We closed on our home a few weeks ago in Discovery Bay and wanted our carpets, tile and hardwood cleaned prior to moving in. The whole process was seamless and all the guys that came from giving us a quote to performing the work were curteous and professional. And to top it off, very personable. They all did a great job! I would highly recommend Presto Carpet Cleaning and will definitely use them in the future.

I hired Presto Carpet Cleaning for a move-in cleaning of carpets for a rental house. They did an excellent job. At the last minute, I added tile in kitchen. All I have to say is WOW I was amazed. The grout was black and Presto was able to bring the original grout back to a peach color to 95% of the flooring. The edging was to difficult to reach with machine, which was expected I am cleaning this portion by hand. Overall I am extremely satisfied. They did an excellent job, above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely hire them again in the future for all my Carpet and Tile cleaning needs. Thanks Presto Carpet for doing such a excellent job; you took my OCD level from 10 down to 2 with the tile cleaning job alone.

I hired Presto Cleaning to help clean my dads carpets which hadnt been professionally cleaned in over 20 years. We were thinking of getting new carpets/rugs due to the heavily stained areas but, unbelievably, they came out looking like new - just remarkable. The team was incredibly professional, kind and helpful and we will definitely be using them again. Very grateful to know I can trust them to do an amazing job at my fathers house (who is 88 years old) when I cant be there. Very grateful for their service.

Arrival time was great, our stairs and other rooms look great! Couldnt get out some stains but that was expected so no worries there. Would recommend and use them again. Not sure why I didnt call them sooner. Also, work was done in a timely manner.

This review is based on obtaining an estimate only. Presto was very responsive and professional with providing me with an estimate that I felt was very reasonable for what needed to be done. They were very flexible with scheduling and provided an email confirmation. Unfortunately, circumstances changed and we were no longer in need of their service but will definitely hire them if the need should arise in the future.

1) Super organized. Brian took my contact info and sent an email and calendar reminder right after we got off the phone. He told me the name of the technician and time slot for arrival. 2) Time - I received a text that they were running a little late and were on their way. That was fine with me. 3) Thorough. Jasen and his assistant were super thorough (pre-cleaning, multiple appliances, spent long time with steam cleaning going over and over areas) and gave helpful explanations. I can understand why they maybe ran a little late since they spent a long time here. Presto wasnt the cheapest but for a few extra dollars they were very thorough and I would use them again. With the pandemic we had lapsed cleaning. Sorry I forgot to take before and after pics.

Presto cleaned two bedrooms and the stairs which were heavily stained. The rugs were not cleaned for ten years. After they cleaned the rugs, all the rugs looked amazing. We are totally planning on hiring Presto again. We highly recommend them.

Very friendly! Great communication to know when they were arriving! Easy and convenient scheduling of the appointment on their website. Explained what they were doing/clarified what I wanted done when they arrived. (Living room, stairs and landing and a large area rug.) They were very thorough and I am happy with the end result! I was impressed with a little box they left with shoe coverings to wear while carpet is drying and a bottle of spot & stain remover.

I chose Presto for tile/floor cleaning. Making my appointment online was super easy and on the day of my appointment they called when they were on their way. Super prompt! The guys were very friendly and accommodating. My tile floors and the grout needed a deep cleaning in the high traffic areas. When they were done the floors looked like the tile was just put down. It looked brand new!I highly recommend Presto. Great customer service and quality work.

Very easy booking process, provided quote so I knew what I was going to be charged ahead of time. Arrived on time, had 3 bedroom carpets cleaned and 1 bathroom tile/grout. Two weeks later and the carpets still look great!

