An extremely fast-talking woman that called me was extremely rude, tried to locate a check she had no information for, and then blabbered her number again as I begged for her name so I could write her number. What nasty treatment! Dont use this place they are terribly rude. Never been spoken to like that in my life !

They (Barbara) failed to wire my money from the sale of my home, on the date of closing. They closed at 12:30 on a Friday and had until 4pm to wire the funds, but instead chose to go to lunch and be lazy. Unfortunately for us, it was a holiday weekend, so we will have to wait to get the money until the following Tuesday. Obviously, from the things I’ve read, this is common practice with this rinky-dink company. Not sure what the angle is, but I assume it’s so they can earn interest on my $127K during the time that they stole it from me.There’s nothing worse than selling your home and having nothing to show for it.

This company holds funds owed to the seller for a ridiculous amount of time and they ignore phone calls. Dont use this closing company no matter if you are a buyer or seller.
