This is our go to recycling center, dump and Goodwill site. The workers are helpful and offer a hello. I try to offer a polite, “have a good day “. Because it’s the human thing to do and they work at a dump. I wouldn’t want to do that, would you?

Although the hours are convenient, the lack of having available services there regularly has been significantly worse the past 3-4 months. Plastics recycling is often full or not there, with cardboard recycling only slightly better. I am not sure what the staff do some of the time as they seem more to be socializing then helping get vehicles through when there is a back-up on Sunset Road.

Asked a Gentleman their what to do and was able to recycle my, glass bottles, my aluminum cans and plastic bottles.

The people who work at the dump are helpful in directing you to the right bin for your item. It gets very busy on weekends, amd carboard seems to be the hardest bin to get to, maybe because of the way it is set up....you can really only dump on one side. The Goodwill is another story. The workers dont lift a finger to help. And these days, they want you to heave your items up on to the trailer. Why cant I set this in the bin that says place your donation here or on the ground and THEY walk it up the trailer steps. They arent friendly either - there is no greeting or thanks. I am going to look for other places to donate that has more of a customer service mentality.

Perfect name because its super Convenient. Recycling ♻️, Carpet, Old Mattress, sofa, trash, 🌳 limbs etc, this is the place for Williamson County residents. One load per day and friendly staff is on hand to guide you.

Got turned away and told to take my recycling to a landfill because it was more than one “level” of a daily load.

The area is set up for what ever you want to dispose of; theres a bin for what ever you want to get rid of.

Never had a problem here, other than it can get busy! Attendants helpful, has recycling and takes large items as well as household... everything you need from a free local dump!

This place is a dump! Super clean, usually short lines. Nothing bad to say.

This a great value for Williamson county residents. They keep the grounds clean and accept all kinds of refuse. You get one load a day.

Good place to take your house hold trash off and goodwill has pull the trailers out againing because of the virus

I have never had an issue with any of the people that work here. I think we are very fortunate to have centers like these. Where I use to live you would have to drive 30-45 minutes for something like this and they charge you very every load. I use this site often for recycling and to get rid of unwanted material.

Very friendly. Much better than grassland convenient center.

Nothing but positives. People working there are good, fair, and helpful. Better to go early as bins for metal or wood debris can fill up and, if full, you may have to bring those things back later. Regular garbage is never full so the above doesnt apply there.

This was my first time dropping stuff off here. All three gentleman I came in contact with her so very helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming here from now on for trash and recycling.

Good place to work

I moved here a in late July. I have been to this location numerous times and the personnel that work here are super people. I can say that I noticed a number of patrons who were less than polite to these guys....and they deserve better. Hats off these guys...they are super.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. It’s a dump folks! The guys who work here have to constantly monitor for people who can’t follow directions on where to dump different kinds of garbage. Also, they have issues with people trying to sneak in from other counties to dump, so they have to monitor license plates as well. Give ‘em a break folks, it’s a free service and we have relatively low property taxes in Williamson County. You would have to pay extra to dump if you lived in almost any other county.

The guys here are great. If you talk to them with respect, you get respect back. Some of the patrons need sensitivity classes.

It’s The Dump. Not going to get the best of the best employees. But at some point you figure out where to put your TRASH and you leave. That’s about it. Sunday hours are super helpful.

It’s a dump, not a Starbucks. Their employees don’t attend mandatory ‘sensitivity training’. One of the employees is extremely confrontational if you show up with any type of trailer with yard waste - even if it’s much less actual volume than an 8’ pick-up bed loaded level. If you are using a trailer, try to cut limbs up so that they take up less volume. If you are well under the limit and the ‘Garbage Nazi’ gets in your face, ignore him, finish unloading (within reason) and be on your way. You’ll get further arguing with a fence post.

The guys there today 2/20/18 are rude and confrontational. I heard the worker with the handle-bar mustache cuss under his breath at someone asking a question about the cardboard recycler (which was down). I hate going here. It’s almost worth paying 35/month to have someone pick up the trash for you. These workers need to remember who pays their paycheck. It’s the taxpayers of Williamson County.

Go there once a week. Always extremely helpful and friendly.

If you plan to use this facility get ready to be disrespected. Ive never had someone be so rude to me. I think remedial customer service training might be in order. I was very disappointed.

Its location is the only downside to me.