I decided to get my carpets cleaned and google searched for, the best carpet company in my area. First on the list was Presto Carpet Company. I read quite a few reviews that helped me make up my mind that this was the company that I would like to try. I scheduled an appointment using their website. (which was very easy to navigate) I was contacted by Jasen Young who was very professional and friendly. He listened to what I wanted accomplished, and followed through with a great job. I had a few rooms with carpet, one flight of stairs and some tile done. It all came out great! They came out on time and completed the job in a timely manor. I had a trillion questions about other things that I wanted done, Jasen politely answered them all and offered knowledgeable information that would help me make my decision on those future jobs. I do have hardwood floors, another room, pool room and another flight of stairs that I am definitely going to have them do. If anything is taken way from my experience with Presto Carpet, it would be that it was easy and convenient to schedule, great customer service, there was no pressure of trying to sell me on other products or jobs, most of all the price was very very affordable compared to a popular company that Ive always used for years. Had Them come out to do a quote, super flexible with the times. Prices were amazing especially compared to another company we had come out! I acquired a home that had been basically vacant for over 6 years and you could feel the dust everywhere. Presto gave me the details on how they planned to go about taking care of the carpets, and reiterated as soon as they arrived. Carpets came out beautifully vibrant!! We used Brian to reclean a duplex after our tenant had someone else do the cleaning when they moved out. I thought because of the smell I was going to have too replace the carpet. Brian was honest with me giving me options. We decided to try having him clean and deodorize ,rather than replace, the two year old carpet. Never pressured us for additional services like other carpet cleaners have done in the past. I am glad to say the carpets came out great with no smell and looking as good as new.I would highly recommend Presto Carpet Cleaning.

This place is awesome! Very professional, trustworthy and great prices. I needed to go to work and they got to my house 10 minutes early. I explained what I wanted and then left. When I came home the rugs looked awesome. Best of all they dont smell anymore. My dogs had peed on the rugs and another company had previously cleaned them and the smell and stains came back. Its been 2 weeks since Presto came out and no stains and no smell came back. My dogs are not going back to those areas and peeing.

I have used Presto carpet cleaning twice now to help maintain my light beige carpets. When we bought our home I thought there was no way I could keep these carpets clean with 3 young boys and a dog at home but thanks to Presto my carpets look brand new. The Presto staff is very professional, they offered great advice on how to spot clean the carpets between cleanings. I used their online scheduling service to book my appointment, it was very convenient! I will continue to use Presto in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

I noticed that they did not have their mask on. When I asked them or the person in charge to put their mask on, stated they cant work with mask on. I mentioned it too my husband, but said to him let us just get the carpet done, but we will never use them again. However my husband said no this is too important and serious. When my husband went to the gentleman again, then they put the mask on. I work 8 plus hours some days with a mask and a shield on, so I did not think it was asking too much. Thousands of invidiuals work every day with mask own. I am not sure why he took that position. We know that this is a respiratory airborn disease. Particles are dispursed out into the air and stay on services for hours.The sitting area, we moved all the furniture. He asked me what our expectations where for in regards to how clean we expected the area to get. I told him no one had ever asked that question and the area was always cleaned without difficulty. I took that as a position as well we cant get it that clean and not making an effort to do a good job. Any area that is heavily walked on is going to look very different to area that is not used.

They were awesome, both in quality and communication. They did an amazing job. The quality was definitely worth the money and they were much quicker than I expected, especially because I had a few trouble areas because of a sick dog!!! I couldnt recommend them any higher!!

Presto cleaned our carpets that are about 20 years old. They have previously cleaned them (few years ago) and again they did an AMAZING job, all dirt and stains were removed which is pretty amazing for a 20 year old carpet. Very professional and kind individuals.

Presto Carpet cleaning did a great job on my sofas and area rug. They look good and smell good! But what I would like to reflect on is the customer service, from the phone conversation to the visit. Outstanding! I I can say any downfall, i would say it’s quite pricey.

We are currently renting out our home in Brentwood, CA. I found these guys on yelp, so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment through their website, and it was a breeze. On the day of the appointment, they showed up 15 minutes earlier than their start time. It was no problem at all because I was ready. I showed them the stains on the furniture and mattress that needed to be steam cleaned. Having tenants means you have to deal with the regular wear and tear that comes with providing a fully furnished home for rent. Nonetheless, we were willing to pay for the upkeep of our furniture and rugs. They did a fantastic job! I sat there for 2 hours watching them go over cushions (top & bottom), chairs, one sofa, 2 area rugs, one closet carpet, two spare room carpets, and a queen size mattress. They were mindful of the floors by bringing their mats to step on so they wouldnt have to be on my floors.I will definitely recommend and use them again when the next tenant moves out. Plus, having your home steamed, annually, brings peace of mind knowing that youre getting out the grime, dirt, dust, and germs from regular use. Thank you, guys!!!
