correctly! I cant believe the customer service! How great is that? Ive never experienced that.... ever! Daniel answered all of my questions about how to run it, the best things to do to keep it working for years, and showed me everything about my spa, etc. Im just so impressed with Pool and Spa Depot! And, most importantly, I LOVE my hot tub!!! It is sooooooo great and I will be enjoying it for many years to come. I will always shop at Pool & Spa Depot for any hot tub needs in my future. I completely recommend them to anyone buying a spa or pool, etc. Thank you, Daniel, Michael and Ron! Im so happy!!!!! :-)

This place was fantastic the salesman was great the prices were great and I also had a great install team. The guy that came out and built my pool was named Adam and he was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I am a huge skeptic, being burned many times in my life. However, the installation of our Stealth pool couldnt have went any better. We are very pleased. Now, customer service after the sale remains to be seen. But, so far so good!!

Matt is great. He knows whats hes talking about and isnt there to sell you something you dont need. Anyone looking to add some fun should go see Matt.

First, the sales process and salesman are wonderful. He made all kinds of promises and assurances that put us at ease with such a large purchase.Thats where the good ends.We signed for a Stealth Pool on August 1, 2020, being told it would be, at most, 8 - 10 weeks until install, but would more than likely be earlier than that.We prepared our property soon after, following all of the instructions to be ready for our pool instal should we be lucky enough to be chosen early.8 weeks later nothing. No communication. No responses to emails or calls.2 weeks later same story.3 weeks later same story.Multiple phone calls. Multiple emails. Multiple text messages. No answers. Phone calls get redirected to someone else who doesnt have an answer. Emails get an automated response. Text messages get promises to look into it with no further reply.Meanwhile pool and spa is still selling pools promising instal in 8 - 10 weeks. Advertising those time frames on their Facebook sponsored posts.The salesman is wonderful at getting you to sign on the dotted line. I wish hed been half as good after the sale and Pool and Spa would have kept a customer for life. Unfortunately thats not the case and we will begin finding another company to spend our money with.

Take time but they resolved all my questions
