They were extremely fast, and kind. I felt very welcomed and not like I was being pushed to get things I didn’t need. Randall had extremely good customer service. He was very helpful with explaining everything and making sure we were on the same page.

Big-O has a friendly and knowledgeable staff and will do their best to make sure that you are satisfied with the service. Reasonable prices too! I will continue to give them my business.

The guys are amazing. Jose F., Randall B., Victor C. and Javier C. This is long but important....Took my Enclave to Buick, GMC Dublin on Thursday 9/16 @ 8am, really early for me. Routine check up oil change & tire rotation and 3 or so hours later and a recommendation of front brake pads change and a new right rear tire. Ah!!! Ill think about that....Drove back to Brentwood, it was to late to drive to Los Altos. My husband Lyle insisted on going to Big-O with Buick invoice and service checklist. He made an appt and 2 days later...Randall B checked me in, Jose F. remembered the car and Lyle. He had Javier C. and Victor C. check my brake-pad twice [the saying measure twice, cut once]and the measurements were far different from Buicks therefore no need to change brake-pads and no need for a new tire. The 4 new tires Big-O replaced 2 yrs ago were fine, found a nail and plugged it. $$$ Saved us a lot in so many ways.SO BRENTWOOD RESIDENTS!!! lets support our city businesses and when you need car service go see Jose F and Randall B and know that Victor C and Javier C, theyll take care of your vehicle 😉

Ive been purchasing tires from Big-O-Tires since I moved to Brentwood 25 years ago. I never had any problems and they are always been very accommodating. Keep doing a great job and you have a customer for life.

I asked them to fix a slow leak in one of my tires. They called me back with quotes for new tires all around. 500 bucks. Not to sure what to make of it all but that money was a gift for me.

One of the better Big O locations. staff is knowledgeable. They dont try to upsell. they generally give 10% discount without even asking. sometimes they take a little longer than expected and their parking alot is small... Ill still give 5 stars

Honestly they were great, I came in for 4 tires to be changed and the total was $580. I payed $480 for the four tires and $100 for labor fees. Good customer service. Just make sure to look at your car and notice when its finished.

I was a walk in and needed a tire replaced on a damaged wheel and they got me in and out very fast. Great service and friendly!

Quick efficient tire rotation service.

Brought in my 2008 corvette z06 for a 4 wheel alignment after completion of head/cam/intake swap. I wanted a street/race alignment done since I autocross and Jeff and the crew were very accommodating. Shoutout to Josh, tech, who really watched out for my car rolling onto the lift as well as providing the spot on alignment.

The alingment guy is great and Jeff always can difer you to the best place for help when needed longtime part of Brentwood.

This is the worst Tire shopIve ever encountered

I needed a battery and had my granddaughter with me. I called ahead, they made sure They had the correct battery in stock. I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes they knew I had to be somewhere important. As a result of that I am taking all of my service work back to them. I am heading there this morning to get a leak fixed in the tire. I am also scheduling a 90000 mile service on the Car I am driving. The owner there make sure you are happy I have had other service work done there.

Insanly overpriced and try to get you to buy all 4 tires when ypu only need one. Said thwy will only do 4.

Made an appointment today to have my brakes inspected and replaced if needed. Well the brakes needed to be replaced along with the original rotors, which the tech replaced rather quickly. While the tech was doing the inspection on the front brakes he noticed the upper and lower ball joints were shot, that explains the clunk in the front end. So I made an appointment for the end of this week to have the ball joints replaced. The shop seems to be run very well, with welcoming staff and capable techs. I will be giving this shop my business moving forward. Thanks.

Very professional, and polite. They accommodated me when I could not leave my vehicle for several hours. They allowed me to call in, they took down my information, and told me to call back in 2 hours to see if my place had moved up in line. This was fantastic especially considering I only have one vehicle! I called back in 2 hours, and they said that my place had moved up and they were ready for my vehicle. I took my vehicle there, waited for them to rotate my tires, and after about 20 minutes, my vehicle was ready! They even fixed a small leak they had discovered while rotating my tires. I take all our familys vehicles here for tires, brakes, struts, etc. I trust these guys! They are upfront and honest and do a great job. They took me back into the shop to show me exactly what was happening with my older car, and gave me options and priorities of what to repair when. Its nice to find a business with integrity so close to home. (Plus, rides if I need them, and Free WiFi! I highly recommend Big O in Brentwood.

I call them and ask them for a quote for 4 set of tires and I was offer many options and they were honest with the recommendations! I call them on Friday and a day later Im already here getting my new sets of tires. Awesome waiting area it has a big window that you can see directly were the mechanics are working on your car so dont worried nobody is going to try to do something sneaky on your car lol. Come and check it out and you wont be disappointed.

They had me in and out of there for an oil change in about an 15=20 minutes without an appointment. They were very good in service center and I recommend them.

Excellent service. The technician said my tire change will be complete in 20 minutes, It was complete in 14 minutes.

After buying my tires at big o I got a flat. They fixed the flat and rotated my tires and gave me a shuttle to and from work while they worked on my truck...all for free! Amazing service! I wont be going anywhere else!

Great guys, always helpful....Rotated my tires by accident on an oil change, but fixed it right away, parking is always a little tight, but they do the best they can to keep spaces free!
